I recently paid for a service repair to fix my Whirlpool appliance on June 30. Less than two weeks later, the same issue reoccurred. My main concern is the poor handling of customer needs by PC Richards' "Customer Service." Despite paying for two parts and the repair service, I am left with the same problem, resulting in food loss and additional expenses. The lack of customer care and the unresponsive website have added to my frustration. I am seeking a full refund as the repair was ineffective and has inconvenienced me greatly, especially with young children to look after. I have lost confidence in PC Richards' ability to address this issue promptly and effectively. Despite attempts to contact them, I have been unsuccessful in finding a resolution. I have submitted a review and detailed my concerns on their website in hopes of getting a timely and satisfactory resolution to this ongoing problem. Regards, Mrs. N.

I contacted customer service about my Maytag washer purchased on November 26, [redacted] with Invoice #80-[redacted]. The earliest available service date given was September 22, [redacted], from 12:00pm to 5:00pm. My washer, not even two years old, won't start due to the lid lever issue. Waiting three weeks without a washer for a family of four (including 2 kids) is unacceptable. Despite having paid in full and having a service contract, I'm dissatisfied with this delay. I insist on a closer service date. Disregarding pandemic or staffing issues, I find waiting for three weeks unreasonable. If I'm expected to wait this long, I demand a refund of the $[redacted].99 I paid for the extended service.

I found a TV on sale that I wanted to buy, and I communicated with a salesman who provided me with an online link to submit my banking information. However, when I attempted to place my order, my computer was malfunctioning. After struggling to reach the salesman due to his busy phone line, I finally got through to the store when my computer was working again. Unfortunately, by that time, the order placement window had expired. I am now unsure of what steps to take, as I am eager to purchase the TV before the sale deadline at midnight.
