I am experiencing an issue with a pending payment that I am unable to access. The platform requires me to verify my account with a linked bank account, however, my bank account is with Wells Fargo for routing and direct deposit. Unfortunately, I am unable to apply for a credit card as applications are currently not accepted. This situation has left me unable to verify my account and access my funds. I kindly request a prompt phone call to address this matter as I have not encountered this problem in the past.

I keep receiving around 15 emails about a PayPal account, but I have never owned one. I get these emails regularly and it bothers me. I contacted support, and they asked for access to my computer to fix the problem. I'm hesitant to do that. I wish there was another way to resolve this issue. It's causing me a lot of stress and frustration. Please help me stop these emails.

I contacted a seller for a kitten named Mara Cortese. After paying $[redacted], I was told all costs were covered for transportation and vaccinations. Later, I was asked for $[redacted] more for a different crate. I paid $[redacted], and the seller supposedly covered the rest. I then received another request for $[redacted] for insurance, not initially mentioned as non-refundable. Feeling scammed, I declined. Now, I seek a refund of $2,[redacted].11. Threatening texts followed, alleging pet abandonment. Any assistance would be appreciated to resolve this issue.

We've had our PayPal account since the beginning of PayPal's operations. This is the second time this year our account has been restricted without a valid reason. We provided all the necessary documentation in July/August, and after verification, the administrator confirmed that our account is legitimate and shouldn't be frozen. We urgently need our account unfrozen to carry on with our business.

I purchased a solar flashlight from Primenoire, but it failed to work after three days in direct sunlight. I contacted the company for a return shipping label, but they only provided me with an address in China, asking for $30 to return the $50 item. I requested a refund on my credit card, which was initially credited but then charged again by the company. I am currently frustrated with this situation and believe Primenoire to be a deceptive Chinese company.

I have been struggling to access my PayPal Mastercard account for about a day now despite changing my password. The issue lies in the fact that PayPal requires a mobile phone number for login authentication, but my phone lacks a data plan, thus I cannot receive SMS messages. Although I provided an alternative number, PayPal deemed it unacceptable. I am seeking guidance on how to log in without a mobile phone number. Additionally, while I managed to log in through the Synchrony Bank portal and view my account, I encountered a roadblock when attempting to make a payment which directed me to another PayPal login page. Despite contacting PayPal customer service, I was informed that a mobile phone number is mandatory for access. I have been struggling to access my Paypal Mastercard account for a day now despite changing my password. Unfortunately, I cannot receive SMS messages as my mobile phone does not have a data plan. Even accessing my account through the Synchrony Bank login page was not successful as it redirected me to another Paypal login window when I tried to make a payment. Despite customer service advising me to use a mobile phone number for login, I believe Paypal should reconsider this requirement since many users face difficulties without one. I suggest they return to verifying accounts using security questions to address these ongoing login challenges. I am disappointed with my recent experience on eBay and PayPal. Despite being promised buyer protection, I did not receive the item I purchased, and both eBay and PayPal did not provide a refund. I demand a refund and believe the seller should locate their product independently. My dissatisfaction may lead to me using PayPal exclusively if these issues persist.

I recently reset my password after forgetting it, but I believe there might have been a typo as the new password is not working. I also encountered issues with a restricted card and forgot the PIN. I have an old PayPal account that I haven't used in years and have forgotten all the details.

I purchased two items from Beikang Trading Company. I received an email from coincipase. It seems this site is fraudulent. Many customers have complained about it. I can't find any valid telephone numbers or the website. The payment was processed through my PayPal account. I've tried contacting the site through email, but have not received a response. The items I ordered were the LED Penguin Slide for $59.09 and the Animated Snowman Snowman Fight. It appears that many others who have ordered from this company are experiencing the same scam.

I encountered an issue while trying to place an order on the Aeropostal website. Honey suggested buying a gift card to save more during checkout, so I followed that advice. However, upon proceeding to payment, I did not receive a confirmation. After contacting Aeropostale, they attempted to use the gift card but found it to be invalid or empty. Their suggestion was to wait a few days before trying again. Now, after two weeks have passed, the items I initially intended to purchase are no longer available, leaving me unable to use the gift card. I have bought gift cards through Honey in the past without any problems, and I am seeking a refund for the amount I paid for the current card. This is disappointing as I am unsure if the card would have worked even if the items were still in stock. Thank you.

I previously used the email [redacted] for my account, but there was an error message saying, "Sorry, something went wrong on our end. Please try again," when I logged in a year ago. Since then, I have been using a new email address, [redacted] However, this new email is no longer active, and when I tried to revert to my original email [redacted], it still doesn't work. Good morning and Happy Holidays. I recently changed my phone and had to reinstall Google Authenticator. Unfortunately, I cannot find my PayPal account on the app. I am unable to access my PayPal account as it requires a code from Google Authenticator. This is making it impossible for me to change the two-factor authentication settings. Can you please assist me with this issue? Thank you.

Every time I try to reset my password, I am prompted to complete a security check by selecting images like hills, traffic lights, and bikes. After going through the process, I receive a message saying they couldn't confirm my identity. Unfortunately, I am not given the option to reset my password through email. I simply need to change my password, access my account, and withdraw my funds. Thank you.

I found an email in my spam folder notifying me that my account was restricted because of issues with my credit card. This is accurate; the card was compromised and is no longer valid. Previously, I had an AOL account under the username [redacted], which is now not recognized when I attempt to log in. I have since switched to [redacted] for all online correspondence. I would like to create a new Paypal account using my Yahoo username and my updated credit card information.

I was recently charged $59.99 by Microsoft for a 12-month Gold subscription. Despite trying multiple times to contact Microsoft to cancel this service as the unit is no longer in use, I have been unsuccessful in stopping the automatic payment via the Xbox account settings. I kindly request a refund for the charge and for Microsoft to acknowledge that I no longer wish to be a member. They should have responded to my requests via email or on their system. Thank you. I sold my laptop to someone and we agreed on payment through PayPal. However, after the buyer received the laptop, I have not yet received the payment. They asked me to make an additional payment of R1800 on Thursday to release the funds. I made the payment on Friday, but now they are asking for a further payment of R2050 this morning.

My son bought a Game Graphic Card through PayPal, but it hasn't arrived yet. I've tried contacting the seller via email with no response. I filed a dispute with PayPal, and they provided Transaction ID [redacted]92P248343L which supposedly shows the item was shipped on December 20th. However, when I checked with FedEx, they stated that the transaction ID format is incorrect since theirs only contain numbers, not letters. Despite this, PayPal denied my dispute, claiming that the transaction ID was sent to the seller. The information in the email is also wrong, as it mentions shipping to Du8 Blackmon at [redacted] Wall RD Mountain Grove, MO [redacted]. The name should be Dustin Blackmon.
