On December 13, [redacted], I placed an order for a "Bella" smartwatch from Workoutaid.com. My invoice number is WA34130. The smartwatch arrived on December 29, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the instructions that came with the watch had very small print, requiring a magnifying glass to read. I was instructed to download the Wear Health app; however, each attempt to download it resulted in an error message saying "something went wrong - try again." Despite multiple calls to Workoutaid and leaving messages with no response, I was able to email Jeremy, who asked about my device (a Samsung smartphone) but has not provided further assistance. I am looking to return the watch and receive a refund due to the lack of customer support. What steps should I take next? Thank you.

I am facing an issue with a security loop preventing me from accepting available money on my account. Despite having a verified account, phone number, bank account, and linked credit card, I'm unable to complete the necessary security check to transfer the money to my bank. The security check requires receiving a text, but my phone number is not being accepted for this purpose. Even though I use the same phone for two-factor verification when signing in, it won't allow me to receive the text needed to proceed. I have attempted to resolve the problem by consulting various help resources, reaching out to the message center, making calls, and contacting the fraud center, but so far, I remain stuck in this frustrating situation without a clear path to resolution.

I had $[redacted] on a prepaid account that became inaccessible when the card was stolen. I tried to link a new card from a store without success, so I ordered one through PayPal. After speaking to a representative who assured me the money would transfer, I discovered it did not. I have been on the phone all morning trying to resolve this, contacting various departments with no luck. When the new card was activated today, the transaction history for the past 2 years was erased. I know the last four digits of the original account, but the funds are not showing up in the new account. I was advised to contact PayPal Prepaid for assistance in transferring the funds to the new card connected to the new account.

After entering my username and password on Paypal, I am prompted to input a smartphone number to receive texts. However, there is no "next" option visible on my computer screen. As an 82-year-old individual who is not familiar with smartphones, I find it challenging to navigate this requirement. Despite exploring Paypal's online assistance resources, I continue to face the same unhelpful instructions. Several months ago, unauthorized withdrawals were made from my PayPal account, resulting in funds being deducted from my bank account. I took the necessary steps with my bank and filed a fraudulent charge report with PayPal. However, since then I've been unable to access my account. Despite contacting support and attempting to resolve the issue, I keep encountering limitations on my account. Even when I manage to reset my password and log in, I am swiftly logged out again due to "detected unusual activity." I'm stuck in this cycle and unable to utilize my account effectively. My money has been on hold in my PayPal account for over [redacted] days. I have tried to contact customer service multiple times, but they keep telling me to expect an email which I never received. Another agent mentioned that adjustments were made to my account and I have 24 hours to withdraw the funds, but my PayPal cash card and account are closed. The funds are available, but I can't access them and I keep getting the runaround. I urgently need this money today to feed my kids and pay bills. I have yet to receive my stimulus check in my bank account despite the IRS stating it was deposited on January 6. My fiancé received his payment on December 29, [redacted]. I have been in touch with various customer service channels since January 6, including live calls, chats, and emails, but have not gotten a resolution. I urgently need to know why my money has not shown up yet, as we rely on a fixed income. I purchased a muffler from DECORSDAY (Danny Brewster) and have been unsuccessful in contacting them via phone and email ([redacted]). The provided email returns as undeliverable, and the phone number ([redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]) has a full mailbox or rings busy at various times. The address provided is Chris Salkeld, [redacted] Richmond, TX, [redacted]. The purchase total was $94.99 on my bank card through PayPal with the description "Paypal Dannybrewst [redacted] Ca C#[redacted] Dbt Crd [redacted] Djllpima" on December 28, [redacted]. I received a Mastercard Debit Cash Card from PAYPAL for an HP Laptop purchase at Cafe Adriatico in Malate, Manila for $[redacted].99 on January 14, [redacted]. However, I believe this transaction is fraudulent as I don't have a PayPal account. I got an email confirming the purchase with a payment confirmation number LPYNP9BBW6BPYM16PM. The Cafe is using my Virginia billing address. I recommend blocking and canceling the card to report the illegal activity at Cafe Adriatico.

I am facing difficulties accessing my old account due to an outdated phone number linked to it. Customer service mentioned I could not recover my old account and must create a new one. Following their advice, I created a new account and subsequently received an email informing me that I am now banned from using PayPal. I need assistance rectifying this issue. I followed incorrect guidance and now cannot access my old account, which was my initial preference over creating a new one.

I received an email from PayPal on Dec 23 regarding my purchase of a Ryobi 40-volt Lithium-Ion Cordless mulcher from seller [redacted] (Amazon.com). The email included my accurate name and home address. The Transaction ID is 4YS09892T[redacted]2. Subsequently, on Dec 24, I got a notification from UPS stating that the item was delivered to my front door, which it was not. I reported the missing package to UPS on Dec 28. Upon reviewing the UPS paperwork, I noticed my name on the shipping address but with a different person's name and address underneath. I checked with that individual, and they confirmed not receiving any deliveries. I have all the documentation to support these claims. I am seeking a resolution as I am owed a refund of $77.39, whether it is PayPal, [redacted] (who has not responded to my inquiries), or UPS. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased three pairs of sandals from a company on Facebook in July [redacted]. After waiting three months for delivery, I decided to request a refund via email since summer was over and I was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. Shortly after requesting the refund, the sandals arrived promptly. I sent back two pairs, but the company asked for them to be returned to a different address than the one on the package. Due to high return postage costs, I sent them back to the address on the package last fall.
