I have two Phillips Sonicare tooth brushes. Replacing the toothbrush on one was easy. The other, HX****-******, no way is it easy. It appears to be unremovable with out damaging the toothbrush rod. I have looked at the you tube videos which did not solve the issue. Was this particular one recalled? I'm sure it is out of warranty. It was sitting new in my closet for a while. I recently utilized it. I don't want to replace it. Just tell me how to remove the head. Help, these are expensive....thanks
