I have had approval for a PayPal Credit line for just over 3 weeks now. Unfortunately, I have been unable to use it for anything other than sending gifts or payments. After a frustrating call on Monday that lasted over 9 hours, I finally spoke to someone who was unhelpful and suggested waiting 48 hours to try using the credit again. The PayPal Credit department has assured me that everything on their end is fine. Despite receiving an email stating that my account is fully restored, I am still facing issues. I rely on this credit line to assist my family and friends, especially since my Mother's birthday is approaching. Every time I contact general support, I am met with automated responses directing me to message my issue online, where I have received no response after spending hours trying. I have sent my ID and proof of address, followed their instructions, and waited as advised, but to no avail. The lack of support and assistance is leading me to consider taking my business elsewhere. I simply want to speak to a live person as I am exhausted from dealing with this ongoing problem.

I seem to have misplaced my password book(s). My email address is [redacted] My previous phone number was [redacted], but I believe I have updated it to my new phone number, [redacted]. I've recently purchased two Pendaflexes, a bikini pattern (but the cover seems to be missing), and a costume pattern in December and January. I'm unsure about a request from Ebay for a license copy for account verification. Security measures online nowadays are quite rigorous. I remember simpler security questions in the past. Due to the widespread use of my personal information, I find the need for enhanced security measures troubling. Is it necessary to fax my driver's license for verification? I can access my old number by restarting my phone, but I prefer to explore other solutions first. I'm in the process of updating my personal information across all my accounts. Your guidance on the driver's license matter would be much appreciated.

Dear Sir or Madam, I have been attempting to contact you for weeks to log in. My last payment was automatically deducted from my PayPal account on 25.11.[redacted]. I did not receive a receipt or account statement. The original account was with Commerzbank Fürstenfeldbruck until around [redacted], and the credit card was destroyed. The sub-account for PayPal is with JPMorgan, bank code [redacted]0, account number [redacted]. After closing the Commerzbank account, I did not receive any statements for account verification. In the fall of [redacted], JPMorgan assured me they would immediately look into finding the account. To date, I have not received any updates. I have my email address, password, and account identification number. I am now requesting your assistance to resume using PayPal for payments and hope for a thorough account clarification. I ordered a bedspread on PayPal, and the company assured delivery within 5 to 7 business days, so I made the payment. However, the bedspread arrived 6 or 7 months later. I had contacted the company to cancel and was advised to seek a refund from PayPal. After receiving the refund, the bedspread arrived. Due to the long wait and advice from the company, I feel I shouldn't be responsible for the $[redacted] charge now in collections, affecting my stimulus payment. I ordered handmade Waldorf dolls on October 12, [redacted] from [redacted], Longruian Electronic Commerce Co Ltd, and was charged $97.41. However, the dolls I received did not match the pictures shown, and the items were shipped from China instead of California as indicated. After contacting PayPal about the false advertising, they mediated with the company. Despite being offered partial refunds, I insisted on a full refund due to the company's dishonesty. The company claimed it would be costly to return the items and suggested a 50% refund. Not responding promptly during the busy Christmas season, PayPal closed the case in favor of the company. I shipped the dolls back to China at my own expense, approximately $29.50. I am now out $97.41, plus the return shipping cost, and still have not received a refund or any further communication from the company. I made a purchase on 10/28/[redacted] but have yet to receive the item. I reached out to the seller multiple times but only received a fake tracking number: [redacted][redacted]87. The representative's responses seem suspicious, especially mentioning a shipping date of 12/11/[redacted] from Newark, NJ. I contacted PayPal on 1/9/[redacted] for a refund, with no success. Despite several attempts to communicate, there has been no response from the seller or PayPal. The PayPal refund request was resolved in their favor, which I find unfair given the lack of communication and the non-existent tracking number. I am frustrated with the process as I do not have time to follow up with USPS due to work commitments. It is concerning that I am at a loss while the seller potentially benefits from this situation. My building's concierge service also confirms they have not received the package.

I am inquiring about a transaction from 29 December with Digital River / My Commerce for DRI MajorAv software for £[redacted].99. I did not authorize this purchase and require written proof of any alleged contract by 26th January. Concerns about this potentially being a scam have arisen after reading negative reviews. Attempts to request a refund from MyCommerce have been unsuccessful. I have involved Trading Standards at Durham in this matter for assistance. Any prompt response would be appreciated.

Since October [redacted], I have been searching for a solution to my dilemma. Despite trying various methods, my efforts have been fruitless. My sister mistakenly transferred funds to my outdated PayPal account, linked to a mobile number I no longer possess. Having relocated to a different country, I now have a new phone number and email, creating a new account. However, my funds remain trapped in the old account due to the inability to complete the two-step verification without access to the old phone. Despite sending numerous emails with evidence of the transfer and attempting to contact customer service via phone, I have not received any assistance. Despite receiving automated responses from PayPal, their suggested solutions have not resolved my issue. I am feeling extremely frustrated and bewildered by this situation. If anyone can offer guidance, I would greatly appreciate it.

I received a payment in my PayPal account on January 15th, and it is still on hold. I understand they hold money for security reasons, but for this long? The payment I'm waiting for seems to have an issue; it looks like I need to ship it back, but I don't want to. I was advised to update my shipping details to speed up the process, but I simply want to receive my payment. It has been in my account since January 15th, and I can't access my own money. Times are tough, and I haven't received my stimulus check. I feel stuck and could use some help. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

I made purchases from Keira Oakman on August 10 totaling $[redacted] and on September 7 for $40. I attempted to request a refund for the $[redacted], but my submission was denied due to errors. The items were mistakenly sized and not what I ordered, so I returned them to Keira Oakman at Lavish Boutique. Despite promises to replace the items, I have had no communication from her since November 1. Her sale site and Facebook page have been deleted, making it impossible to reach her. Many others have experienced similar issues. I have exhausted all means of contacting her and would like a refund for both transactions, particularly the $[redacted] one. Thank you, C.K.

I have canceled order # [redacted]8R[redacted]9 and I will not accept any charges or payments to or from TacVisor. The cancellation was made on Wed Jan 27, [redacted]. I was in the process of considering a purchase from TacVisor, but I hadn't completed entering my address information when I was redirected to PayPal. I exited PayPal without finalizing the order. I discovered an order for Tacvisor in my email today, but I promptly canceled it. Initially, I spoke with a discourteous individual at TacVisor who advised me not to accept the delivery and return it. I also canceled the transaction on PayPal and disabled any automatic payments. I have not approved any payments to TacVisor in the past, present, or future.

My PayPal card was declined, so I called the number on the back of the card, [redacted]2. The person who answered was not American. After spending over an hour on the phone with him trying to figure out why my card was declined, he couldn't get my address right, even though it was correct. Frustrated, he abruptly hung up. When I called back and spoke to a lady, she noticed a highlighted note about my payment not being recorded and advised waiting for my statement. Despite paying $93.00 from my PayPal account to my PayPal Mastercard, a late fee remained. When I called Synchrony Bank at [redacted] the next morning, another foreign representative was rude. After a second call, an English-speaking lady promised to transfer me to the fraud department due to concerns about identity theft, as I had shared personal information with the first representative. I am now waiting for further assistance.

I recently made a purchase and received tracking information from PayPal. However, upon trying to get a refund for a package I never received, I discovered that the tracking number PayPal gave me does not match any package for my address. FedEx confirmed this, stating the package was delivered to a different address. I believe there might have been an error with the tracking number or a scam by the seller. I need PayPal to help resolve this issue as I never received my package and deserve a refund.

I have reviewed my account to check the items received and refund status. It seems my concerns have been overlooked. I have clearly explained the disputes. I am dissatisfied with the low-quality products I received, such as a wrongly sized skirt set. Despite raising the issue that one part of a product didn't arrive, only partial refunds were issued and cases closed in favor of the sellers based on incomplete information. I came across an advertisement on Facebook for a Brooks Brothers Factory Outlet sale and visited their website to place an order for some clothing on January 23, [redacted]. After making the payment through PayPal, I promptly received a payment confirmation email from PayPal with Transaction ID: [redacted]0KP255560E. However, it is now January 29, [redacted], and I have yet to receive any order confirmation from the merchant "YJstore" at [redacted] Despite PayPal confirming the $95.00 payment to the merchant, there has been no communication regarding my order. I have contacted the merchant via email but have not received any response to verify if they received my order. I am now questioning to whom PayPal has made the payment. Previously, I reported this issue to PayPal, but my claim was closed without further investigation. I am eager to have my money refunded promptly.

Hello, I am having an issue with PayPal. They have permanently restricted my account without any explanation. I recently set up a business account and received around twenty payments before being blocked. I am unsure of what steps to take next. Here is the message I received from PayPal: "You can no longer use PayPal services. We strive to provide a secure payment platform for our users. We have noticed some activities on your account that do not comply with our Terms of Service, leading us to discontinue our services for you. The bank account and card details linked to your PayPal account cannot be removed or used to create a new account. While you can still access your account information, you will not be able to send or receive money. Dear Sir or Madam, I recently encountered an issue where I mistakenly sent money to the wrong account belonging to Ritesh Joshi. The transaction from January 17th is still showing as pending for both parties. Attempting to rectify this, I clicked on the "Issue refund" option, but due to insufficient funds, the refund was charged when money came in from another source yesterday. Unfortunately, in trying to send the initial amount back to myself, I mistakenly sent another transaction. This is an unfamiliar situation for me, and I am unsure how to proceed.
