Ref: Order ***-******* As you see I did pay for a service repair to get my appliance fixed on June **. Less than * weeks my Whirlpool is having the exact same problem. *The main issue for me as been the horrible way that PC Richards "Customer Service" does to handle their customer needs -especially with my issue- I not only pay for a repair service, I did pay for not *, for * parts... and I ended with a refrigerator with the exact same issue! leading to loss food ($*** ) plus almost $*** that I paid to get my appliance fixed and, still with the same exact issue* plus a long weekend with no one who cares and at least a take note for someone at "the right department call you back when they will open"... "it's not my department I cannot put a note in the system*" and as it that was not enough, a webpage that neither work. Sadly, even in an open business hour repair service Department, NO ONE who can even make a note for what's going on! and at least tell me when some will show up with the assurance that this time the job will be done properly, without more charges -it's less than * weeks-*IT's why I just one my money back -I paid for a service repair that didn't FIX the issue and leads to disaster.- I don't have the time, I do have a great need (I have * months old, * years old children ) My confidence in PC Richards is gone, -there is no one WHO can take care of the issue -they just run me around- *:** pm come and guess what? is over for today! waiting time over ** minutes so, the system automatically hangs your call. Thus, I want and need my full refund so I can buy a new refrigerator ASAP. *Please, advise, in my way looking for someone as the "last customer serv. in the right department instruct me to do: "GO to the web page and write to customers serv"., PC Richards web page pop a place like this to describe my issue and give a review -I fill out the information- and got this review ********. I will keep writing, I HAVE a great need for a working refrigerator to keep food and milk for my little ones* hopefully, this time, this note will get into the hands of a professional and carefull person who will DO me right and fix this issue as soon as possible.
