PayPal is currently holding $[redacted] in a money pool within my closed account from last November. Despite attempting to access the funds in June [redacted], I am unable to transfer them to my account balance or external bank account. My numerous attempts to contact Customer Service have only resulted in automated responses and unhelpful emails. Frustrated and in need of these funds, especially during financial hardship, I am at a loss. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I have updated my email address and phone number on my PayPal account as the previous ones are no longer in use and PayPal has confirmed the changes on my profile. However, I am missing 4 transfers totaling approximately EURO [redacted] from Airbnb that were approved by the sender on November 14-15, [redacted]. I have always used the same Spanish bank account linked to my PayPal. On November 12th, I placed an order with a company called itemsway.com for a backrest-style pillow. I used PayPal to pay $78.99. As of December 2nd, I have not received the shipment and am seeking assistance to get a refund from PayPal for the undelivered item. This company is extremely difficult to contact, and the only response I received from them was an offer of a $30 gift certificate, which is not acceptable for a $78.99 purchase. I need help with this issue as the shipper is unresponsive.

I am currently having an issue with a warranty refund for item #[redacted]05 that I bought on eBay at the end of August. After receiving the item and using it for a short period, it stopped working within the warranty period. I tried to reach out to the seller multiple times and eventually managed to speak with them. I returned the item due to shipping complications, and now it's on its way back to me. The seller has given a partial refund, but has since blocked me. They are asking me to resend the item after I get it back because of the previous shipping problems. I am feeling frustrated and in need of assistance with this situation.

I purchased a coat from Harlandco, but it wasn't as I had hoped. I attempted to complete their return procedure within the allocated 48 hours, but despite filling out the form, it wouldn't submit. I made various efforts, yet the submit button remained unresponsive. I even reached out via email to inform them of my situation and expressed my desire to seek further assistance. One of their representatives requested specific details from me, which I promptly provided; however, I never received a follow-up. This all occurred approximately two to three weeks back.

My sale money has been put on hold, even though the customer received the baseball card a month ago and is happy with it. I was told the latest time to expect the hold, but now I have a [redacted]-day hold period. This is not what was initially communicated to me. I would like to speak with a representative urgently to resolve this issue.

I am having trouble resetting my password because it keeps sending a text to an old phone number that I no longer have access to. Even though I updated my phone number in my PayPal account, the system still sends the text to the old number, making it impossible for me to receive it. Consequently, I am locked out of all my accounts and it's causing a lot of inconvenience. I realize that I may have unintentionally messed up the accounts while trying to resolve this issue. I recently made a purchase from Parma Charcuterie, an advertised company from Facebook. On November 23, [redacted], I used my Visa ending in [redacted] to buy two vacuum-packed meats named HERITAGE COPPA for $69.99. When I opened one, I found the meat discolored and with a bad smell. I've tried reaching out to the company multiple times via email for their customer service phone number, but they refused to provide it. Every email exchange trying to solve the issue seemed unhelpful, so I requested a refund and return instructions for the unopened package. However, they did not comply. The return address on the invoice differs from my actual address, and the order numbers are conflicting, making the situation more suspicious. I hope that Paypal can intervene and help me with the return and refund process since dealing with this company has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

I sold an item for $[redacted], which was returned to me as the buyer didn't pick it up. I had to provide proof of identity and send additional funds due to this issue. I was informed my account would be switched to a business account to prevent this in the future. I am expecting $[redacted] from this transaction to be released via PayPal. Subsequently, I sold another item and mailed it with tracking information. However, I was informed I can't receive payment because the transaction was over $[redacted] and I must repeat the previous process. A few months back, I received a notification about a charge to my PayPal account, which I usually don't use. I tried to address this via email, but it bounced back. The $[redacted].55 charge to Geek Squad was not authorized by me, as I do not utilize their services. On December 1, [redacted], this unauthorized PayPal charge was shifted to my Visa credit card, which I have since replaced. I solely use my credit card for transactions and have barely used my PayPal account in the past few years. Your system seems overly complex for individuals like me who have no interest in using your services. My attempts to clarify the situation during the initial charge were unsuccessful as my reply email was undeliverable.

We recently received an email confirmation for an item charged to our PayPal account from Lululemon. The item is a City Sweat Jogger Tall priced at $[redacted] and was ordered on December 1, [redacted]. We are surprised by this charge as we are unsure if we even have a PayPal account. I sold an item to someone on November 23 for $75. I forgot to provide tracking information initially but eventually did. When I checked PayPal, I noticed the payment was on hold because the buyer claimed not to have received the package. I ensured I used the address provided by the buyer. Interestingly, the buyer mentioned "trea red white blue" in the payment notes. When I confronted him about filing for a refund, he denied it despite evidence showing the transaction details matching. There seems to be a discrepancy as the address on PayPal differs from what he gave me, although he recently mentioned the correct location. Despite asking for proof, he is unable to provide any supporting evidence. It appears he is at fault, but he refuses to acknowledge it.

I recently received a notification from PayPal informing me of a $[redacted] refund transferred back to me on November 28, [redacted]. The refund was an amount my son, Sean S, had sent me for a payment I made on his behalf through PayPal. I proceeded to write checks assuming the funds were back in my account. Unfortunately, when my prescription plan attempted to withdraw the payment for my Eliquis medication, they faced issues due to insufficient funds. This medication is essential in preventing blood clots. After finally reaching customer service, I was informed that the refund may take a few business days to reflect in my account. However, as of today, the money has not been returned. I urgently need the funds reinstated to cover my prescription costs. I made a purchase on Etsy on Nov. 18, [redacted], and unexpectedly, I found myself dealing with Paypal, Markub, and someone named Lakshya Rathore. Originally informed that my order would be shipped on Nov. 26, I continuously received notifications stating otherwise. Despite my efforts to contact Etsy, Markub, and Lakshya Rathore, I was unable to reach anyone. As a result, I contacted my credit card company, who assured me they would handle the situation and cancel the payment. Thinking the issue was resolved, I was surprised to receive an email on December 3 stating that my order had just been shipped and advising me to contact Lakshya Rathore with any questions. However, my attempts to reach out to Lakshya Rathore proved futile as the email address and name were untraceable. I am hopeful that my credit card company successfully stopped the payment, and if the item does arrive, I plan to return it immediately. This unfortunate experience with Etsy will certainly be my last.

I suspect my account has been compromised. Recently, it appears that someone has mirrored my phone. Despite changing my email and password, when attempting to set up two-step authentication, the tab displayed as blank on my screen. This raises concerns about the security of the site. This is troubling for me as I am anticipating my tax refund and stimulus. Should I not receive assistance this time, I may be forced to cease using your services and escalate the matter to the appropriate authorities. My options are becoming limited.

I placed an eBay order and canceled it 32 minutes later. The seller stated it was too late to cancel as it was processed. I asked them again not to send the item so I could return it to avoid shipping costs, but they shipped it five days later without response. To return it now costs $49, which feels unfair given my attempts to cancel. After contacting eBay, my return request closed, making returning through eBay impossible. eBay recommended filing a dispute with PayPal for transaction 8BG02335FW[redacted], amounting to $[redacted].90. Despite wanting to return the item for $49, eBay stated it's no longer an option due to the closed return. Thank you, T.

I believe I have fallen victim to Facebook fraud. Recently, I made a purchase of Crocs through PayPal, but upon arrival, the shoes were different from what I expected, and they came from China. I have contacted the Crocs website for assistance but to no avail. I am unsure how to proceed regarding the charges from Runhai Four Seasons Shop. Any guidance for the future to avoid this type of situation would be greatly appreciated. This has definitely been a learning experience for me.
