I used a PayPal account years ago and tried to log in but couldn't remember my password. To reset it, I needed to provide my phone number. However, I'm unsure of the last three digits of the old number, making it impossible to verify my identity and update my current phone number. Despite multiple attempts to contact PayPal via phone and message, I haven't been able to reach a representative. I am unsure of what steps to take next.

I'm unable to access my account to update my phone number. The system doesn't allow me to access my account settings and only directs me to entering my email and password, which then prompts for my outdated phone number. Attempts to contact customer service through phone and chat have been unsuccessful due to long wait times. I'm frustrated with the lack of assistance in changing my phone number and the difficulty in reaching your company directly. I urgently need help with this issue. Thank you.

I need help with a purchase issue. PayPal denied my dispute regarding a silk queen sheet set shipped by JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. DHS delivered it to the wrong address and the vendor needs to file a claim for a refund. DHS admitted their mistake, but they require the vendor to claim it. I can't do it since I didn't ship it. The vendor seemed confused despite my explanations. They first said it was on the way, then stated it had been delivered. Both the vendor and PayPal ignored the fact that the package was sent to the wrong address and couldn't be retrieved. I want either a refund or the merchandise I ordered. I've been waiting on hold with PayPal's message system since before 8 am. I've provided all this information to both the vendor and PayPal, yet my dispute was still denied.

I recently received my unemployment payment that I've been waiting for since April, but upon receiving it, I discovered my account was abruptly closed and a new account was opened with $10,[redacted] held for [redacted] days. Despite repeatedly informing them about the mix-up in account type, they have not resolved the issue. Even this morning, they insisted I had a business account when it was actually a personal account. After speaking with a representative who promised to rectify the situation by the afternoon, my account was unexpectedly closed an hour later. I've been facing difficulties reaching out, including being hung up on. I had a call from someone at corporate two weeks ago but have not received further assistance.

I need to speak with a live representative to resolve my problem. I have been unsuccessful in reaching one. I am having trouble with my previous Paypal Cashback Mastercard/debit application and determining who the authorized users are. There are possible security concerns, and I am unable to access the option to activate my card or request new cards. I purchased an e-cigarette from geekvape.com a few months ago. Unfortunately, it stopped working after a month. I've been in communication with Geekvape for the last 5 to 6 weeks to resolve the issue, but they keep avoiding my questions and not providing clear answers. Despite being well within the warranty period when I contacted them, they claimed I needed to pay $20 for the repair because I was past the warranty. This seems suspicious. They eventually said they would send a replacement without requiring me to return the faulty item, but it hasn't arrived yet. I am concerned about their practices and consider it a scam. I am unsure who I should reach out to to report this situation.

I joined PayPal to subscribe to Hulu Live. Previously, I managed my cable bill payment through my bank account. I linked my PayPal and bank accounts, aiming to shop online using PayPal without a credit card. However, PayPal automatically settles my Hulu bill with my PayPal balance, rather than drawing from my bank account. Is there a method to adjust this so my Hulu payment comes from my bank account through PayPal? I prefer not to continually transfer funds to PayPal for this purpose.

I am currently dealing with a dispute due to fraudulent activity. The seller misrepresented a buffalo check wreath on their website and shipped a cheap pillow instead. I have provided evidence of the misleading listing, receipt, shipping details, and the actual item received. The seller agreed to refund $39.99 but requests me to return the pillow to China at my expense. As this was clearly a scam, I find it unfair to bear the return shipping cost of approximately $18. It is disappointing how scammers manipulate customers by advertising one product and delivering something entirely different.

I purchased two puppies from [redacted], with each costing $28.98, totaling $57.96. One puppy was meant to be a Siberian Husky, the other a Shih Tzu. Both puppies were poorly made and not worth more than $1 each. They did not match the items advertised on the website I viewed on my cellphone. Following PayPal's advice, I emailed the company on 10/20/20 and was instructed to wait 7 days for a response. If no reply is received, I am to contact PayPal again. During my recent Facebook visit, I noticed several other customers voicing similar complaints about these puppies. PayPal should exercise caution when dealing with such companies. I purchased a sewing machine online, but I have not received it yet. After reaching out to the seller, they claimed it was delivered, but not to my address. I am frustrated that PayPal does business with China without making it clearer to customers. I have placed multiple orders unknowingly from China and have had issues with incorrect items being sent. Despite receiving tracking number AS[redacted]10CN, our local Post Office confirmed it is invalid. I just want the sewing machine I paid for. Contacting PayPal has been challenging. I wish there was a simpler way to handle these situations when dealing with them.

Hello, I have been having trouble accessing my PAYPAL account after a long period of inactivity. Despite attempting to reset my password on www.paypal.com, I keep encountering an error message reading "We're sorry, something went wrong on our end. Please try again." I previously engaged in a chat with a PAYPAL representative, but we couldn't verify my account due to insufficient information about my old phone number and address. The representative suggested reaching out to the credit department, but upon doing so, I was informed that there were no outstanding issues and that I should speak with general customer service. I purchased three animated pets from Homefashionly on 10/07/[redacted]. The items are Realistic Kitty for $38.99, Realistic Teddy Dog Lucky for $38.98, and Realistic Husky Dog Pomsky for $46.99. I decided I no longer wanted the products. I contacted my bank, PNC, on 10/09/[redacted] to dispute the order. They mentioned it might take up to 90 days to resolve the issue since the money was already deducted from my account. I also emailed the provided address on 10/07/[redacted] with my order #[redacted]0. I thought the dispute was settled until Yeri from the company reached out on 11/03/[redacted], offering a $5 refund due to a shortage of products. I insisted on a full refund. After some back and forth, Yeri apologized for the delay and offered $8 as compensation. I received the package on 11-12-[redacted] unopened. I prefer to return it for a refund totaling $[redacted].96 plus $3.75 for International fees. I eagerly await your response. Thank you, TC.

Both of us, being in our seventies, have used this supplement before and believe it is essential for maintaining good health, especially during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. I am confused as I believe I have not violated any user agreement terms, which allows for weekly transactions up to $4,[redacted].99. I urgently need my account unfrozen to access my funds, as I am facing financial hardship and the risk of homelessness due to this situation. Despite transferring money to my stepson's Cash App and making withdrawals, my account was still frozen. My account on eBay is limited because I am a first-time seller. I don't mind waiting to withdraw my funds, but eBay is asking me to answer five questions to release them. I provided personal information for three questions already. However, I cannot physically answer the remaining two questions. One asks for a "purchase receipt from supplier," but I don't have a supplier as I am just selling items from my home. I'm not a regular seller and this next item I am selling will be my last on eBay.
