I am a loyal customer and I expected that my funds would not be held for security reasons again. I recently traded cryptocurrencies, sold some, and wrote checks. However, I am unable to access $[redacted], which could potentially lead to bounced checks on Monday. Despite having good credit scores, my funds were supposed to be released hours ago as promised when I called earlier. I rely on your services for rent payments each month. However, several PayPal representatives assured me that I could withdraw my funds on December 19. Despite this, when I try to do so, I receive an error message stating, "Sorry, can’t do that now, contact PayPal for help." I have reached out to the BBB and consulted with my governor, who advised me to persist or consider legal action. My account is not a business account; it is solely for personal use and contains accurate personal information. I am at a loss as to why my funds are being held, especially for chargebacks and disputes.

I am having trouble accessing my account using the user ID and password that I have on file. I have been using this account since [redacted]. It seems like there might be a security breach on the account. There have only been two user IDs associated with this account: [redacted] and [redacted] when the email service was updated. However, none of these are currently being recognized by your authentication server. The error message I am receiving indicates that there is no record of either of these user IDs in your system. Moreover, when I called for support, the phone number ([redacted]) was successfully authenticated but unfortunately, I was unable to speak to anyone as the call ended abruptly with a "Bye."

I recently ordered a coat from a seller in China, but when it arrived, it was nothing like what I had ordered. Despite my numerous attempts to contact the seller, I received no response. My PayPal account has been inactive, and I'm trying to reactivate it. However, I'm unable to reset the password as I can't access the verification code sent to my old phone number. Despite trying to update the number, there's no option for it, and contacting PayPal by phone hasn't been helpful. It's frustrating that they won't send the code via email.
