"Philips Sonicare Mfg"*Philips Sonicare tooth brush is not working at all now...was cutting out*stopped *-* then start..or cpl days-weks..then start & now it won't start.*This is ridiculous! I spent a lot of money & purchased this at Costco (large set) & gave one to each of my adult child as a gift!!*(Their toothbrushes are OK! Just my!)*Now I have to take it back..is ridiculous..who does that!! Very rude*lot of trouble!*For me to take it back to Costco is a lot of trouble as I would have to gather all the toothbrushes and my kids don't live here or near me!*I feel you should replace my toothbrush free of charge & ship it to my house. I shouldn't be going thru all this trouble & be penalized.* I am presently disabled & use a scooter to get necessary things as it is & need help..*I can try to look for receipt if u want one..But at Costco I'm in the system & would be getting free replacenent for all. But I don't need all if them just one for me!*Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Mrs Agnes
