I need assistance regarding a payment dispute that resulted in charges to my account. I was under the impression that I was only facilitating the transfer between two parties, not partaking in the transaction. The individual who received the money did not fulfill their end of the deal, and I offered support in reporting the fraud. However, my account was locked, demanding repayment to the receiver. A friend sent me $50 to assist during my emergency as I am permanently disabled, unaware of the account limitation. I kindly request access to my account to receive the funds or a refund of the $50, and urge the proper reporting of the fraudulent party to authorities.

My account is currently limited, and despite my attempts to update my card information, the page continues to prompt me to reset my password. I can log in, but I have to change the password each time and go through verification steps. I tried uploading my bank statement to resolve the issue, but the page logged me out when I clicked elsewhere. The message includes a reference number: PP-L-[redacted]45 Your account access has been temporarily limited We have noticed some unusual activities in your account recently and are concerned that there may have been unauthorized access to your PayPal account. For your protection, access to certain functions of your account will be limited. You need to take certain actions in your account. I attempted to purchase underwear on Odd Balls in three payments, but you charged me twice for £12 each time without clearing my cart. I'm unsure of the exact amount charged as my banking app is inaccessible, but I believe it totaled either £34 or £37. Due to the repeated charges, I ended up paying the full amount. I am struggling to sign in to my old account as I can't change any details to log in due to having a landline phone number. I need to update it to my cell phone to receive a text, but the system won't allow me to modify the phone number. I am unable to access my account or sign in, which is very frustrating. I attempted to reach customer service, but couldn't get through. I really need to speak to a person without having to pay for it. Please guide me on how to change my phone number on the sign-in page. I recently reactivated my eBay account due to unauthorized purchases. Synchrony Bank provided me with a new number for my PayPal credit. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach a person who can help me reopen my PayPal account on eBay. It has been over two months since I have had access to my account. I have pending refunds that I cannot access without my PayPal account.

I'm having trouble locating if I currently have an active PayPal account. Previously, it was linked to a card that I no longer possess, and I am unsure which account it was associated with. I am attempting to cancel a recurring charge from Ipsy, but every time I provide my card details to PayPal, they are unable to locate the account. I recently placed an order for a refill on photoflipcalendar.com, intending to purchase only one set for [redacted]. Upon receiving my receipt showing a total of $14.17, I was surprised by the high amount and discovered it was because two sets of refills were ordered, which was not my intention. I am requesting an $89.00 refund for a purchase that was never delivered. When attempting to contact the company, I discovered it did not exist and had scammed other customers. I came across a phone number claiming to offer 24-hour PayPal assistance and spoke to an individual in India who stated PayPal would reimburse me with a $[redacted] eBay gift card. After nearly 2 hours of guidance on setting up my iPhone for remote support and downloading a Zell account, it became confusing, and I had to cut the session short for an appointment. Subsequently, I visited my bank, and they advised me that the situation seemed suspicious, leading them to freeze my checking account. I am now unsure if this was a scam or if your team engages in these kinds of activities.

The emails contain a link asking for personal information, mentioning account restrictions due to suspicious credit card activity. They urge quick resolution by clicking the link provided. On October 9, [redacted], I placed an order with John Premium Food Co. Ltd. for meat products, intending to pay via PayPal. However, after a week had passed without any communication besides PayPal, I emailed John Premium Foods to inquire about the shipping date with no response received. Given the delays caused by the Covid-19 situation, I patiently waited to receive the meat products. Dear Paypal, I've only been a member for four days, but it has been the most frustrating experience. I opened a business account for Isakasnel Consultants under the email [redacted] as recommended by my client for a secure way to transfer money from Australia to Kenya. However, my funds were held, and despite submitting multiple supporting documents, I was labeled a risky supplier, which feels discriminatory. Is this due to my location in Africa? I ordered Colonbroom for $58.99, but as it was an international order, my transactions were locked. Despite the issue, the payment was taken out. I received an email stating it was declined because of the lock on international transactions. I chose not to proceed with the purchase and left it as declined. I assumed the pending payment wouldn't be processed, but it went through. I am now seeking a refund. Thank you.

I have been paying for a digital subscription to The New York Times through PayPal since February [redacted]. The New York Times says they have no record of my payment and requested a transaction number from my PayPal invoice. I explained that PayPal does not send individual invoices, so I provided several numbers from my monthly statements. However, they still stated they have no record of the payments and advised me to contact PayPal. I am seeking one of two resolutions: either a refund for my monthly payments and cancellation of future payments, or cancellation of further payments by PayPal and 10 months of free subscription from The New York Times as compensation for the service not received. In any case, I wish to cease any future payments to The New York Times.

I often receive emails claiming to be from PayPal, stating a deposit was made in my account although I don't have one. I contacted '[redacted]' but got an unhelpful reply. It's frustrating that PayPal doesn't seem to address phishing emails properly. One would expect a company of their caliber to care about misuse of their name for scams. I find it disappointing that they limit support to customers only, denying assistance to potential victims. If the 'complaint-response' email is genuine, it was of no help at all.

On November 29, [redacted], I ordered one puzzle box for $11.94 plus shipping but was mistakenly charged for 8 boxes totaling $95.52. I recently received an email regarding a purchase from BLACK FORGE AMORY for $[redacted].74, but there was no information about the product. I haven't used PayPal in years. I tried to resolve this over the phone and was on hold for 2 hours with no resolution. I was then transferred to a line in CA and was asked for my bank account details, which I refused to provide.
