my name is Michael Smeltzer I reopened my claim on *-*-****. I got a conformation email that said my first week to file is *-**-****. Every time I log in to file my biweekly came it takes me to address verification page and there is a message that states my claim is no inactive and to email or call.*I have been trying to call and have tried to reply to the email address on my conformation email but was undeliverable. please help. my mom's email is the best to reply to.
