Cancel and Refund.

I had to choose option "*" on their phone menu and wait to be connected to a customer service representative. I gave them my phone number and with that they had me confirm my address and phone number. I then asked for my account to be cancelled and for my credit card to be credited the auto-renwal fee for PodPass. The customer service representative was able to cancel my account and set up a credit to my credit card which should show up with *-* business days. She gave me a confirmation number and I was told to call back if the credit did now appear on my card on the *th business day following this call.
