I need help with transaction number [redacted]. I have been in touch with Paypal twice regarding an email about a payment that they claim I never made on November 30th. When I tried to address this online, my issue wasn't acknowledged. I want to dispute the transaction, but it seems to be missing in their system. I received an email from Paypal confirming the payment without a specific transaction number, which is odd. They advised me to email [redacted], but the process led me back to logging in repeatedly. This hasn't resolved my issue. My order was for a multi-purpose cart, but I received sunglasses instead. I appreciate any assistance with this matter to avoid continuous back and forth without a solution.

I recently updated my phone number and unfortunately, I'm unable to access my account due to the two-step verification process that sends a code to my old number. I've tried contacting customer service but had difficulties understanding the agent's instructions. They provided steps to fix the issue that require logging in, which is the problem I'm facing. I would appreciate it if you could help me either disable the two-step text verification so I can log in or assist me in deleting my account if that's not possible since I'm unable to access it. I recently changed my phone number, but can no longer access my account due to not receiving the text authentication code on my old number. Previous attempts to resolve this have been futile, as all provided solutions required access to my account, which I can't do. If external assistance is needed to disable the 2-step verification so I can update my information or if deleting the account is the only option, I prefer to have it deleted as I don't want my inaccessible account with personal details to remain active. Previous attempts to delete it were unsuccessful due to language barriers from the customer service agent. I am extremely frustrated and seek either access to update my phone number or deletion of the account for security reasons.

I'm having trouble entering my Dispute Case No. in the Resolution Center box. The Case ID is PP-D-[redacted]54. On March 11, [redacted], I ordered from BraidsMarket for $[redacted].94. When I tried to pay, I was redirected to PayPal and charged the full amount of $[redacted].94 instead of the discounted price. Although PayPal has received my payment, I haven't received the merchandise yet. I see a transaction dated March 12, [redacted], with details from PayPal. PayPal is looking into the matter with "linshops," but I'm unsure who they are. I received an email from BraidsMarket on March 11, [redacted], mentioning an incomplete purchase. I need assistance with getting a refund or information on when I can expect to receive the items. Thank you.

I recently received an unsolicited prepay MasterCard from your company, which I did not order. This situation has raised red flags for me, as it seems like someone may be attempting a scam or fraud using my information. Last night, when I reached out to your company for assistance, I was left hanging on the phone for 20-30 minutes after being told someone else would join the call. I am quite worried about this matter and am hoping to resolve it promptly. While I have heard positive things about your company's customer service, my current experience has not reflected that. I made a purchase on 2/23/21, but I cancelled it. PayPal withdrew $14.31 for a $45.00 payment to Shop HQ to be paid over 6 months. I was informed it might take up to 30 days for a refund because my payment was pending. I have been waiting for 30 days for the refund but have not seen it in my bank account. The purchase does not show up in my history, so I can't resolve it through the Resolution Center. I have repeatedly requested the refund without success. Ella Drayton-Klug

I placed an order on a website called Drunk Tom, and my transaction number is [redacted]2AE[redacted]. I checked out as a guest, and the merchant ID number is 36A68092CX010120P. I'm facing issues as I haven't received my items since March 13th, even though I paid $71.98. The only communication I received was from PayPal with these transaction details. The receipt mentions the payment method as Visa ending in [redacted]. I'm struggling to get assistance as I checked out as a guest, and I'm unable to track my order. PayPal's automated system is not helping me with this specific problem.

The seller has been unresponsive to my concerns regarding the FedEx shipping issue. Despite explaining that FedEx SmartPost couldn't deliver the package due to an error in the address (which the seller declined to address), they have not taken any action. The FedEx tracking shows a "closed establishment" error due to the missing apartment number on my package, leading to limited delivery options. However, the address where I'm expecting the delivery is a 24-hour post office that never closed, and FedEx didn't attempt the final delivery. The seller charged me for the unavailable item without notice. I ordered a gift that seems to be out of stock, got refunded after the second delivery attempt when the package should have arrived already. Uncertain if I'll ever receive it, the critical item I wanted was not even included in the package. I have decided not to shop from this seller again and request a full refund.

I'm looking to report a phishing attempt targeting Paypal and require the appropriate email address to forward the scam email. Can someone please provide me with the correct email address for such reports? I am feeling frustrated as I only require support in reporting this issue and I am not interested in any technical assistance or being pressured into purchasing a free trial unknowingly. Locating the customer service email address for Paypal on the website has proven to be challenging. This is a matter of communication, not a technical problem. Kindly share the correct email address for Paypal communication so I can promptly report this phishing attempt. I am quite displeased by the suggestion of purchasing unnecessary services in this situation.

On February 25, [redacted], I purchased a pair of earrings online via Etsy from a seller named GJD in Russia. I used PayPal for payment. The package was sent out on March 1, [redacted], with the tracking number EE[redacted]25RU. Unfortunately, the package has not reached me or the United States thus far. I have tried contacting the seller multiple times with no response. I reached out to Etsy on March 24, [redacted], and they have started investigating the case. The seller provided documentation showing the package was shipped on March 1, [redacted], and mentioned delays due to the current situation. I have not received my winnings from the Crazy Onset game over a four-day period. Each time I try to transfer the money to my PayPal account, it gets rejected and prompts me to contact Human Services, but there are no contact details available. This has happened multiple times, totaling approximately $1,[redacted], including an Amazon card payment that was rejected. I suspect that the app may be collecting data by having users watch videos to boost their ratings for advertising purposes, while not actually disbursing the payments. To prevent data collection, consider restricting the app's access to other apps and only allowing Google to be connected to your account.

I am experiencing an issue with an unauthorized transaction that is not reflecting in my PayPal account. Despite having my bank card linked to PayPal, an unauthorized transaction took place. I attempted to dispute the transaction through my bank, but they claimed I authorized it, which I did not. The transaction does not appear in my PayPal account, but it does show on my bank statement as being processed through PayPal. I have made several attempts to contact PayPal via text, email, and phone calls, but have not received any responses. I made a purchase from Wigscici.com on 3/28/21 via PayPal for (3) wigs costing $50.00. The total came to $59.99. I used my Capital One Debit card for payment. The order number is #MNX56249 and my email is [redacted] I got an email confirming shipment, but the tracking number YT[redacted][redacted] provided isn't showing any information on their site. I haven't received any further updates. The shipping policy mentions FedEx or DHL for delivery within (2) days, but this tracking number doesn't match either. I've checked both courier sites with no luck. Can someone assist me with getting a refund?

I have encountered account limitations for about two weeks now and have been in communication with three different supervisors without any resolution. I am unable to access my funds despite trying to log out, log back in, and reset my password multiple times. I only completed two transactions since receiving my $[redacted] payment. I would appreciate it if this matter could be escalated to higher management as I have complied with all requests, including submitting my ID for verification and following various login instructions. I accidentally sent a $25 payment to someone who is not the intended recipient, Eduardo Colon from DraftKings.com. I have tried reaching out to the person via email numerous times, but they have not responded. I escalated the issue to PayPal's Resolution Center, but unfortunately, my claim was denied without any explanation. Despite initial support from PayPal representatives, I now feel ignored and frustrated by their handling of the situation. I am upset and exploring other avenues to address this issue if PayPal continues to disregard my claim.

Could someone please contact me at Derrick Baker Can someone please contact me at [redacted]? I believe I am at my limit concerning this refund. Now I am being asked to involve the police and file a report. I previously mentioned that I did not receive anything from your vendor. It appears that either PayPal provided me with an incorrect tracking number or the vendor supplied false information because the package was delivered to a different address under a different name. It seems unreasonable that I am being asked to handle all the effort to recover my money when I relied on PayPal's name as a secure payment method. Seeing PayPal associated with a website used to assure me of its legitimacy, but now I realize that is not always the case. I would appreciate a refund, but if that is not possible, please close my account as I no longer wish to engage with this company. Kindly give me a call again at [redacted] and provide me with a resolution. I am not willing to go through excessive procedures.

I shipped a package through eBay to a customer who falsely claimed that the item was not as described. Despite providing her with accurate images of the product, PayPal sided with her in her request for a refund. She bombarded me with 20 to 60 emails, which I couldn't respond to due to work. On top of this, I had to cover the initial shipping costs. Even after returning the package, which I had to pay for as well, she states it was delivered to my front porch, but it wasn't there when I got home. She has received her refund, leaving my PayPal account in the negative. I am left feeling scammed and frustrated as this money was intended to assist with my grandmother's funeral expenses. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
