Recently bought P.Norelco Model S**** shaver. Shaking water off to clean I shook head loose and damaged one rotary blade. Went to P.N. parts web site for replacement. It showed only full replacement heads, not blades only. Went to chat line. Asked where I could buy blades only. I was obviously communicating to a bot (named Angelina). It*she directed me to a web site. When I clicked on it I got the same web site that I was already on. When I "chatted" back, the response I received was no help at all. Disappointed not only that yP.N does not provide blade replacement on web site, but, even more that so-called Customer Service Rep is a D---N MACHINE. I will try Amazon or Walmart for replacement blades, but they don't show razor model numbers for their replacement blades. Show razor series when searching, but apparently just blade part numbers for the blades themselves. If I order and get blades that don't fit my razor I'll end up in a hassle trying to send them back. All this is complicated by the fact that my hearing prevents me from communicating with Customer Service by phone.

GetHuman-wswallac did not yet indicate what Philips Norelco should do to make this right.
