I reopened my claim on March **. I am trying to file might be by weekly Claim which should have been filed by April *. I am not able to file my Bi-weekly Claim because it keeps saying that my claim is inactive.I have been calling hundreds of times each day since March ** and cannot get through. Can not file online due to it saying inactive. I am the only income and have not had any money coming in in three weeks. I need this reactivated now. Everything I am seeing says that if your claim comes up in active and you have already re-opened it not to reopen it again
