In November, I sold a rare suitcase collaboration with FENDIXRIMOWA to a buyer. Despite a slight delay due to UPS, I promptly shipped the item and kept the app and buyer informed. However, after a series of disputes, the buyer claimed the item received wasn't as described. I took precautions by documenting the shipment with pictures and videos as the buyer had previously misled me by creating a new account. The supposed suitcase was returned to me, and upon inspection, I found it to be lighter than when I sent it out, indicating a switch had occurred. It seems the buyer managed to get a refund and keep the product, resulting in an unfair situation.

I recently experienced unauthorized activity on my PayPal account. After filing a claim, it was deemed as a legitimate transaction, leaving me dissatisfied. Consequently, I disputed the charge with my credit card company, leading to a complex situation with double credits and a debit. I received an email notification about needing to resolve the matter, followed by conflicting information from both my credit card company and PayPal. Despite efforts to address the issue, I am now being contacted about owing money. I insist on initiating all communications and am wary of unsolicited calls. I recently received an email from PayPal stating that $[redacted].99 will be charged to my account for a payment made to Coinbase Inc. without instructions. I have never sent money to Coinbase or used PayPal in years, so I am concerned about this charge. When I tried to contact PayPal online, I had trouble with my password, and the Chinese version opened up unexpectedly. I am confused about why I am seeing Chinese language options. I bought a car from Eddie Stepter via PayPal on February 7th, but accidentally sent $[redacted].00 as a "Business" payment instead of "Friends and Family." He refunded me immediately, but I didn't realize it would take 3-5 business days to process. I tried sending the payment again correctly, but it ended up sending twice, totaling $[redacted].00. Eddie mentioned PayPal holding the extra $[redacted].00 for two days, but after no response, I disputed it. Even though he claimed it was gone from his account, it hasn't been refunded to me. I got back the first $[redacted].00, but the second one seems lost. PayPal is unable to locate it. I just want the remaining $[redacted].00 refunded.

I am experiencing a delay with a charity donation due to an error when selecting the donation type. Despite correcting the option, the verification process still requires up to 7 days. This particular donation is crucial for covering essential expenses like taxes, email server fees, and fundraising campaign ads. I put in a lot of effort to gather these donations, especially since I recently lost my job. This donation is significant as it is the first one that can cover the charity's operational costs. It's challenging for me to personally cover these expenses, so any assistance in expediting the verification process would be greatly appreciated.

I signed up for six months of coaching services with Sacred Path Coaching, paying in full on December 8, [redacted], for 24 sessions scheduled until May 29, [redacted]. Eight sessions in, I had to end the sessions due to emotional distress caused by the coach's behavior. The services did not align with my goals, and discussions with the coach resulted in emotional abuse when expressing my views or suggesting alternate assignments. Attempts to discuss my path were met with bullying and insults, making it clear that we were not a good fit. I requested a refund for the remaining 16 sessions, amounting to $[redacted].66, as per my pro-rated amount. Despite my request, the coach refused and cited a recently added no-refund policy on her website, not present at the time of purchase. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue with the coach, I am now filing a dispute to escalate to a claim on PayPal due to the coach's refusal to provide the signed contract and refund policy, as well as her threatening behavior. On February 8th, [redacted], I received two suspicious emails allegedly from PayPal requesting government-issued photo IDs and proof-of-address documents for myself, Bob Weingartner, and my 84-year-old neighbor, Richard Loper, to lift a restriction on my PayPal account. The first email came from 'Mohamed Safwam' at the 'PayPal Compliance Department' with the case number PP-L-[redacted]46. The second email was addressed to Richard Loper from 'Veena.J' without a case number. I am hesitant to send sensitive documents through an unsecured email to [redacted] I would appreciate a phone call from a PayPal Compliance Department representative at [redacted] to provide additional information and verify my account before proceeding. I closed my Paypal account in January [redacted] but I keep receiving emails regarding upcoming changes to their legal agreements, which makes me unsure if my account is fully closed. On 2-11-[redacted], I sent three different amounts of money through PayPal to a single individual. The charges appeared on my credit card on 2-15-[redacted]. However, the recipient has not been able to access the funds as of today, 2-22-[redacted]. I tried reaching out to PayPal's help section for assistance but have not received a response. I also attempted to call their supposed help phone number, [redacted], this morning, only to be informed through an automated response that they were too busy to speak with me. I provided the transaction numbers to the PayPal automated help line in hopes of resolving this issue. It seems like, similar to many businesses in the U.S. nowadays, getting in touch with a real person involves navigating through multiple hoops. Even then, the assistance provided may not be substantial.

PayPal notified me that they are closing my account (Ref ID – PP-L-[redacted]41). I contacted PayPal to explain that I submitted all the required documents for my online freelancing business, including content writing, research, website development, and blog writing services. I operate without physical products or shipments and conduct business with clients in about 10-12 countries via WhatsApp. PayPal is the preferred and secure method for my clients to pay me. I attached some transaction screenshots to illustrate this. I am willing to provide any additional information needed to cooperate fully with PayPal’s requirements. As an online business, I do not have a specific company. I kindly request that PayPal unblock my account so I can continue operating. I await your prompt response. Thank you. Unfortunately, PayPal has not responded, and I urgently need my account reinstated or a clear explanation for its closure. This situation is very frustrating.

I recently made a purchase from a laptop store but did not receive my package. Despite PayPal providing me with a tracking number, they deemed the issue resolved as the UPS tracking information indicated delivery. However, UPS confirmed that the package did not come to my address or under my name as per the tracking provided by PayPal. I have heard of others experiencing similar scams from this laptop store. After multiple emails to the store, I finally received a response stating they do not sell laptops to the USA and denied any involvement in my order. I am disappointed in PayPal for not further investigating. If PayPal received confirmation from the store about sending my order, I request it to be delivered to me. I urgently need a refund as it has been nearly two months since the order was placed. If needed, I can share the account information and tracking details from the laptop store's website to prove their fraudulent activities. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I recently sold an item on Ebay, and unfortunately, the payment was sent to an old Paypal account that I've closed. I've been unable to add that email to my current Paypal account or open a new account with it due to it being associated with another account. When I try to log in, I receive a message stating I can't be verified and am prompted to call a phone number for assistance. However, after calling, I'm redirected multiple times and eventually told to seek help online before being disconnected. I placed an order for 2 mobility vehicles on January 20, [redacted], totaling $[redacted].98 with Receipt #[redacted][redacted] from a Facebook company ad. The company was named "TOCCARASIZI" on the receipt, and if we'd recognized the name from the ad, we may have reconsidered due to past experiences with foreign companies. Despite the ad promising shipment from 7 U.S. locations within 7 working days, it's now February 25th, and we have yet to receive our scooters. PayPal deducted the payment immediately, leaving us no choice but to dispute the transaction with them. I recently experienced hacking issues with my PayPal account and need to cancel it immediately. I have been in contact with a person named Roger from Los Angeles with a heavy accent regarding suspicious activities. I received an email on Feb. 25 about a $[redacted].99 payment to Vision Computers, similar to previous messages that led to nothing. Roger mentioned further issues with Amazon, Target, and individuals from Nigeria resulting in $[redacted]. Additionally, I received an email from Contabo in Germany for a subscription I did not order. Roger advised buying eBay cards to block hackers, but I declined. He persistently called, but I avoided answering as I no longer trust him. There were also hacks on my Ollo MasterCard yesterday. I will no longer work with Roger and will involve my bank's Fraud Center to handle these matters. Please proceed to cancel my PayPal account immediately.

I need urgent assistance with my PayPal account. It has been compromised, and I've been receiving fraudulent emails and charges. I've interacted with a person named Roger who claimed to be with PayPal, but I suspect he is involved in a scam. He asked me to purchase eBay cards to stop hackers. I refused and will contact my bank's Fraud Center. There have been unauthorized charges on my Ollo MasterCard, and I will request a new one. I also received emails about unauthorized subscriptions and a Vanilla Gift Virtual Account, all related to the scam. I am taking steps to monitor my accounts closely. Additionally, I encountered security issues with my Juno email and provided personal information to resolve it. I subscribed to Experian for security protection but have not received communication from them. At 80 years old, I find these issues overwhelming and want to disengage from Roger.
