I received a text from [redacted] notifying me of an order for a Samsung Galaxy 21+ phone through PayPal, which I did not make. The message mentioned that the charge was on hold due to suspected fraudulence. Upon calling [redacted] multiple times without getting through, I eventually received a callback on 9/30/[redacted] from an individual with an Indian accent inquiring about the charge. They requested that I perform actions on my computer, to which I did not comply and eventually ended the call due to strange inquiries. I am uncertain if this call was genuinely from PayPal. I have been utilizing PayPal to receive payments from online surveys, and I have recently discovered another income stream which involves buying and selling cryptocurrency using my PayPal account. I initiated a transaction with $20 and successfully received the payment, but the subsequent transaction for purchasing LTC litecoin was placed on hold, leading to the notification of my account being restricted. I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter promptly since PayPal is crucial for receiving payments from surveys and engaging in cryptocurrency transactions. I purchased the Intermatic T101M Mechanical Timer for $70.24 from seller whitnecoon3(1), with order number 27-07[redacted]3 and item ID [redacted]70. I swiftly canceled my order and requested a full refund, but the seller sent the item regardless. Upon receiving the package, I found the timer, which was supposed to be canceled, inside. I contacted the seller, who refused to refund me without the return of the item, expecting me to cover the return shipping costs. Not only was the timer damaged and used, but it was also in disassembled condition, not as described. This experience has left me disappointed, feeling like I received a stack of worthless items from a dishonest seller on eBay. I insist on a [redacted]% refund, and if the seller wishes to get back their subpar merchandise, they should bear the cost of its return.

The seller instructed me to fix the dented wrap, which arrived damaged due to poor packaging, by using a hair dryer. Despite my lack of expertise, the seller insisted I try this method instead of providing a refund, offering to send a hair dryer. I borrowed a hair dryer from a neighbor and attempted the repair, only to find the crease reappeared when I installed the wrap. The seller now requests a refund and for me to return the item in its original condition, neglecting that they advised me to attempt a repair. Additionally, I am being asked to cover the return shipping costs for a product that was received damaged, which seems unfair. I have taken photos of the item both before and after the attempted repair, as per the seller's instructions.

I'm having trouble with my PayPal account and password. Initially, I received a message addressed to [redacted] stating that Classmates debited $48.00 from my PayPal account on Sept 29, [redacted]. I did not authorize this automatic renewal payment by Classmates. Additionally, I've been attempting to log into my PayPal account, only to be told that my email address [redacted], a long-time account holder, does not exist in the system. Furthermore, even though I changed my password on August 24, [redacted], it's telling me the new one is incorrect. When I tried to reset the password, I couldn't proceed past entering the email address as it claims it doesn't exist. I would appreciate any assistance with resolving these issues.

I purchased an item for $[redacted] in May, well within the [redacted]-day complaint window. The website indicated returns were possible, but when I tried to return it, I couldn't find the address as I had discarded the package. They were unhelpful in providing the return address. Despite trying to reach them via email, my message bounced back, and the website is now inaccessible. My research revealed the merchant is now running under a different website, indicating fraudulent activity. I am looking to get a refund and suggest blocking this merchant from using PayPal. We purchased two new printheads for our HP L7780 printer from your seller. The items arrived promptly without a shipping notification. Upon installing them, both printheads were deemed defective by the printer. We contacted the seller to request a return and refund. Despite their email indicating a return address label was attached, none was found. We have reached out multiple times to the seller to request the missing return address label but have not yet received it. As of now, we have been unable to return the faulty printheads.

After selling my Litecoin/Bitcoin on my Dashboard Tirlu, where I initially bought the Litecoin, I transferred it to my Nexo wallet. However, upon receiving payment from Tirlu, it was from a different source that led PayPal to flag my account, suspecting gambling activity. All my transactions involved legitimate buying and selling of cryptocurrency, with funds going into my Nexo wallet. My PayPal account has been restricted, though I am new to using it and wasn't well-versed in their terms and conditions. I'm more than willing to provide evidence of my transactions to lift the restriction and resolve this issue, as £[redacted] is currently on hold in my PayPal account. I have not used PayPal for quite some time. Recently, I received an email about a transaction for a SKY R00M booking that I did not make. The email claims that a payment of $[redacted].75 has been confirmed and will reflect on my statement within 72 hours. The email provides a phone number to call for any changes or issues with the transaction. The email was sent from [redacted] I want to ensure that I am not charged for this unauthorized transaction. Hello, I am seeking a refund from the seller. After receiving a package with a fake tracking number that contained the wrong item, I followed the seller's instructions not to open it and marked it as RTS for return to sender. The seller admitted sending the incorrect item and asked me not to open the package. I have confirmed with Maria, the front desk lady, that the package has been returned. PayPal has ruled in the seller's favor due to the tracking information provided.

In June, I purchased a Funko Pop doll for my grandchild. I have kept in touch with the seller, but the product was supposed to be shipped by the end of September, and I never received it. After contacting them this week, I was informed that they cannot offer a refund since 90 days have passed. They advised me to take it up with Ebay, but Ebay couldn't assist because the product wasn't showing up. I'm considering reaching out to PayPal, as that's how I made the payment with a credit card. I'm feeling deceived by this seller and want to prevent others from facing a similar issue. The product cost $28.87. I appreciate any guidance or assistance you can provide in this matter.

I have a case with light in the box regarding the quality of items received. Despite trying to return the goods and contacting them, there was no response. After returning the items to the UK address on the parcel, I received contradictory information from Light in the Box (litb) about the validity of the return address. PayPal is now asking for tracking details to a China address, which I cannot provide as I returned the items to the UK address. The UK tracking number cannot be entered on PayPal's website. This situation leaves the customer stuck between providing tracking details for China or closing the case. It is unclear why Light in the Box includes a UK return address if they do not want returns sent there. The lack of a functional returns process is highlighted in customer reviews. It seems like Light in the Box profits from this setup by not processing refunds for returned items, unless customers escalate the issue to PayPal.

I am seeking help as my PayPal account got suspended for not confirming my taxpayer status even though I am not a US resident or citizen. Despite explaining this, I was advised to close the account and open a new one in my current country. However, when attempting to do so, I was unable to close the account. Customer service was unhelpful, telling me I must resolve the limitation. I am unsure how to proceed and if there is a way to resolve this issue to either enable me to close the account or lift the suspension. Any guidance would be appreciated.

My payment has been on hold for 21 days, even though it was for services provided rather than product purchase or delivery. I completed all necessary steps to expedite the release but was told the refund would come within seven days post verification. That timeframe has lapsed, and my payment is still pending. I have attempted to contact PayPal through various means without success. I am eager for the release of my payment, as I have completed all the required procedures with PayPal and only await the actual release of funds.

I am contacting about a complaint regarding an order I did not receive, and I had previously informed you that it seemed to be a scam. Despite providing a delivery tracking number which I never received, I notified you immediately after placing the order that I suspected it was a scam. Upon verifying with Walmart, they confirmed my suspicion. I promptly informed PayPal, but you closed the claim based on the tracking number you had, which I never received. It is now the 21st, and I have not received anything as anticipated. It appears they simply aimed to take my money, which you facilitated. Since I have not received the products and followed PayPal's instructions until the 21st, I am seeking a refund. Please advise on the next steps I should take.

I am looking into whether payments from new PayPal users are held. I have spent over an hour trying to reach a representative to answer my question. Finally, after contacting [redacted] and waiting indefinitely, I spoke with someone in Asia who was unable to understand or provide helpful information. This customer service experience has been a failure. PayPal needs to improve if it values its customers and wants to retain them. Simply directing users to the website for self-service is not sufficient when it leads to dead ends. Customer service should involve more than suggesting the help forum; people are concerned about their money management. PayPal needs to enhance its customer service efforts.

I have been receiving emails from PayPal in my secondary email account, which I rarely use but still check occasionally. The phone number ([redacted]) associated with the account is outdated and was hacked. The bank card number ending in [redacted] is linked to an old card that is no longer active with United Bank and Trust. Additionally, the account bears my girlfriend's name instead of mine, and I do not recall linking that secondary email address. Unfortunately, I can't receive password reset instructions as I no longer have access to the old phone number. I would prefer to close this outdated and potentially fraudulent account and have communications sent to my [redacted] email address.
