The order* ************, which I ordered from you and requested that you ship to my sister Joann Morrissette in Ellisville, Mo. was delivered. THE PROBLEM! A few days after receiving the beautiful Monogrammed pink robe, Joann received another package from your company. It was packaged the same way and addressed to her, the same as the original package. She started to unwrap it but called me to see if I had sent "two" gifts to her. We decided it had to be a double shipment, so she has returned it without opening the package. Questions now are* Did you charge me for both orders? If so, what action do you take to refund for one shipment? Was the *nd order*monogrammed with her name? If so, what happens to it now?
