I rented a car for ** days and I was quoted $** per day. I tried several times to contact the company at the number listed and every prompt I chose delivered me to an automated at &t message asking me to enter an access code. I was only able to communicate via a three step process that ultimately led to an email exchange that took ** hrs or longer to receive a reply. When I returned the car in pristine condition, I was given a bill for $***, including a plethora of charges I don't understand. I called the number on the bill and was met with the same error, asking for an access code. $** for ** days is $*** not including surcharges and what have you, so I expected somewhere around $***, not double that. Any help would be appreciated
