My subscription from last year was automatically renewed when I had not authorized the renewal. I called on February ** and spoke with a customer service rep who assured me he cancelled my subscription and the fee of $**.** would be returned to my bank account. To date, I have not gotten my y back. I did not want to renew and I did not authorize anyone to take money from my bank account, and apparently I was lied to by the CS Rep. Please tell me when I should expect my refund and assure me that this will not happen next year.
