I made a purchase using PayPal, but the item was never delivered to me. After speaking with a representative, I was instructed to send an email with proof of delivery to [redacted] I sent the required documents yesterday as requested. The item in question was purchased from Eugene Joseph, as shown on my transaction history. I later discovered that the case was closed once my address was verified. I was unaware that this would result in the case being closed, preventing me from disputing it further at the Resolution Center. I have submitted the necessary documents and am now seeking a full refund.

Yesterday, I tried to pay a seller $[redacted] for specialized equipment I bought on eBay through PayPal, but the transaction was blocked by PayPal for security reasons. The seller requested verification documents like a passport copy, telephone bill, and bank details, which I provided, but I'm still unable to make the payment. I have been experiencing issues with Genie IT Services charging me twice a month. After reaching out to them, they suggested that I contact your company to resolve the situation as it seems like I have two accounts. I would like to request that the payment scheduled near the end of the month be canceled, while I'd prefer the one at the beginning of the month to continue as usual. I have attempted to explain this over the phone but have been unable to speak with a representative directly. The payment on December 1st was fine, but I would like to prevent the pending payment on December 31st from going through. I hope you can assist me with this matter. Thank you for your help.

When attempting to use PayPal, a message about suspicious activity on our account prompts a password change. It's unclear if this is authentic. We have updated our password. The account wrongly lists our phone number as a mobile one. There is no apparent way to correct this to our landline number. Because of this error, we receive messages on topics we're not interested in, which we prefer to avoid. Is there a solution to this problem, or should we stop using PayPal?

I recently received my Xmas tree with lights and Santa from an order I made, and I was very disappointed. The quality looks like it came from a Dollar Store and does not match the picture in terms of color and size. The Santa I received is a different color and much larger than what was advertised. Despite trying to contact the seller via email, my attempts have been rejected. The company is Toppa International, Inc. located at [redacted] Chadron Ave. Hawthorne, Ca. [redacted], and they go by the name Bellalikeen on Facebook. My order number is [redacted][redacted], and I suspect this may be a scam based on other customer reviews. I previously inquired about my order on Nov. 14th and was assured it was on its way, but the product I received is not what I expected. I used PayPal for the purchase. Thank you.

I believe my PayPal account has been hacked. I have received numerous emails from PayPal stating that someone has been trying to access my account or is sending me verification codes through text messages, which I did not request. I have attempted to log in several times without success and even tried to reset my password, but I remain locked out. I am extremely concerned about my personal information being compromised and would like to take legal action against the perpetrator. My name is Joanne Truzzolino. I paid $[redacted] for an electronic instrument on eBay, a purchase I've been eagerly anticipating. Unfortunately, my transaction was halted by PayPal due to security reasons. To resolve this, I've submitted a copy of my passport, the latest telephone bill with my name and address, and confirmed my telephone number and bank account details with the bank in Malta. I've received a response from the website, mentioning they will reply within 2-4 business days. I fear that this delay may cause me to miss out on acquiring the item I've been longing for.

I use this account solely for sending and receiving money between family and friends. Recently, I accepted funds from my husband, transferred them to my bank account, but encountered a 24-hour hold. The hold was supposed to be released yesterday, but they canceled the transfer, asking me to accept the money again, leading to another hold. I urgently need the funds as we're facing homelessness, especially since I'm pregnant. The situation is highly stressful, and I require the money immediately to settle our rent. We were given an ultimatum by our landlord to leave if we didn't pay yesterday. The delay is causing immense distress. I've tried contacting customer service without any luck. If the issue persists, I might escalate it to the Better Business Bureau.

I have been trying to contact customer service multiple times regarding an item I purchased as a guest checkout. The item is priced at $[redacted].99. I have been facing challenges reaching a resolution as I am unable to speak directly with a representative. The automated system keeps repeating the same information, and the phone line disconnects, stating no one is available. I need assistance starting a claim for the item I have not received. Despite having a tracking number since October 27, [redacted], there has been no movement, causing me to miss my son's birthday. I no longer want the item, only a refund, as attempts to communicate with the seller have been unsuccessful. I have provided all necessary information several times without progress. Despite requesting a callback to speak with a person, there has been no response. This situation is reminiscent of a previous issue with undelivered roller blades, where I had to forfeit the cost due to similar communication challenges. I am determined to recover my funds this time.

Hello, I have a PayPal account in the United States but moved to Portugal 3 years ago after getting married, and my name changed to Delores Bair-Saltzgaber. I can provide proof of my residence with a bank account, passport, Portuguese driver's license, utility bills, and a Portugal phone number. What do I need to do to maintain my PayPal account? On November 21, I mistakenly sent a payment from my PayPal balance to the incorrect person. Despite attempting to cancel the transaction and requesting the money back, I was informed by PayPal that they couldn't provide assistance. I am uncertain if the individual has a PayPal account, claimed the funds, or is even aware of the situation. I still believe PayPal can offer further support. I received a refund of $[redacted].90 from EyeBuyDirect that was credited to my PayPal account. I am requesting this refund to be transferred back to my credit card ending in [redacted], a Visa from RBC. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via messaging, calling, and requesting callbacks, I have not received a resolution yet. My bank advised me that PayPal is responsible for transferring the refund back to my card. Currently, the refunded amount is showing as +[redacted].90 in green in my PayPal transactions, but it has not been reflected on my credit card statement. I have been trying to resolve this issue since October and as of today, December 5th, it remains unresolved.

My account got locked, and you require three things to unlock it: password change and proof of residence, which I've provided. However, you also need a copy of the credit card bill linked to the account. My bill is paperless, and the card associated with the account was canceled due to a $[redacted] fraud charge. I'm awaiting a replacement card. Being a long-time customer, I'm frustrated with the repeated hacking incidents. I'm considering closing the account. I set up this account for my uncle's direct deposit of benefits. Unfortunately, my unemployment funds were on hold for 5 months. Recently, PayPal restricted my account and stated they banned me, holding my funds for [redacted] days. I opened an account to receive my unemployment benefits through direct deposit. Unfortunately, my benefits were placed on hold. After waiting for over five months and experiencing significant losses, my payments finally started coming in. However, PayPal unexpectedly placed restrictions on my account and has now permanently closed it.
