I am a aquarium owner and have been dealing with fish for all my life but wanted to bring to your attention about a store that is located in Chambersburg Pa *****. I have been dealing with them for quite a few years but the fish in the aquariums are dead or on there way there. I have had to return several of them because on there short life span in which always happens the next day or a few days later. I know how to take care of my aquariums and never have any issues, I have and run * tanks. The tanks in this location are filthy and not maintained, I do not know who is responsible for this but it is a public eye sore. First of all when trying to buy the fish there is never anyone present making it hard to even get fish, you have to walk around and ask for help and the employees do not have any skills on how to net there fish so the damage the fish before you even get them. They add fish chemicals directly into the bag never measuring the amount this is one of the reasons the fish die. I tested your h** when I get home and it is way out of spec. I am not sure if anyone cares about this butt it is a shame that the aquariums are in this condition, dirty, dead fish in the aquariums, I am no longer going to buy my fish from you. I looked at several other of your competitors and they do take care of there aquariums. Please pass this on to the proper department if any one cares?
