I noticed a charge on my card in Connecticut, though I live in the Eastern Time Zone. The charge was for Peacock Premium, approximately $5. I previously purchased a Care.com service for a friend, so I didn't expect any further charges until my February Direct Deposit. In December, I had funds on my card that didn't reflect in my balance, leading me to suspect a mistake or unauthorized transaction. I meticulously keep receipts to track spending. My card is with me as I compose this email to PayPal Prepaid Customer Service. I will provide photo evidence of my card's presence at my home since last night. I request immediate scrutiny of all charges since activating my card, supported by text message communication for documentation. I am not sure if I still have a PayPal account because I attempted to cancel it. However, I continue to receive suspicious order emails that do not belong to me, about three or four times a month. I suspect it might be a scam, so I have not responded to any of them. Should PayPal investigate this matter, I'm willing to forward one of these emails to them. Hello, I have been trying to reach your email support without success. I recently completed five papers for a new client, Miss Brazen. Unfortunately, she did not mention in the beginning that in case of failure, I would need to provide a refund. Now, she has opened a case for a refund for all papers due to the failure of the fourth paper, putting my entire payment on hold. Despite multiple revisions with different instructions each time, I tried to accommodate her requests. Currently, she has blocked me on Whatsapp and is unresponsive. I have provided screenshots to Paypal as evidence, but no actions have been taken yet. I offered a $20 refund for the fourth paper, which cost $15, but have received no response. I believe it is unfair to request a refund without prior notice, especially considering she had success with the other four papers. I have attached all the necessary proofs of delivering the papers. I received an email purportedly from "PayPal" addressed to Lisa Cline at [redacted] concerning an order placed. It includes details like the order number, invoice number, amount, and product (ETH Coin). The sender, Jade Alejo, claims to be from the Online Payments Team in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. The email also provides a contact number for inquiries. However, I want to clarify that I do not have an Ethereum account and did not make any purchases. I am concerned about how this error occurred and would appreciate clarification on this matter.

I initiated a withdrawal on the Slots Rush app last Thursday at 3:30 p.m. Pacific Time and was informed I needed to wait seven days. Today marks the seventh day at the same time, but now I've been informed that there is a queue due to high demand for the $[redacted] PayPal reward. I find myself at position [redacted] for review by PayPal staff. I find this delay confusing as I've patiently waited the required time after meeting the reward criteria. As a long-time PayPal account and prepaid card user, I am concerned about the delay and wish for a resolution today by transferring the $[redacted] reward to my accounts before the end of the business day.

I purchased a product from Orgazone, but they shipped it to an old billing address instead of the correct shipping address. Despite contacting Orgazone multiple times, they insist the package was delivered and verified by FedEx. I reached out to the address it was delivered to, and they claim they never received it. I have been corresponding with PayPal via email, and they requested the order number, which I provided. I received an email from PayPal four days ago stating they would assist me with the issue, but I am uncertain if it was genuinely from them. I followed up with PayPal yesterday using the email they provided, where they mentioned I have until the 8th to file a full claim before it is dismissed. I am still waiting to hear back from PayPal regarding this matter.

I recently received an email from PayPal informing me that my account has been permanently banned due to alleged fraud without any details provided. After contacting their customer service, I was unable to get a clear explanation and was advised to use their resolution system which no longer accepts emails. I only used my PayPal account to receive money from my father and from completing surveys, as well as paying bills. I am shocked by the accusation as I have not engaged in any fraudulent activities. Despite reaching out to the community for assistance, I have yet to receive a response. I am unsure of the next steps to take as the representative was unable to provide guidance. I am hoping for a resolution and clarification from PayPal to clear my name and reinstate my account.

I received funds in error on PayPal, which I discovered when I received an email about a dispute. Despite not actively using the app or checking my email regularly, I found out the customer claimed they did not receive an item and requested a refund, even though I did not sell anything online. I agreed to refund the money, assuming it would be resolved easily. However, a week later, I found my account locked, and after contacting customer service, I learned that I allegedly owed PayPal $26 for a chargeback related to an item not being sent out. Despite my repeated explanations that I never conducted any transactions, PayPal demanded $6.95 to unlock my account. I do not agree with being penalized for a mistake made by the other party. I am unable to use my PayPal account to make necessary purchases, as the only payment method available is PayPal. I request that the fees be waived and my account reinstated promptly, as I am not at fault for this situation.

On February 2, [redacted], I made a purchase using Pay Pal, which was a new experience for me. The transaction amounted to around $[redacted] split into two charges to the same place and was connected to my MasterCard credit card. However, on February 5, [redacted], I received an email supposedly confirming a transfer of $[redacted].99 for a purchase I did not make. The email claimed it was a payment to Coinbase Global, Inc. for 0.[redacted] BTC, calculated at an exchange rate of 1 BTC = $40,[redacted].82, totaling $[redacted].99. The email instructed me to contact customer service at [redacted]-[redacted], which raised suspicions. Upon calling, an individual named David John advised me to buy a Prepaid Google Play Card for $[redacted] from CVS and call back. Thankfully, the CVS staff alerted me to the scam before making the purchase. As an 84-year-old woman, I seek assistance in disputing the unauthorized charge of $[redacted].99.

I am unfamiliar with creating a PayPal account. I engage in buying and selling durable goods. Recently, some of my international clients have requested to use PayPal as their payment method. In my efforts to set up the account, I have encountered difficulties linking my credit card. To move forward, I have provided requested documents such as my voter's card for identification and the most recent card statement from an ATM transaction. Despite this, PayPal has informed me that I cannot proceed with their service. I am in genuine need of this account for my business transactions. Can someone provide assistance to help me resolve this issue and enable me to proceed with using PayPal for my business? Your support would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased crab legs through Instagram using PayPal. I filed a dispute that was denied as the seller provided delivery tracking from USPS and UPS. Upon investigation, the tracking numbers provided were fake. Despite showing evidence like full email inboxes and the seller's lack of communication, the PayPal resolution process let me down. The communication was absent until I received a denial: "We are denying your case(s)" We acknowledged receipt of your case(s) filed on January 23, [redacted]. Upon review, we are denying your case(s). The decision was based on tracking information from the merchant indicating delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. It's frustrating that PayPal overlooked the obviously fake tracking and delivery information provided by the seller.

I recently noticed a suspicious transaction from a merchant using PayPal. I attempted to cancel the payment before the item shipped. Despite following PayPal's instructions to reset my account, I encountered an access issue displaying a "forbidden error." I received various messages like "guru meditation," but couldn't regain access to my account after multiple attempts. Even clicking the account reactivation link sent by PayPal via email didn't allow me to log back in successfully.

I recently received an email, which I believe was automatically sent to my trash folder, regarding an order thanking me for using PayPal to pay $[redacted].79 to Justin Martin on a site called "Hoya Click." The email included a phone number to call if it wasn't my transaction. Being 86 years old, I'm concerned about phishing attempts, so I want to confirm if this is legitimate. I have payments in limbo. For instance, on February 9, [redacted], there was a preauthorization of $26.50 CAD for a purchase on my card ending in xx-[redacted]. The amount is still pending, and it hasn't been completed or has been completed for a different amount yet. The same situation occurred with another gift card I used on February 4, [redacted]. Both purchases were made from Zenva. Even after contacting Zenva, they have not received any payment confirmation either. The money seems to be stuck somewhere in the process. It's worth noting that the transaction from February 4 has not been cancelled and is still pending. Additionally, I recently realized that I forgot to enter a postal code on the gift card site, which I have rectified. I am now reaching out to see if this oversight may have caused any issues with the transactions.

I purchased a Waldorf doll from Lokeeda.com, but after ordering, I discovered some concerning information about the company.
