I purchased boots online from a seller with the account lavendec[redacted]Ca. I ordered four pairs of leather boots but received pleather and only got three pairs. When I contacted them, they claimed my order was right and didn't address my request for a refund or return instructions. I explained the quality wasn't as expected, the sizes were incorrect, and I didn't receive all the pairs I paid for. They refused to refund or provide a return address. Since I used PayPal for payment, can anyone assist me with this issue? The company is unresponsive and insists my order is correct. Dealing with them has been frustrating, especially since these were intended as Christmas gifts. The boots are poor quality, not leather, and seem to be sized for kids, not adults.

I recently received a notification from PayPal regarding "Suspicious Activity on Your Account." Despite not using my account recently and not remembering my password, I managed to log in earlier today. Initially, my password was displayed as dots along with my email address as the username, and there were no issues visible in my account. However, when I tried to log back in later, I encountered difficulties. I am concerned about the reported suspicious activity and would appreciate confirmation that my account is secure and functioning correctly.

I placed an order for a B&D drill with a company named Ploomingo around December 8th and paid via PayPal. The charge appeared on my credit card on the 11th for $29.99. Despite this, I never received any communication from Ploomingo. I attempted to reach out to them without success. It seems like I may have been scammed. Is there any possibility of recovering my funds, or am I out of luck? Thank you, W. Carr

I used PayPal around 4 years ago to make a purchase on Amazon. Unfortunately, I later received emails confirming fraudulent orders, which I reported to [redacted] Despite closing my PayPal account 3 and a half years ago, I continue to receive fraudulent purchase emails after ordering from Amazon, even though I no longer use PayPal for transactions. This repeated experience has led me to question the integrity and security of PayPal. I am considering seeking legal advice to explore the option of taking legal action against PayPal for what I perceive as harassment, scams, and attempted fraud.

While I was visiting Phoenix, I discovered that my PayPal account was suspended with a [redacted]-day hold on my funds. Now that the [redacted] days have passed, I am eager to access my money. Despite emailing PayPal multiple times, I have not received any responses regarding the suspension of my account. The reason provided was a vague violation of the user agreement. I simply want clear instructions on how to retrieve my funds and sever ties with PayPal for good. Waiting six months to access my own money seems unjust, especially if PayPal is benefiting from the interest on my funds without releasing them after the hold period expired. This situation feels unfair and greedy on PayPal's part, and I am determined to resolve it promptly.

Hello, I am having trouble setting up my Business PayPal Account. I have completed the initial setup, but I am facing an issue when trying to link my bank account. The system prompts me to set up a personal account instead of a business account. Consequently, I am unable to direct customer payments to my Business Account as there is no option to transfer funds designated for my business. Lloyds Bank in the UK mentioned that PayPal does not support the setup for Business Accounts with the function to transfer funds directly to them, even within a business context. Can someone provide assistance with this matter?

I received money at an old email address that is not linked to my PayPal account. I contacted PayPal to resolve this issue, but I lacked some information about the old account. I now have the necessary details to locate the money and transfer it to the correct account.

I attempted to make a payment to Incense Waterfall for $19.95 using my credit card with a remaining balance of $30. However, additional items were included in my order without my consent, raising the total to $76.37. Paypal processed two charges on my credit card and deducted the rest from my debit card without my authorization. I have been unable to reach Incense Waterfall, and my attempts to contact Paypal have gone unanswered. Unfortunately, my computer is experiencing issues preventing me from accessing my email and Paypal account. I urgently request that all payments to Incense Waterfall be canceled promptly to return the funds to my checking account and credit card. Please contact me at your earliest convenience.

I have called three times, but I no longer have the phone number [redacted]-[redacted]-****. Every time I provide my number, they say it's in the system, but my email keeps requesting to send the information to my old number. Three calls and one hour of my time are enough. If you want me to settle my debts before considering bankruptcy, please send my email a link to fix my password. I provided my social security number and offered to answer security questions, and all three women claimed they fixed my number.

I signed up as an Airbnb host for my cabin in Vermont. I've had 2 bookings, but PayPal is not transferring the funds to my account despite providing all requested documents and information. They have mentioned about sending the money back if the issue isn't resolved promptly. I need help understanding why this is happening and how to fix it before the funds are returned to the sender. Can anyone assist me with this issue?

I need assistance changing my PayPal account back to a personal account under Richard Yozzo. Somehow, it was switched to a business account tied to Lexington Plastics Corp, and now my funds are inaccessible at this crucial time. I can't find a customer service number that's responsive, and it's frustrating. I was in the process of switching it back to a personal account over the phone, but the representative's computer crashed mid-process. She advised calling back to finalize the switch, but no one is picking up the phone. I've sent multiple emails with no response. Please, someone from PayPal, reach out to me to resolve this urgent matter. Thank you.

I received an email from Order Confirmation([redacted]) stating that I had sent a payment of $[redacted] USD to Dollar General, Inc on December 28, [redacted]. The email mentions a recent purchase of $[redacted] USD for an Apple iWatch Series 6 GPS, 44mm Aluminum Case, with payment made through Paypal Credit. It instructs me to contact their billing team at 1[redacted]. I have not made any purchases, and I am concerned about this charge being a mistake. I have not used my Paypal account in years and do not recall the credit card linked to it. I need assistance in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you. - Mollie L.

My PayPal account was permanently limited without reason, and they are holding my money for [redacted] days. I spoke with PayPal's support team, but they were unable to help. They mentioned that receiving money from someone triggered the issue, even though it wasn't a sale but just $85 owed to me. I rarely use PayPal aside from this incident. I urgently need a solution to this matter before [redacted] days pass.

I noticed an unfamiliar charge on my credit card from PayPal. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have been unsuccessful. My credit card company's assistance is only offered if I cancel my account. I would appreciate any guidance on reaching a live person at PayPal. Despite trying various methods, such as repeatedly pressing zero, I have not succeeded. Additionally, my messages through their website have gone unanswered.

First of all, I often help others with similar issues and I'm glad to offer my assistance. I tried to reverse a refund on eBay, as the seller refunded me after I received the item I had been waiting for. However, I had difficulty accessing PayPal due to site errors and lack of response via chat. Despite trying to contact PayPal, the issue persisted, forcing me to make a payment outside of the platform. Now, my Capital One Rewards payment option is no longer available on PayPal, which is frustrating as I have to pay from my credit card unnecessarily. I hope PayPal resolves this issue or directs me on how to fix it. It's frustrating to deal with an unresponsive system that lacks consumer support. I had to seek help here as a last resort, as calling PayPal hasn't been fruitful. Thank you for any assistance you can provide. Sincerely, Jerry.

I sent a payment to my sister using a prepaid card, but it's stuck in pending status. The card issuer confirmed everything is fine on their end, yet PayPal shows the payment as pending. My sister is unable to process a refund, and there seems to be a discrepancy as the invoice indicates the payment is pending and not completed. The prepaid card website also displays the transaction as pending in PayPal.

I encountered an issue at a First Merchant’s ATM where it showed an "insufficient funds" message and did not dispense my money, but I was still charged $[redacted]. I urgently need assistance as I have bills to pay and this situation is incredibly frustrating. I am eager to resolve this promptly as I can't afford to wait for the standard dispute resolution period. Please reach out to me as soon as possible to help me with this matter.

I recently used the PayPal service and encountered some issues. I was trying to send money to a friend, but the transaction was not going through smoothly. My friend blocked me, and I couldn't understand what was happening. Initially, I tried sending money to her email, [redacted], but it didn't work. After canceling and redoing the transaction at her request, it seemed like it went through my checking account without confirmation. Luckily, the amount was reversed shortly after. I then opted for a check payment through PayPal, which went smoothly.

I recently purchased what I thought were top-quality talking pumpkins from a merchant using PayPal. Unfortunately, the product I received was far from what was advertised - three cheap pumpkins that seemed like they came from a dollar store. Upon reading poor reviews, I immediately contacted my credit card company to cancel the transaction. Despite my efforts, the charge went through, and I found myself stuck with items I didn't want. The website disappeared, making returning the products impossible. After a series of back-and-forth with my credit card company, they advised me to reach out to PayPal for assistance in obtaining a refund. Surprisingly, the charge appeared on my Discover card linked to a PayPal account that I don't have. I'm reaching out for guidance and support in resolving this issue that occurred around September 26, [redacted]. The transaction details are as follows: $66.88 charged to Debby Briks, Breckenridge, MN [redacted], with Merchant Number [redacted][redacted] listed on my dispute form. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
