I tried to purchase Foamtreads Kendale L2 Lilac slippers on December 6th. The listed price was $38.00, but after using PayPal, the total showed $67.00. I decided to cancel the order immediately. Despite receiving an email stating there was still something in my cart, it was empty when I checked. I want a refund as I do not wish to keep these slippers. My money should be returned to my account since the purchase was canceled before any funds were deducted. I hope PayPal can assist in resolving this issue promptly.

I am having trouble signing in. The website keeps saying it doesn't recognize my email, then it changes its mind and says there's an issue, even though I've verified all my information. My adult children, who work in the IT field, also find the site problematic and advised me to give up due to the frustration. I understand the need for security, but this website seems to have an excessive amount of issues compared to other secure websites I use regularly.

Hello, I have a case number PP-D-[redacted] and order number [redacted]. In November, I placed an order for a watch band but immediately canceled it and requested a refund. Despite numerous attempts via email to both the company and PayPal, I have not received my refund. I never inquired about the delivery status but solely focused on getting my money back, yet Pinnacle has not addressed my refund request. Surprisingly, I received the watch band in the mail yesterday, but I do not want it. I now need a return label to send it back. It's frustrating that they quickly took my money but are unresponsive about issuing a refund. I canceled within 5 minutes of the purchase, so I expect to have my money returned promptly.

Dear Sir or Madam, My question has not been answered: Case number: PP-D-[redacted]2 1. On 02.09.20, the case was created. 2. On 04.09.20, the goods were received (delivered). 3. On 17.09.20, the reason for the case was changed. I have neither received an explanation nor a justification of where the problem lies! Also, I have neither received the goods back nor received a delivery number for them. I believe the buyer wants both their money and the goods at the same time. Is this approach correct? Where is my merchandise now? Where is my seller protection? Why is PayPal handling the case in such an unprofessional manner? I noticed an unauthorized payment of $[redacted].40 withdrawn from my checking account. Despite my efforts over the past month, PayPal insists I received the payment, but I have not. The payment was made to greg@inkfrog, who has no record of it. PayPal deducted the money from my bank account. The complaint was closed without the refund of $[redacted].40. This situation is becoming incredibly frustrating. I have attempted to call with no response. My bank initiated a dispute, but you mentioned it was resolved, yet $[redacted].40 was withdrawn from my checking account on Nov 17th.

I am writing to express my frustration with the administrative and customer support procedures of PayPal. On December 3rd, [redacted], I was notified via email about limitations on my account, referencing Case ID PP-L-2[redacted] [redacted] and my linked checking account. Despite following the request to upload identification, Case ID PP-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] appeared later with no clear resolution. Multiple phone calls and website visits resulted in no progress until December 8th when I finally reached the Resolution Center. The representative explained that the limitations were due to outdated account information and assured me they were resolved. I suggested a simpler update request instead of immediate restrictions, given my previous hacking experience. The time and effort spent trying to resolve this issue were significant, and I hope PayPal considers improving their communication and support procedures for the benefit of all clients. - Frank Z.

I bought 2 orders from Kapy.co for ornaments, one on 10/20 and another on 11/30. I have not received either yet, even though I paid for both with my credit card. However, there were also foreign transaction fees charged on both, which is incorrect because I did not use PayPal and did not authorize any additional fees. This has happened before, and I am unsure if this practice is legal.

Yesterday, I made a purchase with order number 7YE78856H[redacted]L for $77.26 USD, but it doesn't appear in my PayPal activity. I received an email saying it was canceled due to unusual activity. I contacted my bank, Regions, and they confirmed there is no issue. PayPal also stated there is no block on their end. I am confused as to why the order was canceled. Today, I placed another order, but it shows up three times in my activity.

In August, I purchased (2) Garden Arches on Ebay, not realizing they were identical and from the same Seller. I initiated a return through Ebay, and although I received a return label, I couldn't make it to the UPS Store due to a recent "Torn Meniscus" operation and lack of assistance. Despite explaining my predicament to Ebay, my return was closed. On September 11, [redacted], at 3:55 PM, I managed to return both Garden Arches. I have been trying to reach "prime_shop_usa" for a refund since September 27, [redacted]. Each arch was priced at $64.72 and payment was made via PayPal to "prime_shop_usa." After providing a copy of my UPS Store receipt as requested, they mentioned showing it to their manager but I am yet to receive the refund. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated as I am really in need of this refund.

I am seeking assistance regarding a recent incident with my online transactions involving PayPal and my bank near my home. I recently updated my preferred payment method to my Amazon Chase card. However, when I tried to pay for an eBay purchase, it defaulted to my bank account instead of my card. To rectify this, I accessed PayPal through eBay, where it correctly displayed my card as the preferred payment. After proceeding with the payment, the transaction went through, but when I checked my PayPal account, it showed that the payment was deducted from my checking account instead of the card. I have two PayPal accounts. One is my personal account at [redacted], which is all good. My other account, which I use for business, is at [redacted] I closed my business for over a year starting in [redacted] to care for my wife, who had brain cancer. I received an item that was not as described. The seller turned out to be untrustworthy and deceptive. I filed a dispute with PayPal and provided photos of the curtains that were supposed to be new but appeared to be damaged by rust, had a musty odor, and had various marks and color discrepancies. PayPal decided in my favor and communicated via their message center instructing me to return the item with a postage reference for a refund. I was unable to see any information about a 10-day return policy, which I would have followed if it was clear. Unfortunately, due to health issues and being in isolation during a crucial time period, I was unable to return the package promptly. Despite my circumstances and the challenges I faced, PayPal refunded the money to the seller. The lack of understanding and assistance during a difficult time like this is disappointing and I feel taken advantage of during this pandemic.

My debit card was fraudulently used, under the name schindlergreg9. An unauthorized charge of $[redacted].29 was made, and I am eager to find out who the money went to. Due to this issue, I have had to replace all my banking information including routing, checking, savings, credit, and debit cards to protect my secure details. I have encountered issues with using my PayPal account since its creation. Despite calling customer support multiple times, I have only successfully reached a representative once. I reported a complaint and was informed that it would take [redacted] days to refund my money. However, PayPal has held my funds for longer than that. I recently switched from a nine-year-old Dell laptop to a new HP one. I had a professional transfer my data over, but some of my passwords didn't move. I am having trouble accessing my PayPal account as my computer keeps redirecting me back to the login page instead of my profile.
