I sold an audio amplifier on audiomart.com over a week ago. The buyer chose to pick it up locally and pay me in person, which I agreed to. However, I am now being asked for tracking and delivery confirmation, which doesn't apply in this case. I informed you about the local pick-up last week, and was told my funds would be available in seven days. It has been a week, and my money is still not accessible. I believe you should have contacted the buyer, who paid through PayPal, to verify the pick-up. If this confirmation is lacking, I would expect to be informed promptly. Please complete your investigation and release my funds today.

I am having trouble accessing my account because initially I did not have a cell phone number. I have since purchased a cell phone and now wish to log in to check on my account before a payment is due on the 15th. A customer service representative assured me that adding a cell number would resolve the issue. However, I am still facing a SECURITY CHALLENGE window after entering my login information, which shows up blank. I urgently need access to my account. Thank you for your assistance.

I have encountered an issue while transferring funds from my personal account to my business account. Both accounts are asking for identity verification, making it difficult for me to access my bill funds which are currently locked in one of the accounts. Unfortunately, I forgot to update my phone number in one of the accounts and I am unable to access the linked email. I am also unable to use the PayPal card linked to one of my accounts for transactions.

Hello, I am currently unable to access my account, lakierejordy@gmail, due to the activation of two-step verification. My phone, which was linked to my account, is no longer in my possession after losing it. I would like to update the phone number associated with my account after verifying my identity with you. I have attempted to reset the password using security questions, but have been unsuccessful. I have reached out to Facebook customer service, but was only advised to call customer service, which has proven unhelpful. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have been disconnected by the system before speaking to a real person. I was informed by Facebook service that I would be connected to a specialist, but have not received any further communication. Unfortunately, I am unable to contact PayPal customer service as I am unable to log in. I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter as I possess all necessary information to verify my account, including my password, security answers, previous phone number, and last digits of my linked debit card. I have been experiencing an ongoing issue with my hacked account since September. Despite multiple attempts to regain access by providing all the necessary information, I have not received any updates or assistance from PayPal. The hacker took over my account, froze all my funds, and even redirected verification codes to their email. I have been waiting for resolution for six months without any communication from PayPal. I had significant funds due to be transferred to me through PayPal, but now everything is frozen. Paypal advised me to open a new account, which I did, only to have it frozen for suspicious activity as well. I am left without access to my funds and no progress in resolving the situation. I am concerned about the lack of communication and assistance in this matter.

Last Wednesday, my father transferred $2,[redacted] from his PayPal account to mine. Shortly after the transfer, I received a notification that my account was deemed fraudulent by PayPal. They stated they no longer offer their services to me, without disclosing specific reasons, and locked my funds for [redacted] days. This action came just 8 minutes after the successful transfer from my father. Their email highlighted that my account was created using questionable information. I was completely caught off guard by this drastic decision as I was counting on that money for my upcoming apartment expenses. The message from PayPal was abrupt and left me puzzled about what went wrong with my account.

Hello, after reviewing the Terms of Service, the only thing that might have triggered the system to flag my account appears to be adding and removing information recently while signing up for the mobile app. I have been a loyal customer for about a decade and this sudden hold on my funds is distressing. I have consistently used the same account setup without any issues until now. I am in a tight financial situation as I currently have a negative balance of $33 in my bank account. The delay in accessing my funds is affecting me greatly, especially given the current circumstances. I understand that I may miss out on the $10 crypto rewards, but what worries me more is the $30 daily overdraft charges that are accruing. I received a $[redacted].00 refund via E-Check on February 26th, but as of March 16th, the refund has not been credited to my PayPal account. The seller mentioned that PayPal fees were deducted from the refund, although no purchase was made. She assured me that she corrected the issue, and I should receive the refund in 3 days, but it has been 8 days since then. Today, I tried reaching out to the seller but have not received a response. I even offered to cover the PayPal fees to expedite the process, but I have not heard back.

Hello, I recently came across an email from last year (which I no longer actively use) informing me of an updated phone number on my account, a change I did not make. As far as I remember, I only used Pay Pal once around 13 years ago to buy our dog from a rescue league. I am having trouble logging in as none of my three current email addresses are recognized as valid accounts, including the one used to contact me last year ([redacted]). Given a past identity theft incident in August [redacted], I am uneasy about this situation. I seek assurance that my account is inactive and no one else is using my email or phone number. My name is Phillip Rilett. I have been a loyal user of PayPal for many years. I recently encountered an issue with a site called JustAnswer while seeking assistance with my taxes. After paying the requested $1 fee using my PayPal account, JustAnswer failed to provide any answers to my questions. Despite their promise of connecting me with an expert, I never received any help. Fortunately, I managed to complete my taxes through alternative sources before JustAnswer could assist me. Now, I have received an email from JustAnswer stating that they will charge my PayPal account $50 immediately, with another $50 charge in a few months. I have contacted JustAnswer to stop these charges, but I am unsure if PayPal will prevent future payments to them. As JustAnswer solely relies on payments from my PayPal account, I am looking to halt all future charges from them. I hope you can assist me with this matter. Best regards, Phil R.

I purchased an auto-focusing Endoscope camera from [redacted], but it does not work with my Samsung S7 phone. Despite requesting a return label, they refused and instead insisted that I pay a $38.00 return fee for a refund, which I find unacceptable given that the product is either defective or not as described in their ad. Their response to my complaint contained details about their return policy, indicating that if I'm dissatisfied, I would have to cover the return shipping fee upfront to receive a full refund. This experience has been frustrating, and I believe the company should take responsibility for the faulty product they sold me.

I purchased a Christmas ornament back in 12/[redacted] from a company called Ureishi. According to my PayPal transaction on 12/7/[redacted], it was for a product they named a Cardinal Terrarium. The item I received today, March 20, [redacted], in no way resembles the beautiful clear glass ball shown in their Facebook picture. It's disappointing and feels like a ripoff. I paid $29.90 for it. Unfortunately, I can't find the original picture, but I can send you a photo of what I actually received. I typically have good experiences using PayPal and haven't had issues before. Since dealing with the company directly seems unproductive, I would appreciate a refund through PayPal so you can address the matter. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I bought a leather jacket from Milano Leather products on eBay, but unfortunately, it was too small. I returned the jacket for a refund. After a frustrating process, the seller acknowledged receiving the item and promised a refund. It has been two weeks since then, and I am still waiting for my refund. Even though the seller shared a screenshot showing the refund was processed, I have not received it on my credit card. My case D-[redacted]28 was denied because I did not receive the item from Laiyin Trading. I have emailed PayPal three times to explain that I never got any package from them. Initially, I filed a claim for not receiving my order, but PayPal changed it to receiving the wrong order, which was inaccurate as I hadn't received anything at all. Despite my follow-up emails clarifying that I hadn't received any items to return, their response suggested I should send back what I got to receive a refund. I reached out to Laiyin Trading, but they have not replied to my emails either. PayPal seems to have misunderstood my situation and overlooked my explanations. I am seeking guidance on how to proceed to get a refund for the item I never received from Laiyin Trading.

Numerous individuals have fallen victim to scams on Facebook Ireland and PayPal. I, too, have been deceived, losing 75 DKK. The continuous success of these fraudulent transactions over the years highlights the risks associated with Facebook and PayPal, showing their lack of preventive measures. Online payments are heavily regulated, requiring vendors and payment gateways like Facebook and PayPal to enforce strict verification procedures to prevent fraudulent activities. It seems apparent that these companies have not adequately implemented such protocols. Besides the absence of these security measures, it is concerning how long they have allowed these scams to persist without taking action. Many unresolved questions linger regarding the responsibilities of Facebook and PayPal in these situations and the difficulty in obtaining refunds.

For the past 2-3 months, I've encountered issues logging into my account to check my statement and make payments. Despite resetting my password multiple times, I still can't access my account. Last month, $78 was deducted automatically, which I didn't authorize. This situation is concerning as my Facebook account was recently compromised. I've reported phishing emails, but they persist. Even after contacting customer service and not receiving reset emails, I suspect my account's security has been compromised. While browsing on my iPad, I encountered an ad showcasing a battery-powered mini Stihl chainsaw at a discounted price of $19.99 due to Christmas overstock. Intrigued, I visited the website mentioned and watched the video, ultimately purchasing one for $24.98. The following day, I saw a similar ad with a lower price and purchased 3 more chainsaws for $53.97, using PayPal for convenience. However, upon receiving the first order, it only contained a small silver chain, leaving me concerned about the upcoming orders. We expect these to be resolved as advertised, as we were looking for mini chainsaws, not chains alone. We are hopeful for a refund based on the 30-day guarantee despite suspecting they might be coming from the same source using PayPal to appear legitimate. Thank you for your assistance.
