As a teacher from Northern Valley Regional High School in Old Tappan, New Jersey, I've been trying to order the "Fundamentals of English Grammar My EnglishLab Access Card" from the [redacted] Pearson ELT Catalog for three weeks now. I was instructed by Pearson that since it's a digital product, I need to obtain a price quote through my regional representative. Despite reaching out to my sales rep, Emily Frisch, who redirected me to customer support, I have yet to receive the necessary emailed price quote to proceed with a purchase order from my school. The customer service helpline listed in the Pearson ELT catalogue, [redacted], proved unhelpful as they directed me to another incorrect number, [redacted], x [redacted]. It's frustrating that no one seems willing to assist me in acquiring this digital access card (# [redacted]-0-13-[redacted]-2) or provide the essential price quote. I'm left wondering if there is a Pearson manager who could take accountability and ensure I can place my order promptly.

I ordered the Pearson Revel for Introduction to Python Programming and Data Structures - Access Card on January 24, [redacted] for $69.32 with the 3-8 business days shipping method. However, I have not received the access card from Revel Pearson yet, and as a result, I am unable to redeem the access code for my course. Concerned about being late for my class, I had to purchase the access code online, which was priced at $84.99. I believe Pearson should take responsibility for the delayed shipment of the access card to my house and refund me the price difference of $15.67. Thank you.

I've been reviewing the textbook "Higher Level Physics - 2nd Edition (Pearson Baccalaureate)", published by your company, with ISBN [redacted] 1 [redacted]2 1, authored by Chris Hamper. I've identified some errors in the content and formatting that I wanted to bring to your attention. Firstly, on page 50, in "Table 2.7", the formula "h=vsinθt-1/2*g(t/2)^2" seems to be incorrect. It should be corrected to "h=vsinθ(t/2)-1/2*g(t/2)^2" for consistency with the general formula provided in the book. Secondly, on page 75, in the "Work example" box with "Figure 2.98", there's a typesetting issue where the "10N" label seems to have been partially cut off in printing, appearing as "10|". Lastly, there's a discrepancy in the chapter numbering starting from page iii and continuing to page [redacted]. The subtitles for chapters 4, 5, and 6 need to be adjusted to match the corresponding chapter titles and content accurately. Other than these issues, the rest of the book seems fine.

I am currently reading the textbook published by your company, titled "Standard Level Chemistry - 2nd Edition (Pearson Baccalaureate)", with the ISBN [redacted] 1 [redacted]6 9, authored by C. Brown and M. Ford. I have identified a small error in the text. On page 77, in the paragraph under "d and f orbitals," there is a mistake. The phrase "and the second energy level is made up from three sub-levels" should be corrected to "and the second energy level is made up of two sub-levels." This adjustment is needed as previously on page 76, it was stated that "The second energy level of the Bohr model is split into two sub-levels in the Schrodinger model." Therefore, I recommend correcting the error in future editions.

I am trying to get more information about the Skills for Life ICT Level 2 exam content but have struggled to find a way to contact a person directly. Navigating the website has been challenging, as my queries are not among the pre-made ones. Having a chat option would be a welcomed addition.My question is regarding the version of Excel that will be included in the exam, as it seems there may be variations. My daughter will be taking the exam soon and I want to ensure she is prepared for the correct version.

I have access codes and an invitation. I reach the page before entering them, but the webpage keeps spinning and won't proceed. I urgently need to access this book. Please assist me. The customer service from the biggest textbook company is extremely poor. If I don't receive help, I won't use your services again. There is no live assistance available. I am disabled and face challenges due to my age and disability. Accessing this book is crucial for me.

I'm a college student who needs to purchase an access code for MyLab and Mastering Statistics through Blackboard. The issue is that the purchase process keeps redirecting me to my old Pearson account from high school, using an email that is no longer valid. For instance, the system fills in my email as "[redacted]", my old high school email. I've attempted to update the email on the account, but it's showing as "locked". Creating a new account doesn't allow me to access the course properly on Blackboard, which is necessary for my class. I simply want to create a new account without it defaulting to my old Pearson account email and also request the deletion of my old Pearson account. Thank you.

Hello, My name is Ioana Bizau, student id: [redacted]1, residing in Wentworth House, Gants Hill, under Batch no: Wh-RHB-E14-HNDB-Level 5. I have been studying with UKCBC for 2 years, with my 2nd year concluding in February [redacted]. Unfortunately, I missed the opportunity to resubmit one of my last assignments, the Research Project. Currently, I am required to repeat the assignment, but my college informed me in June that they do not yet have permission from Pearson to allow repeat assignments. I am very anxious about this situation since I am aiming for a Top-up degree and other students have already commenced the Top-up program. I am feeling quite helpless. Can anyone offer any assistance or advice on this matter?

I am a high school teacher taking over a Statistics course from a colleague. I am trying to transfer her MyMathLab class to my Pearson account to avoid recreating assignments. After logging in successfully and attempting to select my institution to find her Stats classes, I encounter an issue. When I click "add institution," I am prompted to enter my Pearson username and password, but I receive an error message saying they are incorrect. I am confident my credentials are accurate as I could log in initially. I need assistance to resolve this before school starts on August 19.

I am a member of Regal Academy, and we are planning to introduce online English courses for adults. We are specifically looking into the Start-Up series. Hello Vue, my name is Saman Anilkumar. Yesterday, I had an exam, but unfortunately, the Pearson staff didn't allow me to take the exam because the area wasn't compliant with the rules. I had no other option at that time because I was traveling due to a sudden family funeral. I tried to write the exam or reschedule it, but I received an email stating that I had to do so within 24 hours. The person handling my case is [redacted]. I'm not sure what to do now. Hi, I'm Sidra, a student at Western University in Ontario. I bought an Engineering Mechanics: Statics eText and successfully registered for the lecture section on Pearson. Unfortunately, I'm having trouble enrolling in the tutorial section of the course using the course ID provided by my instructor. After contacting Pearson on Thursday, October 6th, my issue was supposed to be resolved on the same day, but I never received any updates. My case ID is [redacted]9. I, along with two other authors, have collaborated with Pearson for over 20 years and 7 editions of our psychology textbook "Essential Elements of Effectiveness." Despite a viable market, Pearson has declined to publish the 8th edition. Our contract, last signed in January [redacted] without a specified end date, usually renewed every 3 years with each new edition. Due to significant turnover at Pearson and difficulties in communication, we've been unable to discuss the 8th edition. After contacting them a year ago and meeting via Zoom with new staff, Kelli Strieby and Matt Summers, we were left waiting for funding updates, which never came. Currently, we are considering an offer from another publisher but need to be released from our contract with Pearson first. Contacting Pearson has been challenging, especially as our previous contacts are no longer with the company. It is unclear if Kelli Strieby or Matt Summers are still working at Pearson, but they may be able to direct us to the appropriate person for resolving contract issues.

I had scheduled my RBT test for April 24. Unfortunately, upon checking in, the proctor informed me that I needed to use a different ID. After resolving this issue, I encountered a connection problem that caused me to be placed back in line. Subsequently, I received a notification stating that my test was not available. Despite my presence at the testing site, these technical difficulties led to me being marked as a no-show. I am now seeking a refund for the test fee as I was unable to complete the exam due to issues on your end. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with a representative directly rather than receiving automated responses.

I purchased the Pearson eText Social Work Macro Practice for my studies at Arizona State University. After accessing the e-book and starting my readings, I unexpectedly got logged out and have been unable to log back in. Despite attempting to reset my password, I have not received the reset email. I booked the AWS Cloud Practitioner exam, canceled it, and the payment was debited to Pearson VUE before I canceled. I rescheduled the exam, but I'm unsure if the initial payment will be refunded and how long it might take. Additionally, I didn't provide my full name during the rescheduling, and now there's a discrepancy between the name on my proofs like Aadhar card or PAN card. I'm seeking advice on how to address these issues.
