I have been unable to access my PayPal account for months now. I forgot my password, and I am unable to request a new one as there seems to be an issue. My registered email is [redacted] All my banking details and other information are correct. I hope you can assist me. It's been over 6 months without access, and the problem persists with no help. Very disappointing. Please send me my password or a link to create a new one!

Yesterday, my PayPal account was limited, and they requested me to upload my ID and explain my last two transactions, a $[redacted] manual deposit and a $[redacted] direct deposit for services provided. I complied promptly and even provided extra information to demonstrate the legitimacy of my transactions. I'm not a buyer or seller, I use PayPal for receiving payments for freelance work. Today, I expected to withdraw my $[redacted] payment, but instead, I received a message thanking me for verifying my identity and informing me that I am no longer allowed to use PayPal due to a policy violation. I have not received any email or explanation from PayPal regarding their decision. Furthermore, they are holding my $[redacted] payment for [redacted] days, and I am extremely frustrated. I just want access to my $[redacted] available balance without delay.

I recently bought a PS5 on Ebay for my son as a Christmas gift. It was his top request, along with games for the console. Wanting to exchange it, I reached out to the seller for the receipt. Although initially responsive, promising to send it in 2 hours, I have not heard back since last night. Ebay recommended reaching out here to dispute the charge as I'm unable to return the item in-store due to it being under the seller's name. Unfortunately, the PS5 seems faulty as it shuts down after a few minutes of use, making it impossible to play games. I fear I may have fallen victim to a scam and am in the process of disputing the charge. I would appreciate a call to discuss this matter further. Thank you, KB.

I attempted to withdraw cash from a PayPal-approved ATM, but the machine did not dispense any money. Despite filing a dispute, I have not received any responses from PayPal regarding the issue. I am unable to contact anyone to discuss this problem even though the ATM owner acknowledged the error. This situation occurred a week before Christmas, causing my family to go without gifts due to circumstances beyond my control.

I've had my PayPal Mastercard for some time now. I recently activated it and loaded $[redacted] at Walgreens. However, the funds haven't shown up on my PayPal Cash Mastercard and I've lost access to my phone number, email, and password. I've been in touch with PayPal and Walgreens, but I'm struggling to get a resolution. Walgreens won't refund me as they claim PayPal received the money, and PayPal says I need my password to track the funds. It's been a back-and-forth since December 22, [redacted], and I just want this resolved.

I am unable to access the funds on my PayPal Cash Card. I loaded it on Christmas Eve to have my money in a safe place for Christmas Day. Unfortunately, my account was suddenly frozen, preventing any withdrawals or purchases. This unexpected freeze left me in a tough spot on Christmas, a day that should have been enjoyable. If there were any suspicions of fraud or unusual activity, I would have reported it myself. This experience has been upsetting, and it has made me hesitant to add funds to this account again. My kids and I had to go without on what should have been a joyous Christmas Day.

I have made multiple calls in an attempt to address a negative balance on my account. I am seeking documentation to clarify the discrepancy between my credit card company and PayPal. My credit card provider claims no transaction took place, making it impossible for them to provide PayPal with any relevant details. I am frustrated with the process and would like to speak to someone more senior than a frontline customer service agent, preferably over the phone rather than via email. The proposed resolution of paying $[redacted] upfront and then waiting an additional 75 days to investigate the matter seems unreasonable to me.

I've been experiencing trouble logging in for a few days now. The message indicates there has been suspicious activity on my account, prompting me to change my password multiple times. Even after doing so, the problem persists, and I'm unable to access any phone numbers for assistance. I did speak to a representative a few days ago about this issue. Please consider lifting the block as the activity in question was me sending money to a friend, which is legitimate. Feel free to reach out to me by phone if needed.

I received an email from PayPal at [redacted], notifying me of a $[redacted] purchase of cryptocurrency to my PayPal account. However, I do not recall having a PayPal account, and if I ever did, it was a long time ago and not in use. I am Kelly Byram, you can reach me at [redacted] or by phone at [redacted] or [redacted]. I received another email stating my PayPal account was locked due to suspicious activity, but I did not make any purchases with this account. If there is an account under my name, please delete it, as it seems there is fraudulent activity happening with PayPal. Please resolve this issue promptly, or I will take legal action against those involved in this fraud.

I am experiencing difficulty transferring funds from my account due to a security flag on my PayPal account. The message center advised me to resolve this over the phone, but when I attempted to call, I received an automated message stating that my issue could not be addressed at the moment and there were no customer service representatives available. I am having trouble with verifying my account and changing my password to remove an old credit card. I urgently need to send Christmas money to a first responder. I need assistance canceling my order. I contacted [redacted], and they informed me that the order has already been dispatched. I am concerned about the authenticity of the items as there are reports of fraudulent activities involving Hibernal Co Ltd, where small items are sent instead of the actual products ordered. The company's email address is [redacted] I would like to halt the shipment and receive a refund. I have successfully stopped shipments in the past and believe it can be done in this case as well.

I purchased "Keena Walker" shoes from the Chinese company "Dang Hong Sun" for $67.98 through Paypal and opted for "Paypal Pay in 4". There was a one-time charge of $67.98, but I have also noticed four additional payments totaling $67.98. Text messages indicate that these payments were made to Dang Hong Sun, although they claim to have received only the initial payment. If their statement is correct, this issue may be stemming from an error on Paypal's end. Thank you, Susan Tangen.

I am having trouble adding funds from my verified bank account to my Green Dot account. I urgently need to do this to avoid losing my job. Unfortunately, I cannot access my Green Dot account as my card was canceled due to an issue with Amazon. I intended to transfer money to my Paypal account to then withdraw cash for various payments.

Over a month ago, I bought a bed set, the payment was processed from my account, and I received an email stating that my order was shipped. It was supposed to arrive before Christmas. I sent money on December 22 to my partner in the United States. She had to use a nurse's PayPal account because of her hospital bill. I've been dealing with customer service for a week now trying to get the money returned to my bank. I'm exhausted from receiving the same automated responses. I can't handle reading the same messages anymore. I simply want this issue resolved. My PayPal name should be Omar as I was informed. I'm tired of the back-and-forth. I purchased three mini hand-held sealers from Nguyen Phi Tho on November 29. I used my VISA credit card via PayPal for the transaction. I was informed that the charge would appear on my statement once the items were shipped. As of now, I have not yet received the merchandise and would appreciate a refund to my VISA card. The receipt number for this purchase is 0[redacted]-2[redacted].
