For several years we have experienced delivery inadequacies. At first maybe once a month then it grew existentially to practically once or twice a week. *Previously we would call or text our carrier and the situation would be corrected. *The last few months she has not responded or even acknowledge our concern. *I began bypassing the carrier and reporting it if the paper isn’t delivered by *-*.**am. *Last week or so when my paper didn’t show I asked to speak to the “District Supervisor” as I have many times. As usual, no one called back. *Now I’m sick of bad service and lack of consideration. The Inquirer is still * of the best newspapers in the country but what good is it if I can’t get it? Please don’t tell me I could get the “on-line edition”! I know I can but it isn’t the same. I have * other papers delivered and I only have problems with the Inquirer and the NY Times which you also print and distribute in this area. **If I don’t have this situation resolved and very quickly we will be forced to cancel both newspapers. **I demand a follow-up telephone call by the end of this week or we are cancelling. **Sincerely*David Schultz*** E Ridge Ave*Sellersville. *****-******My mobile * is ***.***.****
