I delivered a dirt bike to Marlin Ryan Robbins on October 28th. He paid me via PayPal for $[redacted] the same day. The next day, when I tried to transfer the money, I discovered PayPal had put my balance on hold. It seems that Mr. Robbins claimed an unauthorized transaction, which is untrue. I've been trying to contact a PayPal representative for two days to sort this out. I plan to visit Mr. Robbins with a PayPal rep to resolve this issue promptly. It's crucial that this matter is resolved today as I am very frustrated with the situation. Thank you.

I won the dispute despite the wig not being as described. The item did not match the pictures provided and I've been requested to return it to China, which is costly and time-consuming. I believe returning it to the New Jersey address it was originally sent from would be a more practical solution for both parties. Shipping it back to New Jersey would be quicker and more cost-effective, preventing any further delays and ensuring the deadline is met. I received an email confirming a $[redacted] transaction from my PayPal account, but I didn't make that transaction and suspect a possible hack. When trying to log in, PayPal indicates my username is invalid, leaving me worried. I am unable to access the security section as logging in is not possible. I am facing an issue where orders are not being sent to my email for processing. Customers have complained about not receiving their products and when I check online, the orders are visible, but I haven't received any emails regarding orders from October. I recently discovered that my PayPal account has been locked due to an overdraft balance of -28.00$ from September [redacted], which I have already paid. I received a letter on November 06, [redacted], from 'Agence de recouvrement Credit National Inc.' about a balance of 35.84$. I promptly settled this at the 'Federation Desjardins du Quebec' on the same day. I can provide the letter and receipt via email for verification purposes if needed. I kindly request for this matter to be resolved promptly so I can regain access to my PayPal account, as I have already made the necessary payments. I bought an air fryer online from Marry Lucky. They processed payment through PayPal from my checking account. Despite paying $29.99 to Julie Hyatt on 09/23/[redacted], I haven't received the item. The seller's email is invalid, and there is no provided phone number. I am unsure how to seek a refund via PayPal since the transaction was from my bank account, not PayPal directly. The automated refund process on PayPal only applies to transactions through PayPal accounts, not linked bank accounts like mine. - SD

I have an old Paypal account that I opened when I lived in the UK about ten years ago. I recently got an email stating that due to inactivity, Paypal will be charging fees from the account. I am unable to log in as it requires phone confirmation on a number I haven't had for ten years. I know my email and password but cannot bypass the phone verification. Could someone assist me in closing this account, please?

Hello everyone, I recently reset my phone and unfortunately lost the data for my Paypal account in the Google Authenticator app. This has made it impossible for me to access the 6-digit authentication code required to log in to Paypal. Just to clarify, I have not forgotten my password or email for logging in. However, I urgently need to change my 2-factor authentication method to something like receiving codes via text message or email, as opposed to the Authenticator app. Any guidance on how to make this switch would be greatly appreciated. I transferred $[redacted] to a friend, mistakenly using my bank account instead of my PayPal balance. Despite my bank declining the transfer due to insufficient funds, my friend received the money. I then re-sent the amount from my PayPal balance. However, PayPal now claims I owe $[redacted]. I need assistance from a representative to clarify this issue. Thank you.

I operate a small guest house in Jamaica and have used PayPal for three years. Some guests choose to pay with PayPal, which I accept. However, as PayPal does not transfer funds to Jamaican banks, I have been receiving payments via check. This method was fine until the pandemic. I requested a US $[redacted] check on March 23, [redacted], which never arrived despite waiting over four months. After contacting PayPal on August 4, I was informed the check had been sent, but they needed to verify its status. I've tried contacting PayPal many times but only receive generic responses. I haven't been able to speak to anyone about this issue. I hope to resolve this soon as I am struggling due to the pandemic. My linked bank accounts for my PayPal account have gone missing. Our bank recently placed a temporary hold on all accounts due to concerns about fraudulent activity, but those holds have been lifted. This situation is preventing me from paying our contractors who require immediate payment. Despite my attempts, I was unsuccessful in linking back the TD Business Checking Account ending in [redacted] that was previously associated with PayPal. I managed to link two other TD Bank Business Checking accounts, and successfully made one payment. However, when I tried to make a second payment, those bank accounts also vanished. Although I tried to relink them, I received a message stating they were already linked.

My PayPal account is currently "TEMPORARILY RESTRICTED" due to suspicious activities involving credit cards linked to it. Simultaneously, there is an "UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION" pending on an old account that I believed was closed because of previous unauthorized transactions. To address these concerns, I need assistance with the following: 1) I am unable to login as I cannot verify the account with the old deactivated phone number. 2) The phone number has been updated, but I cannot recall the last (4) digits of the credit card previously used. 3) The estimated 4 to 5-hour wait time for customer service callback is inconvenient. 4) I urgently require guidance on filing a dispute to prevent the pending unauthorized transaction from being completed.

On August 17th, $40.97 was deducted from my checking account. I had ordered 5 Yorkshire Terriers that were advertised to be realistic and interactive. However, it turned out to be a scam as they used real dogs in the ads. My order was expected within 7 to 20 days, but after three months, I received a package with one small stuffed animal resembling a Dollar Store purchase, without any tags. The transaction on my bank statement shows as PayPal Nguyen [redacted] CA USA. I tried reaching out to Nguyen but only found a Vietnamese singer with that name. I’m seeking assistance in resolving this issue and getting a refund. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Libor Soural. I've been a loyal Ebay customer using my Visa card for purchases without any problems. Unexpectedly, my card was locked without prior notice, causing inconvenience as I can't make payments on Ebay. Despite numerous attempts by 25 Ebay customer service agents to resolve the issue, the card remains locked. I urgently require my card to be unlocked, as there is no valid reason for the restriction. I rely on this card for all my transactions and need to pay for my items on Ebay. I am a reputable buyer with a flawless track record. I urge Paypal to contact me promptly and resolve this ongoing problem.

I recently received a message from PayPal stating that I am a verified winner of the International Transaction Promo. I am thrilled to announce that I have won the grand prize of €3,[redacted].00 EUR. The total prize amount, including an additional €[redacted].00 EUR, will be transferred to my bank account that was used for a pending transaction by Lanbert Irina. I am grateful for this unexpected windfall and look forward to the funds being released into my account. Dear PayPal Customer Service, I am writing to bring to your attention a billing issue I have encountered with LuckfinLLC through Gadgetsul.com. My partner made two purchases on 9/7/20: one PowerPro for $44.94 and two PowerPros for $59.99. However, I canceled the $44.94 PowerPro as my partner found a better deal for two units at $59.99. Despite my cancellation and receiving a confirmation email from Kelly Dorman on 9/7/20, LuckfinLLC still sent and charged me for the $44.94 PowerPro, and a week later, I received the two PowerPros for $59.99. Since my partner has sadly passed away, I would like to return all three units which remain unopened. I have attempted to contact their Support Team on 10/16/20, 10/25/20, and 11/1/20 with no response except an acknowledgment on 10/16/20. I am unsure how to proceed with the return and refund, and I am deeply troubled by the lack of communication. Hello, I recently received a suspicious email claiming my PayPal account was charged $[redacted].95. When I called the number provided, the person wanted to access my computer, so I disconnected the call. I then contacted the official PayPal number and confirmed no recent activity on my account. Concerned about security, I decided to close the account due to inactivity. Today, I received an email stating my account is frozen. When attempting to log in, they requested my Social Security number, making me wary and closing the email. Trying to access PayPal through the website, my information was not recognized, possibly due to the account closure. I just want confirmation that my account is closed and secure. I am having trouble logging into my account because I no longer have access to the phone number on file. Despite my efforts to remove it, the system still prompts me to verify that number ([redacted]). I have attempted to reach out for help by phone but have been unable to speak with anyone. The system prompts me to login or contact support via messages, but it continues to ask for the same phone number. I have also tried emailing at [redacted] but have not received assistance. I am simply requesting to speak with a representative to remove the phone number from my account and provide me with an email code at [redacted] to regain access. Subject: Unauthorized Transaction I am writing to address a fraudulent charge that appeared on my account for a purchase from Unity Technologies on September 11. I am a retired senior citizen on a fixed income and have no connection to this company. Despite informing PayPal of this unauthorized transaction in September and filing a claim, the charge of $1,[redacted].22 caused an overdraft on my bank account while I was in the hospital undergoing cancer surgery. The bank later rectified the overdraft. I received emails from Unity Technologies stating that the money was refunded and verifying my lack of involvement in the transaction. I have been struggling to access the $[redacted] my sister Danette Dunlap sent to me via email at [redacted] on my PayPal account.
