Hi there, PayPal is currently holding $*** in a moneypool within my account. My account was closed last year in Nov. with no explanation and I still have not received one. My money was held for * months and after the hold period I attempted to remove it in June ****. However, I am still not able to access my funds since they are within a moneypool and I am not able to transfer the funds to my account balance or external bank account. I frequently contact Customer Service via email and have not received any proper assistance besides automated emails and generic replies. When I call the customer service line, an automatic voice redirects me and tells me that PayPal is not receiving any calls. I am beyond frustrated and have waited for a year to receive these funds which I am in need of especially during such a difficult financial time. I am feeling very lost and angry with this company and don't know what to do... I would really appreciate any guidance you have for me.
