Help with my Philips Hue issue

I have Phillips hue bulbs ( *) , I have light strips (*) and the software Hue Bridge v* ( version *.*.* (****). All have been awesome! So I bought five outdoor light fixtures that each came with a hue bulb. All are installed but my software is only recognizing * of these new outdoor bulbs...why? I've reset the bridge, I've even tried inputtng the bulb serial * as noted in trouble shooting. Is my bridge only capable of a max * of lighting ? I thought that might be the case, so removed one...then tried to find the new bulbs again...yet to no avail ? My bridge is model * zigbee
GetHuman-amanmoss did not yet indicate what Philips Hue should do to make this right.
