I am aware that many of you are familiar with playing money games on the Play Store. After reaching the required amounts for withdrawal through several games, I believe I should have earned at least $2,[redacted] or $3,[redacted] in my PayPal account. It has been over 2 months since I was supposed to receive this money, and even now, another month later, there is no sign of it in my wallet. The only transaction visible is from January 1, [redacted], involving my COVID-19 stimulus funds, which is unrelated to my game earnings. Despite my efforts to follow all guidelines correctly, there seems to be an issue on PayPal's end with transferring my hard-earned money into my account. I am seeking urgent assistance to address this matter promptly and receive the funds owed to me.

My PayPal account was hacked and subsequently closed, resulting in my bank also blocking my account. I have notified my bank about the issues with PayPal credit card payment. Additionally, I have purchased items on eBay through PayPal, two of which need to be returned. The seller will provide a return shipping label. I am concerned about receiving a refund of nearly $[redacted] due to the closure of my account. As a longstanding eBay member with positive feedback, this situation is distressing. Despite attempting to contact PayPal multiple times, the hacker prevented any resolution and closed the chat. After receiving spam emails about my outstanding PayPal credit card payment, followed by the closure of the account, I am in urgent need of assistance. I have only been able to communicate via phone using different numbers to avoid the hacker intercepting my messages. Thank you.

I have submitted my documents multiple times since December 13, [redacted], and I am still waiting for my account to be unrestricted. It has been nearly three months since I first encountered this issue. As a customer for over three years, I cannot afford any further delays as I am now falling behind on bills. I am perplexed as to why my account was flagged for suspicious activity when I have regularly used my personal debit card ending in "[redacted]" with my PayPal account for the past 6 to 8 months. I've been trying to log in to my PayPal account for nearly a month. However, each time I attempt to log in, it prompts me to verify my identity by sending a one-time code via SMS to a number I don't recognize or have access to. I've even tried reaching out to the number's owner in vain. When I contact customer service through chat, I end up waiting 30 minutes for each response and the conversation doesn't lead to a resolution. Even after keeping the chat open all day, I haven't had much luck. Calling customer service also proves challenging as I'm consistently told call volume is high and to try again later, regardless of when I call.

During our trip to Tennessee for Christmas, we encountered car troubles on our way back. The car started smoking, and oil was leaking, so we had it fixed, but it didn't work well. Our car broke down near Atlanta, Georgia, leaving us stranded on a busy highway. We managed to drive to a nearby McDonald’s but faced more issues. My grandma kindly offered to buy my mom a new car at Carmax, but transferring the money is delayed. We're stuck in Georgia until the funds are available, and it's causing stress and financial strain. The situation is complicated as we secured the money from my grandma's account, but due to PayPal's processing time, we can't access it immediately. The delay is extending our stay and putting a strain on our resources.

I am attempting to reactivate my old PayPal account. I have identified the registered email address but cannot recall the password. It has been so long since I last accessed the account that I had forgotten about its existence. I am seeking assistance to retrieve access to the account and start afresh with all the details under my name, Angela M. I am unsure if this information will be helpful. Unfortunately, I no longer have the bank card linked to the account due to changes in banks and addresses over time. I'm having trouble accessing my account. When I try to log in, I am told that PayPal doesn't recognize my email. Despite this, I've had 7 recent transactions where funds were deposited into my account by PayPal and even received a recent confirmation email for a transaction with ID 82T71646RB444971U on December 29, [redacted]. Over three weeks ago, I successfully cashed out twice on an online PayPal game, each time for $[redacted]. According to the site, it typically takes 10-12 days for the funds to show up in my PayPal account. However, to date, I have not received either of the $[redacted] payments. I should have already received the first $[redacted] by now, and the second $[redacted], cashed out a few days later, should be on its way and expected to credit soon. I am unsure why the payments have not been credited. I used my primary email address, [redacted], which is linked to my Yahoo account for both transactions. How can I inquire about the missing payments and track their status? Thank you for any assistance.

I purchased a saddle package in July, tried it on two horses but didn't ride in it. I then returned it in August for a refund, paying $84 for shipping. However, the seller refused the refund alleging the items were dirty. Despite contacting her, she claimed to have shipped it back, which I never received. I filed a claim and dispute which were both denied. She provided a tracking number that showed "pending delivery," then became invalid. Despite repeated attempts to contact her, she insisted it had been shipped. In December, she used the same tracking number from November. After claiming she couldn't locate the saddle, she still refuses to refund me. The saddle package cost $[redacted]. The order number is 26-05[redacted]2 and the dispute number is [redacted].

On December 3, [redacted], I, J. Wood, processed a payment for C. Day in the amount of $2,[redacted]. This amount did not include the $68.16 PayPal fee. After C. Day noticed the shortage, the payment was not accepted. C. Day should receive the full $2,[redacted], and I would like to pay the $68.16 fee separately using my government credit card. I need guidance on how to do this correctly. On December 9, [redacted], PayPal made an unauthorized duplicate charge of $2,[redacted] to my government credit card. This charge needs to be refunded promptly. These incidents are unrelated and require separate handling. Despite my efforts since December 9, [redacted], PayPal has not responded. I was on a call waiting to speak with customer service to have my funds restored into my account as promised on Dec 24, [redacted]. However, the call got disconnected, and my funds, which were on hold for [redacted] days, have not been returned. This is my only money, and I have been waiting patiently. Although the other account linked to mine was restored on Dec 24, mine is still pending. I was assured it was just an oversight and that I would have immediate access to my funds after contacting customer service. I urgently need access as I am in a precarious situation and facing potential homelessness. Please, can we address this today and resolve the issue so I can access my funds promptly? Yesterday, I discovered that I am unable to access my account as my email address is not recognized. There were two unauthorized PayPal transactions on January 3rd under the name WARGAMINGGR35314 totaling 45.32 EU each. I did not receive any receipts for these transactions. Research in the Paypal Community revealed that others have experienced similar hacks in the past. Despite being aware of these security breaches, PayPal proceeded to charge my credit card without providing me with transaction receipts. On January 7th, I received an email from Paypal prompting me to review recent news and transactions, leaving me unsure if my account is locked but still active. I am seeking guidance on what steps I should take to either reactivate my account or open a new one.

I initially made a transaction on tirlu.com, exchanging bitcoin for dollars. The earnings were good with a 20% income sent to my PayPal, my first transaction with them. However, upon checking my PayPal balance, it was placed on hold. Despite my efforts to comply with PayPal's requests by providing a new bank account, they have decided to restrict my business activities. I am seeking an appeal to their decision and willing to submit any necessary documents. I acknowledge my mistakes in updating my profile but assure all information provided to PayPal is accurate. For the past four days, I've been attempting to log in to my PayPal account. Unfortunately, the phone number linked to my account is no longer in service, preventing me from accessing it. Despite multiple attempts to add a new phone number, I keep receiving an error message. I've been unable to reach a customer service agent through both phone and website menu options. Additionally, I may also need to reset my password. Thank you.

On 12/14/20, I discovered multiple unauthorized transactions on my PayPal account involving 2 bank accounts. I immediately contacted both banks to report the fraudulent charges. One bank, Synovus, blocked PayPal, and the other bank cancelled the card and is currently investigating the issue. Despite Facebook refunding most of the charges, there is still an outstanding amount of $[redacted].91 related to FB Technologies gaming charges. According to a representative I spoke with on 12/14/20, there were four unauthorized Facebook accounts linked to my PayPal. All these charges occurred on 12/10, 12/11, and 12/12 from the same vendor. I don't use FB TECH, I don't play games, I don't have Oculus or any gaming devices, and there are no children in my household. I am refusing to pay these charges as I have PayPal coverage. I urgently request the removal of these charges. - K. Farias.

I am currently locked out of my account associated with the email address [redacted], where I transferred nearly $[redacted]. I encountered issues trying to make a purchase on eBay using PayPal after I was instructed to use PayPal instead of credit/debit. When I attempted to transfer the money back, I was unable to and got locked out with a message stating "We can't confirm it's you." Phone support has been unhelpful, and I feel stuck in a cycle with the help center. Another account of mine is also locked. I would like PayPal to return the $[redacted] to my card since I can't access the funds or dispute the transaction through the locked account. I have not been able to resolve this on my own, and the situation is causing me frustration as I needed the money for my purchase.

I submitted a complaint regarding an order with various issues. The package seemed tampered with and had multiple missing dresses. Despite wanting to return most items, the company declined the request, citing high return shipping costs. They only offered a small reimbursement for the $[redacted] order. I escalated the issue to my credit card company, but the case closed. Although PayPal shows the dispute as ongoing, the resolution date has been delayed for two months. I aim to escalate the matter on PayPal with substantial evidence, including recent scam reports about the company.

I recently tried to log in to my PAYPAL account but received a message stating my log-in name and password did not match, requiring me to confirm my identity by receiving a text on my outdated phone number. Unfortunately, I can no longer access this number to change it, leaving me stuck outside my account. In a further attempt to resolve this, I called PAYPAL, providing my information to a recorded voice that promised to transfer me to a live representative. Despite numerous recorded messages, I was unable to speak with anyone for assistance. I am in need of help to regain access to my account.

I encountered a problem with a purchase I made on eBay. Upon discovering it was fraudulent, I initiated a dispute through PayPal and canceled the transaction while requesting a refund through eBay. I now understand the situation following the cancellation. As eBay's dispute process is secondary to cases opened by financial institutions like PayPal, it seems that eBay cannot supersede the initial claim filed with PayPal. Consequently, eBay's ability to intervene on my behalf has been invalidated by PayPal. To address this matter effectively, I have been advised to reach out to PayPal directly.
