To PGW Customer Service: I recently received a collections notice regarding my sister, Doris Beatty, who resided at [redacted] E Wadsworth Avenue, Philadelphia, PA [redacted]. Unfortunately, my sister passed away on January 26, [redacted]. In February of the same year, I visited the PGW Office at 52nd and Chestnut Street with her gas bill, death certificate, and my Certified copy of the Short Certificate as the Executor of her Estate. During my visit, I requested to transfer the bill into my name and set up a budget plan to settle the outstanding amount. I made an initial payment of $[redacted] towards the $[redacted] bill at the office. However, a few weeks later, I received a bill addressed to me for the Wadsworth Avenue property under the Budget Plan. Since then, I have consistently paid $[redacted] each month towards the past due amount. I have attached documentation of all transactions for your review. I am puzzled as to why I am still receiving collection notices and calls. I would appreciate clarification from PGW regarding this matter.

In the summer of [redacted], there was a gas leak discovered at my residence at [redacted] Grakyn Lane, [redacted], which the Gas Company promptly fixed. However, the subsequent pavement repair work has been extremely substandard. The cement work is now crumbling and uneven, posing a potential hazard to pedestrians. Despite reaching out to the City, The Office of Public Affairs, and PGW, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am requesting a supervisor from PGW, or the relevant party, to assess and rectify the poor quality work done on my property. I appreciate your prompt attention to this issue. Thank you, Patricia A. Stanczak, [redacted] Grakyn Lane.

I previously contacted NRG regarding the contract signed on 07/07/[redacted] at Walmart in Wyncote, PA. I was misled by the representative, which contradicted the information on the website. I want to rescind my enrollment and contract with NRG and continue using PECO for electricity and PGW for gas and heating. I plan to return the $40 gift card received for enrolling. I tried to contact NRG before 8 pm, but received no response. I will inform my current energy providers of my decision. Please confirm receipt of this email or contact me at [redacted]. Thank you. -Sheryl C. H. [redacted] Ogontz Ave Philadelphia, PA 19[redacted]

PGW is conducting work in our neighborhood, and as a result, they relocated a car to the front of my residence on Marple Street due to their digging on Jackson Street. The car, a dark green Acura with the license plate jtn [redacted], is improperly held together with duct tape. I am requesting the prompt removal of the abandoned vehicle, as it prevents me from parking in front of my own house. Kindly address this situation and ensure that PGW or their contractors relocate the car they left in front of my home. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I resubmitted the medical form to my doctor to prevent my gas from being shut off by PGW on Friday. Despite this, after contacting PGW a second time and speaking to a live agent, their office had closed, leaving me uncertain about my gas account status. Being disabled for the past 9 months due to a serious accident, I am relying on the gas supply for essential utilities in my home. I urgently need assurance that my gas will not be disconnected until the medical form is processed for the 30-day hold. I have applied for the CRP program with the gas company, but without gas, my household will be severely impacted. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Douglas S.
