Hi, My PayPal account is at a 0 balance, and I have not made any purchases since [redacted]. I recently received an email purporting to be from PayPal regarding an order for an ASUS TUF Gaming F15 with invoice number [redacted]. The email included a phone number +1 [redacted] to call about a $[redacted] order, but the invoice does not have my name or address. I suspect this may be a hacker. Hello. I need assistance with canceling payments. Last night, I opened a case that was closed without resolution. I am writing here for further explanation. I was recently scammed out of *** USD. The scammer posed as a friend and convinced me to send money multiple times. They claimed not to receive the funds, which led me to send more money, resulting in a total loss of *** USD. Even after reporting the issue and receiving a mail from PayPal stating the payments won't be refunded, I am reaching out here in hopes of preventing the scammer from receiving the payments and getting a refund. As a student in Prague, this situation has left me in a difficult financial position, and I urge for your assistance in resolving this matter.

I am reaching out for assistance regarding issues with WarriorPlus affiliates. Since March 18, they have promised commissions on products I purchased, but I have not received any payments. Despite seeking support through PayPal vendor contacts and WarriorPlus, I have been given the runaround. I have invested around $[redacted] in various products that have not lived up to their promises, and now I am struggling to get a refund within the 30-day guarantee. I am seeking assistance regarding a billing discrepancy on my account with PP. I recently paid off my balance in full, but noticed a $12.77 auto-payment that had already been transferred to another card. Despite this, I have been informed that a payment was missed. The charges accrued after April 1st should not be due until May, so a late payment should not be reflected. I value my credit score greatly and strive to maintain it. I made a payment last night, even though it is not technically due yet, to rectify the situation. Please address this billing error promptly to ensure that no late payment is recorded. Our Paypal business account has been restricted due to officer identity verification problems. Here's a summary of the issues and my interactions with customer service: -December [redacted]: Three former officers couldn't be verified as they were no longer with the company, and we couldn't remove them due to a Paypal technical glitch. -March [redacted]: After months of explaining the situation to customer service and receiving no resolution despite submitting required documents multiple times, Paypal finally removed the inactive officers when requested. -March-April [redacted]: We submitted verification documents for current officers, but Paypal questioned the match of names and address documentation, even though the information was accurate. Bonjour, Je fais suite à un litige avec Wish concernant ma commande passée le 16 mars sous le numéro 6231c4f51640e3eb7b204b84. Malgré la clôture du dossier PP-D-[redacted]49 le 14 avril, j'ai encore des articles pour lesquels j'ai fait des réclamations. Wish mentionne que le litige n'est pas clôturé, m'empêchant ainsi d'obtenir des remboursements pour ces articles. J'ai tenté d'expliquer que le conflit ne devrait pas impacter les autres articles pour lesquels le dossier est clos en leur fournissant des preuves, mais le service clients maintient sa position. Hello, I recently set up a 3-payment plan using PayPal to purchase goods. The first payment went through on time. Prior to the second payment, my bank flagged three transactions, including the second installment of the plan, due to a fraud concern. I verified the transactions and my bank assured me the payments would be honored, but it might take up to 21 days to clear the funds. I want to apologize for any delays as this was out of my control. I suspect fraud after researching online, and the shipping company only offers vague responses about delays due to Covid. They promised to expedite the process, but it seems like a tactic to avoid addressing the issue. I purchased a Willow Tree figurine called "Embrace My Happiness." I am concerned about the charges and would like to investigate the one related to Hong Kong further. The email confirmation I received lacks company details, and the tracking information is unclear.

I purchased a cordless Dewalt tool kit from Facebook Marketplace. I was expecting a set of 15 high-quality 18V battery-powered tools, but instead, I received a small box of cheap and poor-quality hand tools. I have encountered an issue with cashing out from surveys as the app indicates I am not fully verified with PayPal, even though PayPal confirmed my verification status. I am unable to resolve this on my own and need assistance to ensure the money can be transferred to my account. I have screenshots of the app's message and PayPal's verification status as proof of the problem. I believe improvements should be made to the verification process to expedite it and eliminating the ineffective automated text system would be beneficial.

I am having trouble logging into my account because I have forgotten my password and no longer have access to the email account linked to it. I had to change my phone number urgently due to escaping a dangerous situation where I was harassed with numerous calls and texts. I usually write down all my passwords in a journal, but I was unable to retrieve it when I fled the situation. I have changed all my passwords and personal information, including my phone number, but I cannot remember my PayPal password to log in. Recently, I changed my phone number, and after resetting my password, I logged in but couldn't find a previous payment before the number change. This triggered a request for an SMS verification, which led me to reset my password via email. However, the system still cannot verify my identity. Unfortunately, my severe social phobia makes calling for help difficult. Other platforms use various secure methods to verify identities such as license photos or AI facial recognition, which can be frustrating but more thorough. It seems unnecessary for this platform to restrict verification to phone calls only, especially when facing login issues.
