I can’t get through the non human operator because I don’t have a mobile number. I am very stressed as I have tried to get help now this is the second day of trying to sort it out. I am disabled and can’t get out so I am reliant on paypal service. I don’t understand tech very much. My access was denied. It keeps asking for my card details which I always use and not acknowledging it it keeps saying add a card but I only have one card. One lady from paypal said open another account but when I do it just says oops you already have an account. I can’t get any further. There is no problem with my bank account. I’m totally confused and don’t want mechanical options that I can’t understand. I need someone patient who will talk me through steps to put this right. Thank you. My landline phone is ***** ******. I don’t use my mobile because I am housebound.
