I placed an order without a PayPal account, but PayPal charged my Visa card. The receipt I received via email has transaction, item, and tracking numbers along with the seller's details. However, the tracking number is incorrect as it shows the package was delivered two weeks ago, which is not the case. Upon contacting USPS, I discovered the tracking number did not match my address, and the package was sent elsewhere. I have been attempting to resolve this for nearly two weeks to no avail. I may need to seek legal advice and report the issue to the Better Business Bureau.

Back in November, I made an online purchase, thinking I was ordering from Foot Action, but it turned out to be a website called SneakerShop, which I was unfamiliar with. Worried about potential scams, I quickly contacted my bank to raise a dispute as I was unsure if it was legitimate. However, a month has passed, and I have not received the shoes I ordered. At this point, I no longer wish to receive them and am seeking a refund. Over $[redacted] has been deducted from my account for an item I neither possess nor desire.

My name is Joyce Andrews, and I reside in Nixa, Missouri. This morning, I received an email stating that a Bitcoin purchase for $[redacted].99 was made through PayPal, and the amount would be withdrawn from my bank account. I have been given 3 to 5 days to dispute this transaction. I have no recollection of using PayPal and was unaware that I still had an account. I did not authorize this purchase and request for it to be canceled immediately. If there is an account linked to this transaction, kindly deactivate it. I'm having trouble logging into PayPal. They are asking for my cell phone number, which I can't provide because I have no cell service where I live. I see they are trying to call me from an Oklahoma number, but I can't answer. As a result, I cannot access my account. I can't relocate my farm to an area with cell service. I may have to stop using PayPal altogether. I don't want to incur any extra costs, so I'll have to find an alternative payment method. Thank you.

I made a purchase of robots from a company on Facebook on November 11, [redacted]. The phone number provided by the company is disconnected. I have attempted to reach out via email but have not received any response. The tracking number they provided is invalid, leaving me uncertain about the status of my order. Last night, my family and I were searching for COVID-19 test results. I was waiting for mine to come back today. We found it odd and possibly illegal that someone was selling them. I entered my information, but didn't complete the PayPal transaction. It seems that someone, perhaps one of my family members, used my details to create a new email and PayPal account and bought a positive COVID-19 doctor's note without my consent. I don't need this document, as I have informed my job that I tested negative. How can I request a refund for this purchase?

It has been [redacted] days since my money has been on hold. I spent all day yesterday calling PayPal to resolve the issue, only to be told that I have to wait until December 21-22 to make a withdrawal. Several PayPal representatives assured me that I could withdraw my funds today on December 19. However, when I tried to do so, I received an error message on the app instructing me to contact PayPal for help. Despite reaching out to the Better Business Bureau and my governor for assistance, I continue to encounter roadblocks. If this persists, I may have to consider legal action. My account is not a business account and was used solely for personal purposes. It is verified with my real name and address, leaving me puzzled as to why my funds are being held for potential chargebacks and disputes.

I have been trying to update my password on the website, but I keep encountering issues. Initially, it would not accept my new passwords, even after making them shorter. Although it showed that the new password was accepted, I couldn't sign in with it and was prompted to reset it again. Now, it is requesting the current password before allowing me to create a new one; however, I can't seem to remember the original one. I am unsure if it is expecting the most recent password I had set. I am feeling frustrated and running out of ideas for passwords.

I placed an order for 2 XXXL dog beds on November 3rd through a company associated with this website, which has turned out to be a scam. I have initiated a resolution request with Case ID PP-D-[redacted]1 and was informed by customer service that I would receive a refund of $44.97 once I return the substandard products. The seller is located in China, causing significant delays. I urge PayPal to refund my money promptly and prevent this seller from conducting further business via your platform. Numerous customers, including myself, have been deceived by this fraudulent company, as evidenced by the negative reviews on their Facebook page. The return address provided is suspicious, with a US front address in California while operating from China. I am unable to decline their refund offer. I bought four items from smartsaker.com, but they were not as described or pictured. I want to return them for a refund. I've seen reviews stating the website is unresponsive, so I'm hesitant to contact them. I have received multiple emails indicating that my account has been limited due to a purchase that I did not authorize to an unknown person. Two individuals on the phone requested me to link my bank account via Zelle on my phone, which I do not use for banking. After over an hour on the phone, the issue remains unresolved. I require assistance in English. My account activity on PayPal is minimal. Unauthorized charges for a bread machine shipping to someone unknown to me in Ann Arbor, MI, amounting to $36.67 have been reported. I am seeking help to prevent further unauthorized transactions. I've been attempting to access my PayPal account, but I'm unable to complete the login process due to the verification step insisting on contacting my work number **ending [redacted]**, which is not in use as I am currently remote working. My account was compromised, resulting in it being restricted. Without internet access for months, I only discovered the problem when attempting to log in. I quickly changed my password but also experienced fraudulent charges on my bank card around the same time. I'd like to address this issue and perhaps remove the bank card from my account, as they are not providing me with service anyway. This situation raises concerns about the possibility of them being involved in fraudulent activities related to my bank card presently or in the future.

I have not yet received the products I ordered. The seller states that they were delivered, but I have evidence from UPS supporting my claim. I am frustrated as I cannot find a way on the website to upload these documents to prove my case. The company closed my disputes siding with the seller, seemingly without any evidence. To ensure my evidence is seen, I plan to send it via USPS certified mail to your legal department. Can you please direct me where I can upload these necessary documents? I recently sold a pullover jacket on Depop and the payment I received was placed on hold in my PayPal account. I promptly added tracking information using 1-2 day tracked delivery, and even though the courier should have delivered the product by now and confirmed the delivery, my funds are still being held. I kindly request assistance in manually releasing my funds as I have completed all necessary steps to have them released earlier without success. I purchased the "Super Thick Cashmere Leggings" from Temptlife.com on Nov. 8th. I received an email on Nov. 17 stating that my order, #[redacted], was shipped. I chose a small size based on my weight and height, but the leggings were too small and did not fit. The product did not meet my expectations; the lining was a thin layer of white fleece instead of the advertised "cashmere" pile lining. I reached out to their support at [redacted] through freshdesk.com, but they refused to accept a return or issue a refund because they claimed I received the correct size. Today, my account was limited due to what they termed as "questionable use." Last Friday, I added $[redacted] to buy a Christmas gift for my wife. Subsequently, I received $[redacted] for a side job I did building a gaming computer for a family friend. I provided them with all the requested information this morning at 11:30 AM, detailing these significant transactions. I also informed them about my VPN use for security. I have not engaged in any illegal activities with my account. I urgently require these funds due to being unemployed since September to support my family's basic needs. Waiting for PayPal to resolve this issue feels like a significant delay. I demand the release of my funds promptly as there is no legitimate basis to withhold them.

I recently noticed an unauthorized transaction on my credit card statement processed through PayPal as a guest. Despite making attempts to contact "Jordan Shoe Shop" regarding this transaction, I have been unsuccessful as all provided email addresses appear to be invalid. The seller, "SHOEONLINES," required payment through PayPal for order number RTA1073 totaling $[redacted].99, which I did not authorize.
