I am a teacher at Northern Valley Regional High School in Old Tappan, NJ who has been contacting Pearson for * weeks (!) to order a product: Fundamentals of English Grammar My EnglishLab Access Card, form their **** Pearson ELT Catalogue. Because this is a digital product, they said that I must get a price quote through my regional rep. (I need an emailed price quote for my school to purchase with purchase order.) She, in turn, gave me a series of wrong numbers and non-existing people form which to get a price quote. What is mind boggling is that the Pearson ELT catalogue lists ***-***-**** as the number for customer service help, but they say they can't help with this product, so they refer me to *** ***-****, x ****, for Pearson ELT, which again is a wrong number. No one seems to be accountable for helping me order this product! (* ***-*-**-******-* -- a digital access card). My sales rep, Emily Frisch, ***-***-****, has simply passed the request to *****@***.com, but still no response or price quote! Isthere someone at Pearson on a management level who is accountable?
