I am pleased with your puppy pee pads. Typically used for puppy training, I use them for one of my cats who still sprays even after being fixed. This helps protect our furniture. Recently, I bought an XL bag of pads for $4.20 in total, from Dollarama in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. One of the pads in the pack has a strange hard substance on it. I am not complaining, just curious about this unusual issue. I would appreciate a free replacement bag with 10 pads of the same size to make up for this. A photo is available if needed. I am not seeking a refund, just a replacement. I look forward to your response. Thank you for your attention and have a great day.
