I have been facing a lot of issues with PayPal. I recently got my limitations lifted after [redacted] days only to have new limitations placed on my account. I struggle with learning disabilities and found that PayPal lacks qualified support. Following a call with PayPal, I was charged $5.44 for an Uber ride to my bank that I was trying to link unsuccessfully. Despite entering the code provided by my bank, the account remained unlinked, and I was still charged. I am requesting either the ability to use my PayPal account or the return of the $[redacted] I had in it. The PayPal employees and Resolution Center have embarrassed me due to my learning disability. If I cannot use PayPal, I am considering legal action to receive compensation for the inability to access help services without providing credit card information, as I expected it to be free. PayPal's system might have flaws, as evident from the charge appearing from Nebraska on my bank statement. The situation has been stressful, humiliating, and a waste of time. I am frustrated with this experience and may seek government intervention to make PayPal more user-friendly. The current policies, employee behavior, and robot system need immediate attention.

I am requesting a full refund for my purchase. The transaction number is 2r559163tf397394a. I ordered an electric ice maker but received two plastic ice trays instead. Similarly, I ordered a three-tier center-mount rotisserie spice rack with round shelves, but I got three triangular plastic shelves that do not spin as advertised. I am disappointed with this misleading transaction and it feels like a scam to deceive customers. Despite their initial offer of $4, I declined and insisted on a full refund. When I offered to return the items, they claimed it would be too costly for them to accept the return. They later proposed $25 through PayPal, which I find inadequate. I urge others to avoid doing business with this dishonest company. My main goal is to get my money back promptly, which amounts to $50.58. Thank you.

I am requesting a full refund for an item that not only failed to cool the room as described but also now refuses to turn on, indicating a defect or damage. I recently discovered the same product priced at $24.99 at Target, making me feel overcharged both in cost and quality. Attempts to contact Ontel via email and phone have been unsuccessful due to long hold times and limited cell phone minutes. To arrange a return, I require either a QR code sent to [redacted] for a FedEx return or a return address with an RMA number to ship it from my local post office with a tracking number. I recently received an email from you, but I am confused by its contents! "Authentication Required Dear Client, We are contacting you regarding a necessary action on your account for verification purposes. This operation is mandatory and must be completed within 24 hours. If it is not done within the specified timeframe, your account will be permanently closed. In the event of your account closure, a processing fee of 19.99 EUR will be added according to our terms of service." I haven't been using your service lately, and I do not understand your request nor the intention to charge me fees! As a hearing-impaired individual, I am unable to call you by phone, and I have forgotten my password.

I purchased two identical bras from Breezies.com, hoping for quicker delivery by using PayPal. It took nearly a month for the bras to arrive. Unfortunately, when they did, one bra was the wrong size and was missing a strap. I don't want to keep either bra. Breezies.com seems to have disappeared, although they are still selling on QVC. The package had no invoice, and the return address is a warehouse without a business name. I'm unsure who received my payment and how to get a refund. If I return the bras to the provided address, will they acknowledge the return and issue a refund? I will be away until 8/2/21 and will check my work email on 8/3/21. I bought a pool but never received it. Despite being assured of delivery, I've not had the merchandise. PayPal initiated a refund of $98 on July 24, [redacted], citing a purchase date of July 4, [redacted]. Emails from PayPal verify a refund but have requested reissuing it. However, PayPal support dismisses these emails as spoof messages. My account summary shows no open or closed case since I was a guest user during the purchase. Though I possess the transaction ID, confirming the refund reissuance, my TurboTax card's customer service denies receiving the $98 credit. Engaging in daily chats with PayPal, given the various transaction IDs in emails, I seek clarity regarding this situation and the whereabouts of my payment.

I am writing to request that the restriction on my funds/account be lifted. While I have already switched to a competitor and no longer require PayPal's services, I believe holding my funds for a non-fraudulent violation of the Acceptable Use Policy is excessive. I have unsuccessfully appealed this decision before. If my funds are not released, I plan to file complaints with various agencies on Wednesday, Aug 4, [redacted]. These agencies include the NC Unemployment Division, SSI, Mypay Department of Defense, California Office of the Attorney General, Washington State Office of the Attorney General, North Carolina Office of the Attorney General, United States Army Attorney General at JAG, the United States Federal Reserve, and the Better Business Bureau. I find the [redacted]-day hold on my funds to be unfair and potentially a misuse of power. Simply stating that I agreed to the terms of service will not dissuade me from seeking resolution through these channels.

PayPal has frozen over $1k in my account due to a negative balance in two other accounts under my name. Despite numerous unsuccessful calls to resolve this issue, there are two puzzling aspects: 1) I am unable to use the frozen account's balance to settle the negative accounts. 2) The negative accounts were sold to a collection agency, yet PayPal is still withholding my money. This situation seems unfair and illogical. Why am I being forced to pay more to access my own funds? This approach lacks efficiency and fairness. I am puzzled and seeking guidance on how to address this matter.

As of August 1, [redacted], there was $2,[redacted].00 available on my credit line. I did not spend this amount. When I checked this morning to make my first purchase and set up a payment plan, my credit line balance was showing as zero. I suspect unauthorized activity on my account. I have not made any purchases or attempted to do so. Additionally, I sent a payment of $[redacted].00 to Ronny Hinson Ministries from my personal PNC bank account, but the representative mentioned there was no record of it, and the account is now closed. I am confused by this situation. Despite my efforts through various phone numbers, messaging, and FAQs, I have not received any information or resolution regarding this issue. I would appreciate an explanation of what occurred and why. I am eager to set up a PayPal account. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently purchased a pallet of Amazon electronics from the company, but instead of receiving what was advertised, I got a small egg pan. I want a refund for the $69.99 I spent on this item. I have already opened a claim. Additionally, I'm concerned that another purchase I made for a $39.99 electric bike might be similarly incorrect. On June 14, [redacted], I made a purchase with Viniocshop for $[redacted].98 on garden decorations. When I received the items, they were different from what was shown online. I contacted customer service to return the products and get a full refund based on their policy. Initially, they requested pictures, which I provided. Their next response suggested I keep the items due to high return costs and offered a $10 refund instead. This resolution is unsatisfactory as I cannot use the products. On July 13, [redacted], I placed an order with MJD International Trading Company, Transaction #3YW494548U095661C, totaling $[redacted].90. Despite the order being confirmed, by July 27, [redacted], I had not received any shipment notification as indicated in the confirmation. I reached out to the vendor via email to request the cancellation of my order and a refund to my PayPal account. Despite multiple email exchanges insisting on canceling and refunding the order, I felt like the vendor was stalling instead of addressing the issue. The last communication was on July 28, [redacted], and since then, I have not received any further updates regarding the cancellation or shipment status. Due to the lack of progress, I no longer wish to receive the items and am seeking a cancellation of the order along with a refund. I attempted to dispute this through PayPal's Resolution Center multiple times on August 4 and once on the following day, August 5. However, after each submission, I encountered an error message prompting me to try again.

Hello, I have contacted your "experts" to review my case and initially believed the truth would resolve everything. I assure you that I have not received any further communication from the seller. Upon creating the ticket, the rapid response with a questionable name alerted me that something was amiss. Subsequent investigation quickly confirmed this as a scam, as noted by various blogs and websites. I want to emphasize that I have not received the PS5 I purchased for $[redacted] nor have I been provided with a tracking number. I am frustrated that you seem to think otherwise. I intend to involve my bank and legal representation to address this matter.

Hello PayPal, I've had a PayPal account for approximately 2 years and recently discovered that I have my old phone number set up for verification during login. I've since changed my phone number and am unable to access my PayPal account as I can no longer verify with the old number. I used my credit card to purchase a YETI product through a Facebook ad on Aug. 6, [redacted]. The charge was processed by a PayPal customer, which was unexpected. The order confirmation I received indicated that I bought a HOPPER M30 SOFT COOLER in Aquifer Blue for $55.99 with free shipping. The confirmation included my name and address for delivery. There were suggestions for other YETI products, but I am only interested in the cooler I purchased. I attempted to access more information about the online store without success. I would like a refund for the charge as I only want the specific cooler I saw in the ad.

On July 26, [redacted], I bought a Shark vacuum cleaner for $[redacted].48 via PayPal. Unfortunately, I never received the item. I tried contacting the website multiple times via email since they lacked a phone number, but received no response. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the website is a phishing risk, has been flagged as a scam or spamming site, and has been closed down. Interestingly, there are other websites that redirect to the same suspicious site.

I sent an email to the seller but have not received a response yet. I would like to request a refund for my purchase as soon as possible. I made the purchase on July 24, [redacted], for two cans of Imported from Russia Best Quality SALMON RED CAVIAR Easy-Open Can 90 gr (3.2 oz). Despite being charged $24.29 on my Visa card, I did not receive an order confirmation. I kindly ask for a prompt confirmation and shipping date or to cancel the order and issue a refund. I've been struggling to remove an old email address connected to PayPal on my Mac for over a year now. When someone sends me an email, it's showing up as being sent to PayPal instead of me, causing confusion and frustration. I've tried logging in to PayPal to fix this, but it's asking for credit card information that is no longer valid due to multiple card changes for security reasons.
