On December 9th, I ordered grandparent Christmas ornaments with an expected delivery date of December 18th. Today, I called customer service and had to wait on hold for 35 minutes before requesting a callback. Upon speaking with a representative, the provided solutions were not acceptable, and I was informed that due to the busy season, I couldn't speak with a manager immediately. I had to leave my contact information for a manager to call me back "in a few days." I am very disappointed with this experience.

I placed two orders by phone on December 16, [redacted]. The orders were acknowledged with all items personalized correctly. Despite being assured delivery by December 20th, no packages arrived. Order confirmation numbers # [redacted]29 and # [redacted]55 were not trackable by UPS. I made four calls to the [redacted] number, waiting over two and a half hours in total. After using the call-back option, no one returned my calls. Three emails were sent without any response on the delivery status. As of December 26th, I have no information about my orders. I seek clarification on whether the orders were processed, the expected delivery date, refund for the $5.98 express shipping fees, and compensation for the Christmas gifts' delay and time lost. I have been a loyal customer and have never encountered such issues before. I kindly request a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Dr. D. Swagers.

Order #[redacted]93, intended for my sister, Joann M. in Ellisville, MO, arrived promptly. However, a duplicate package from your company followed shortly after. Though packaged and addressed the same, she returned it unopened assuming it was a mistake. Could you clarify if both orders were charged, and if so, how will you issue a refund? I purchased 2 canvas prints with Order # [redacted]71 and barcode #[redacted]04, along with 3 smaller prints under Order # [redacted]52 and barcode #[redacted]21. These were intended as Christmas gifts for my family. However, upon unpacking, I was disappointed to find the writing overlapping in a messy manner, causing the colors to appear off. I have taken some photos to illustrate the issue and would appreciate it if the 3 smaller prints could be redone. I am satisfied with previous purchases from your company, but this time the quality did not meet my expectations. I hope this can be resolved without causing inconvenience. I purchased an elephant ring holder, and upon receiving it, I was disappointed to see that the engraving of the person's name appeared to be like a sticker. This was meant to be a Christmas gift for a co-worker, and I'm quite upset by the quality of the item. I have always been satisfied with your service in the past and have left positive reviews. However, this time I am struggling to reach out to anyone for assistance regarding this matter. I understand this is a busy time of year, but I hope to resolve this issue before Christmas.

I placed an order for a personalized doormat in late November. I received an email confirming that it was collected by Whistl on 2nd December with order number #[redacted]00. However, the item has not been delivered yet. I reached out to Personal Creations via email, and Jeanne A responded, asking me to confirm the delivery address, which I promptly did. I called Whistl yesterday, and they informed me that Hermes is responsible for the delivery. I checked the tracking information with Hermes, and they are currently awaiting the package from Whistl. I am quite puzzled by this delay, especially since this was intended as a Christmas gift that should have arrived earlier. I am unable to locate a contact number for customer support in the UK, despite knowing that there are offices in Southampton. If anybody has any information or can assist, please let me know. To whom it may concern, I placed an order on 11/23 with the expectation of receiving it by 12/4. However, I have been tracking the package and it hasn't moved since 12/2. I am concerned about this significant delay, as I worry that I will not receive the items in time for Christmas. I believe that prior notice of a possible delay would have been appreciated at the time of my order. If the package does not arrive by the end of this month, I will have to request a refund.

I got part of the order, the beverage tub and stand, but the chillin & grillin wood tool rack is missing. This item is crucial as it's a Christmas gift I need by December 22. My name is Mrs. Stacey. I have ordered three personalized doormats for Christmas gifts with order number [redacted]. The company stated they would arrive by the 22nd. I am concerned because the tracking information has not been updated for several days. I have emailed them and received an automated response, but I fear their replies may be going to spam. This worries me as all previous emails have reached me. After further investigation, I discovered numerous complaints. I am starting to question the legitimacy of Personal Creations. I purchased personalized whisky glasses and was informed that my order is in transit. Unfortunately, I did not receive a tracking number, only the order number. I have paid £50 for this but have not received the item yet. Despite emailing them to deliver my purchase, they keep responding with the same message that it is on its way. The expected delivery date was the 16th of December, with assurances of arrival before Christmas, but I am doubtful. I am starting to believe that this company might be operating dishonestly.

I am not a disgruntled customer and am unsure of how I ended up on that site. I was extremely satisfied with your service. The first order I received was punctual, and it had the necessary correction I had requested via email. Thank you for the efficient manner in which it was handled. However, my current issue arose when I contacted your office on Monday morning. The staff member mentioned it was too late for modifications. This prompted me to panic and place a redundant order for another blanket, alongside a personalized pink robe, assuming the initial order had the incorrect date. I now find myself with an unnecessary second blanket. If the second order has not been processed yet, could you kindly remove the extra blanket from it? Thank you once more, hoping for a resolution. Order #[redacted]34: Upon reviewing my order, I realize that I selected the wrong photo for one of the hearts, and it appears off-center. The heart in question says "Granpy & Grammy." I am a loyal customer and would greatly appreciate if I could change that specific ornament. Thank you for consistently providing excellent ornaments and service. As a 71-year-old, it seems like my eyes were tired when I placed the order for that particular ornament. Thank you!

I made an order today around 4:25 p.m. through the website. I attempted to apply my 40% off code, MERRY40, but the discount didn't reflect in the total. Despite being a loyal customer for years, I always encounter issues when using coupons. Your products are wonderful, and I order frequently. I placed an order with number [redacted]41. I was informed on Friday that I would receive a resolution via email, but I have not received any communication yet. I have tried calling your toll-free and non-toll-free numbers, but unfortunately, no one has picked up. The Take-Along chair in navy that I received had discolored cushions that appeared used, with possible staining from body fluids.
