I recently faced an issue where I couldn't buy the Pentax HD DA Telephoto Zoom Lens - 55mm-300mm - F/4.5-6.3 because reviews indicated its HD functions might not work well with my Pentax K-01 Camera by Marc Newson. Following this, I bought the Pentax SMCP-DA 55-300mm f/4-5.8 ED WR Weather Resistant Telephoto Zoom Lens. I learned from lens reviews that the first lens might not be entirely compatible with my K-01 camera due to a firmware upgrade requirement for the camera. Any additional thoughts on this matter would be welcome.

Dear Customer Service,
I had received a replacement Papillio binocular after the first one broke, but now the focusing wheel is also malfunctioning. I am aware of the lifetime guarantee, and while the serial number of the replacement does not match the original purchase receipt, I believe you have a record of the binoculars sent. I would appreciate guidance on how to proceed with sending them back for repair. The binoculars were bought at B&H Photo.
