I received an email about a $[redacted] transaction for a Burka Coat from Texas, which was not me as I live in WV. After calling the number provided, the person claimed to be in San Jose and mentioned I had a $[redacted] credit line without my knowledge. He got access to my computer to clear the charge and accessed my bank accounts and Amazon Prime. When asked, he said his name was Ricky but had an Asian Indian accent. Despite promising to follow up, he did not. The caller ID showed Vermont. I contacted PayPal, but unable to log in due to a password issue. Vermont State Police suggested changing all passwords and contacting the local authorities. Concerned about these scams becoming more advanced and frustrated by PayPal's lack of live customer support. The scammer's number was [redacted].

On January 1, [redacted], I purchased a NorthFace jacket for $47.98 with order number [redacted]. I was surprised when I received the jacket as it did not match the quality of my other NorthFace clothing items. Despite ordering a size XXL based on their size chart, the jacket did not fit properly, and upon inspection, I noticed the logo was just an iron-on and the inside tags did not resemble authentic NorthFace products. I contacted the company, and they claimed that the item is not counterfeit and that they provided the correct size. Their offer was to give me a 15% discount on my next purchase with them.

I recently purchased a Christmas cabin ornament through a Facebook ad and paid with PayPal to Tuotu. Unfortunately, when the item arrived, it was not as advertised. Instead of the musical ornament with a snowy scene and children sledding, I received a small 1-inch brown knickknack. I felt disappointed as it was not worth the $30.98 I paid. I returned the item to the address provided on the package and included a note requesting a full refund due to the misleading advertisement on Facebook. However, I was informed that I needed to send it back to China, which would be more costly than the item itself. The transaction number is 46C13417T[redacted]T, and the order number is [redacted]-BWK71496. I hope to resolve this issue as I am hesitant to order from Facebook ads in the future.

I have an urgent issue with my recent purchase of a power reclining chair from Dominic Taylor Payal. I received a confirmation email, but there seems to be a mistake with the shipping address provided. The order states it will be sent to my PO Box [redacted] in Georgetown, FL [redacted], which is my billing address. However, my PO Box cannot accommodate a large, heavy package like the chair. The correct shipping address should be [redacted] Palmer Ave. in Lake Como, FL [redacted]. I tried contacting customer service yesterday but did not receive a call back despite waiting for 6 hours, which was disappointing. My PayPal account has limitations preventing me from accessing my funds, even after providing all requested documents like my ID, tax information, and proof of residency. The latest request is for a bank statement from my girlfriend's card linked to the account, causing confusion as the card is not in my name. Will using her card statement cause any issues with my account access due to the card not being in my name?

I recently received an email stating that an additional email address had been added to my account. However, I do not recognize or recall adding this email. When I attempted to address this by clicking the option provided in the email, I was redirected to the login page. Surprisingly, after entering my usual email associated with the account, it indicated that my account did not exist. Consequently, I created a new account using that same email address. Upon trying to access my account details and history, there was no information available. Previously, I received PayPal receipts at the email linked to my account, but now it seems my original account has vanished. I am puzzled by this situation and would appreciate any advice or guidance on how to resolve it.

I purchased a professional steam hair straightener from Wigstech for $39.98. Instead of receiving the correct item, I was sent a $5 straightener without temperature control, which is not suitable for my thick, long, and coarse hair. After following all their instructions, the company admitted a warehouse mistake and offered me a 30% refund if I close my dispute. I did not order the wrong item, and I am unable to use it. I have been attempting to contact Paypal for several months, but every time I call, the automated system states they can't assist over the phone. I am unable to access my account and cannot reach them through the message center. I have tried reaching out via social media, but to no avail. I have cleared cookies, history, and tried different browsers and devices, with no success. I have funds I need to transfer, and Paypal's lack of customer support is causing significant issues. If anyone has advice on how to contact Paypal, please let me know.

I purchased a unique tree trunk cat stand from Joyland on January 7th for $45, paid through PayPal. Despite the payment, I have not received the product. Joyland has not responded to my inquiries about this issue. My friend who also ordered from them received a small toy instead of the actual item. I have tried to reach out to them multiple times, but they keep redirecting me to other departments without resolving the problem. I have been trying to get help for days, but your messaging system is not working. I keep receiving an error message stating 'the messaging system is down, try something else.' There is no provided email address or phone number for assistance. I recently received an email informing me that my account was charged for verification purposes, but I did not make this purchase. I haven't used PayPal in years, and I did not authorize any withdrawals from my account. I am unsure of the amount taken, be it 1¢ or $[redacted]. I currently have a negative balance on my PayPal account under the email "[redacted] and require financial support to arrange for payment in February [redacted]. With a lower income this month, I am willing to settle the negative balance in any feasible manner but need assistance from PayPal's financial department to establish suitable payment plans. My account was under limited restriction, and I was instructed to wait [redacted] days. I have patiently waited the specified period, but unfortunately, I am still unable to withdraw my funds. Despite my repeated attempts to contact PayPal over the past week, I have been unable to reach anyone. Every time I call, I receive a message stating that all agents are offline and to call back during their business hours, which are Monday through Sunday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. It is currently Tuesday morning at 8:11, and I am still facing this issue.

Hello, I have a PayPal account and recently started using Xoom while I'm stuck in the Philippines due to Covid. I need to access funds via my HSBC UK account for the next few months. Xoom was recommended by a friend. On my account, it shows my original UK phone number, which is no longer in use as my EE contract has expired. I forgot to update my phone number to my current Philippine number. Now, when I tried to make my first transfer, it requires further verification via text or call but it's trying to use my old UK number. I need to change the phone number on my account to successfully complete the verification process. I am continuously being billed for a $5 monthly donation pledge to KLOVE radio ministries. However, the payment is not processing, and I am unable to access my PayPal account. Despite receiving monthly emails from PayPal stating the payment failure, the email address they use is not accepted on the login page. I have since created a new PayPal account and would like the previous one permanently CANCELLED.

My account got blocked recently as I created it when I was underage back in [redacted]. Despite using it for 8 years and being 24 now, it was banned. I've created a new PayPal account, but I have funds stuck in the old one that I can't withdraw due to the block. I'm not attached to the old account anymore but want to access the money. I recently opened a shop on Etsy, and customers are encountering problems when trying to use their PayPal accounts to make purchases. According to Etsy, the issue lies with PayPal and not their platform. I am puzzled as to why customers are unable to use PayPal at my shop. These same customers have successfully used PayPal at other Etsy shops, so I am confused as to why they are facing difficulties when trying to shop at my store using PayPal.

I contacted PayPal in December regarding a refund of $[redacted].40. The representatives I spoke with requested that I purchase a $[redacted] credit card and provide them with a copy of it. Despite complying with their request, I have not received my refund. I made follow-up calls to PayPal on December 28, 29, and January 2, where I spoke with their employees. My credit card has since been charged, and I am requesting assistance in refunding my money. Please review the phone records and address this issue promptly. Thank you.
