My computer broke and I purchased a new one with windows **. I was prompted to enter my email address which is "*****@***.com". I can send mail, but cannot receive any mail. When syncing my account I need to enter the name of the account and my email address. I believe I need the proper name of my account in order to sync it to the computer correctly. Please give me the details of my account. My work email address is* "MR*****@***.com
GetHuman-mreinsmi did not yet indicate what PenTeleData should do to make this right.
