I ordered a razor and received an email that it would be delivered on*****. it was delivered on ***** via FedEx. I asked * agents that it be delivered to the front door. This was confirmed by.m. to t he garage door. * hours later then stated. I spoke to FedEx and was told tha it was a glitch and they were not at fault. Horrible customer service. You might wnt to give your customers a choice f shipping alternatives. USPS, FedEx or USP. As FedEx doesnot seem to to take responsibility or care how treats it's customers. Your customer service rep. did not seem To care either******@***.com
