Hi - my Name is Zipora Weber. I’m a long time customer and using your site regularly. I’ve ordered a few items recently as father’s Day gifts. The latest one was ordered yesterday, June **th ****, order * *********. At checkout I was urged to use the expedited shipping with the warning that my order will not be in time if I use ground shipping. Since I need it for father’s day I opted for the expedited shipping just to find out that you’re are promising guaranteed Father’s Day delivery with no extra fee. I’m very disappointed that I had to pay the extra fee based on your advised, and would like to be reimbursed for the extra shipping charge. *Thank you in advance. *Zipora Weber*T*****@***.com
