I am frustrated about missing our flight today at 12:15 due to the train delay at Stansted. Despite arriving at the gate at 12:20, the Pegasus plane had already departed, leaving us behind. After calling Pegasus airline in Turkey, I was informed I needed to pay £[redacted] for another flight. This seems unjust as the delay was caused by the late train taking us to the terminal. I had to pay an additional £[redacted] for a flight the next day and another £18 to return home. I am seeking a refund of £[redacted] and £18 from Pegasus for the inconvenience and financial loss incurred during this ordeal.

Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Mr. Ghabi Saeed and I was a passenger on Wednesday, August 21, [redacted], on the following flights: Flight: [redacted] Airline: Pegasus Departure: 16:20 (SXF) Arrival: 20:15 (SAW) Connecting flight Flight: [redacted] Airline: Pegasus Departure: 23:30 (SAW) Arrival: 01:20 (BEY) on Thursday, August 22, [redacted] My ticket number is: AZDLQL During this journey with your airline, I experienced significant financial and emotional distress. Flight sequence: I was traveling to attend my brother's wedding in Beirut on Thursday, August 22, [redacted]. Upon disembarking from Flight [redacted] in Istanbul at 20:15 on Wednesday, I was informed by one of your staff members that I would be denied further travel. I received no further information and was kept waiting inside the building. When I inquired about the reason for this, I was rudely dismissed by your employee. After 5 hours, I requested food and drink as none had been provided until then. I was reluctantly given a burger from "Burger King" and a cola when I reiterated my need for sustenance. I was then handed a document indicating a 9:30 return flight to Germany, informing me that I would be sent back. Despite it being past 01:00, I requested internet access to inform my family in Lebanon and Germany but was denied this service by your staff on-site. I was forced to purchase internet for [redacted] euros. Another passenger with a French accent was provided with internet access and accommodation, while I, being a Syrian citizen, received no such assistance. I spent the entire night without the opportunity to rest or sleep as I had been awake for over 30 hours by then. on August 22, [redacted], I was sent back to Germany at 9:30. When I arrived back in Berlin/Schönefeld at 12:25, I discovered that my suitcase, including wedding gifts worth [redacted] euros, had gone missing. I reported this immediately at the airport. After several calls to Beirut, I was assured that I would be allowed entry without any issues and they were unaware of the previous night's incident. Consequently, I had to book a new flight for Friday, August 23, [redacted], at the cost of [redacted] euros, and required an overnight stay in Berlin. This ordeal has resulted in unnecessary expenses and stress. I urge you to resolve this matter promptly and reimburse the costs. Internet in Istanbul

Hello Pegasus, I, along with my family of four, had purchased tickets to fly from Athens to Istanbul on July 29, followed by a connecting flight to Tehran. Unfortunately, we were robbed en route to the Athens airport and lost our Canadian passports, preventing us from making our flights. We promptly informed Pegasus staff at Athens airport and cancelled the booking at least three hours before departure. Following this, we received an email confirmation of the cancellation with assurance of a refund to our credit card. We had also paid $[redacted] for additional luggage the day before the flight. To date, we have not received the refund despite providing documentation, including the email confirmation and a police report detailing the passport loss. I hold case number [redacted]3 for this claim. Regrettably, I am unable to contact you by phone as the provided number is inaccessible from Canada. I was denied boarding a flight even though I hold a Namibian passport with number P[redacted] and a Turkish e-Visa with number [redacted]37. The reason given was that I do not have an additional visa for America or Schengen, or I have never visited a European country, which doesn't make sense to me. I visited the Turkish embassy in Lefkosa and was told I could book my visa online, resulting in me paying for the e-Visa, which was approved quickly, only to be turned down at the airport. I am really disappointed as I had to miss my best friend's wedding on the 13th of October [redacted] due to this inconvenience. I was well informed by the immigration officials of Turkey and Pegasus Airline. If there is anything that can be done for me to fly in the early hours of today or before 10 am, I would be grateful, and I am willing to pay a minimum fee if required.

I am experiencing technical difficulties with the Pegasus website. I am unable to access tickets purchased through other travel agencies, complete check-ins, or make new purchases on their site. I have tried multiple Windows 10 computers, Android phones, and tablets without success. We made a flight reservation for my wife on Pegasus Airlines from Amsterdam to Istanbul SAW for June 29. The payment was made using iDeal, the top payment platform in the Netherlands, without any issues. Unfortunately, we did not receive any reservation details or confirmation after the payment. Despite reaching out to customer service, we have not received any assistance. We provided a screenshot of the payment but have not had any resolution. The customer service agents we spoke to did not provide any further contact information or help. It's frustrating to have paid and not received anything in return. We booked a holiday with Loveholidays, who arranged our flights through JTA Travel. Today, I was informed by JTA that our flight refunds totaling £2,[redacted], along with an additional £[redacted] for another set of flights, have not been processed by your company. We have been struggling for the past three months to obtain these refunds for flights from Manchester to Egypt on April 19th and from Manchester to Tunisia on May 30th. Being pensioners, it is challenging for us to have our funds tied up in either your or JTA's accounts. Loveholidays, JTA, and Pegasus will all be negatively impacted by this situation, as they are all involved. We are considering involving the press if necessary. Our flights on April 19th and May 30th with Pegasus have been cancelled. The tickets were bought through JTA Travel, which then transferred them to Loveholidays. I've contacted JTA, who mentioned they haven't received the refunds from Pegasus. This situation is causing us great stress as the refund amounts are substantial, and as pensioners, we've saved diligently for these vacations. We urgently need the refund payments as the deadline has already passed. This is incredibly unjust. Can anyone provide assistance? Thank you, Gillian H.

My wife and I were scheduled for flight PC1166 on 25/07/[redacted]. We arrived for check-in 30 minutes before it closed and were informed I needed a visa, which I couldn't obtain in time. We requested to board due to our long layover in Istanbul, but were denied. Consequently, we had to hire a car from Stansted at a cost of £[redacted] to get home. Later that night, I confirmed I didn't need a visa as a British passport holder. I rebooked on flight PC1162 the next day for £[redacted]. Again, we were denied boarding because my wife required a round trip ticket with Pegasus. After booking another return flight, PC1821, for £[redacted], we were met with rude remarks from a staff member. Our trip was for urgent dental treatment and a short break. I have been attempting to contact Pegasus Airlines since September 18th without success. I was granted an open ticket in March due to COVID-19 flight cancellations. I urgently need to travel to Istanbul on Sunday and return by Thursday or Friday. I have sent an email with all the necessary details and PNR code, which I am also forwarding to the CEO, Mr. Tevfik Nane. Despite being instructed by a customer service representative to rebook online using my PNR code ZKV7UZ, I have encountered difficulties. On October 5th, I reserved a flight ticket from Karachi to Düsseldorf via Istanbul airport at 04:15 in the morning. However, I was informed that the flight from Karachi to Istanbul had been canceled, and subsequently, the next flight from Istanbul to Düsseldorf was also canceled. I received an email stating that it is still pending confirmation. I am reaching out to inquire about the procedure to board the following flight if I miss the first one. Please assist in coordinating both flights or suggest alternative options. I would greatly appreciate your help. Looking forward to your prompt response.

I am looking to travel to Istanbul from December 25th, [redacted], to January 1st, [redacted]. Firstly, I would like to inquire about the flexibility of open tickets in case changes are needed. Secondly, being from Bosnia and Herzegovina, I am unsure if a negative PCR test is required for returning home or only for entry into Istanbul. Additionally, I am curious about the refund policy if one of us contracts Covid-19 within 24 to 48 hours of the flight. Lastly, we plan to purchase basic luggage for three adults, however, only one person requires an additional 20kg baggage for the return trip from Istanbul to Sarajevo. I traveled from Berlin to Delhi with a layover in Istanbul and Sharjah with Pegasus Airlines flight no PC [redacted] and Air Arabia flight G9 [redacted]. I checked my luggage in Berlin and was assured by the help desk in Istanbul and Sharjah that it would be transferred correctly, but it did not arrive in Delhi. Please investigate the issue, retrieve my luggage, and transfer it to Air Arabia promptly. My PNR numbers for Pegasus are DRP88Z and DRP8K5, and for Air Arabia it is [redacted]5. The ticket was booked for the Berlin to Delhi route.

Dear Pegasus Airlines Staff, I wish to report the extreme rudeness of the Captain on Flight PC-[redacted] from CIT to SAW on 01.02.[redacted] at around 4:35 am local time. My name is Zhannat Saparova, Assistant Representative of Pegasus Airlines. The incident unfolded as follows: the Crew arrived late at 4 am as expected. When we boarded the plane, I sat at the front of the mini-bus waiting for the ladder. The Captain immediately yelled at me to stand up, get the ladder, and blamed me, despite their tardiness. I informed him we were waiting for the Crew, but he continued to argue and shout. Later, he rushed the fueling process and boarding simultaneously due to their delay. The Captain's disrespectful behavior towards me, a woman and an Assistant Representative, was uncalled for. I find it unacceptable and am deeply upset. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will escalate it to the Vice President of Pegasus Airlines. Thank you for your attention.

Hello, I'm Antonela Mujan. Recently, at Sabiha Gocken Airport in Istanbul, I encountered a significant issue. When I went to the check-in counter, they informed me that my ticket purchased through an agency was invalid. Initially, I had booked my trip for March 24-27. However, due to my family falling ill, I rescheduled the flight to March 31-April 3, incurring an additional cost of €[redacted]. Upon my arrival in Istanbul on April 3, I was told by Pegasus Airlines that there were no tickets for us on that date and that the ticket was valid for March 27. It seems the agency may have misled us, requiring us to purchase new tickets directly from Pegasus Airlines at a further cost of €[redacted]. Despite attempts to contact the agency from the airport, there was no response. They provided a document stating that the valid tickets were for March 27, not April 3. I am seeking a receipt so I can claim a refund from the agency for the additional ticket expenses incurred by my family: Antonela Mujan, Dalibor Krunic, Jovan Krunic, and Ana Krunic.
