It appears that my case with case number PP-D-[redacted]7 has been closed due to an alleged lack of tracking information. However, I want to clarify that on 9/24/20 at 11:31 am, I did provide tracking number UH[redacted]98US for the return shipment. I have already sent back the incorrect item to the seller, who should be investigated for fraudulent practices. I am seeking a refund of $77.03 and will involve the Better Business Bureau (BBB) if necessary. I also intend to inform Discover about this deceptive situation.

Hello, my account is blocked. I have trusted this platform for a very long time, and now you have blocked all my savings. How am I supposed to live? I have no income at all; it's very serious. I will file a complaint because this cannot continue! I made a mistake helping my father pay his eBay bill; he fell victim to a major scam, in which you are involved. Legal actions have begun as many people, the lawyer, and the UFC have confirmed it's a scam. eBay allowed transactions without his permission, leading to automatic refunds for 50 customers. They withdrew funds from his PayPal account: [redacted], which YOU AUTHORIZED. He is now at -[redacted] euros due to your and eBay's actions. You are creating problems and then shift blame back and forth with eBay. My father is the victim here. Please provide an email address where we can send all the evidence for you to unblock my account immediately and call me. It's crucial to talk to a responsible person in such an emergency; living through this is unbearable. How do I recover MY money? It's serious! Please call; I need real help, not pre-written messages. Stop being complicit. I don't have another account. I am Sorya Merabti, 25 years old. I can provide all my documents. I have no association with my father's account - he is not a thief; he is the victim. Please check his account for evidence. They have all his stock and money. I sent you the information to unblock my account, the only one I have. So, what should I do now to retrieve my belongings without being further robbed? Call me to resolve this unbearable situation, please. Thank you: [redacted]. PayPal address: [redacted]

I have been using my email [redacted] with my long-time PayPal account. Recently, I encountered a limitation on my PayPal account after filing a dispute. This has affected my ability to receive payments as I try to sell items on eBay. To resolve this, I submitted a copy of my debit and credit card, which is linked to my bank account. However, I am hesitant to share personal information online but hoped this would help. I am concerned about the safety of my credit card information and unsure how to navigate PayPal's online inquiries due to scams. Can you please assist in understanding why there is still a limitation on my account? Thank you.

I recently discovered unauthorized transactions on my SunCoast account where my cousin used my PayPal to send money to unknown recipients. I am upset about this misuse of my card and am seeking assistance in retrieving the money. Initially, I gave him permission to use my PayPal account for purchases from GameStop, Amazon, Target, etc., but I did not authorize these additional transactions. I need guidance on how to proceed and ensure that the funds are returned to my account.

Are Micropayment accounts still available as an option? I have about [redacted] Pokémon cards that I am listing individually with two unique photos each due to the specific requirements. The average cost of the cards is approximately £2. However, considering the cost of 2nd Class Postage at 65p, the Ebay listing fee at 35p, and the Paypal transaction fee of 30p plus 2.9%, the profit margin is quite low. Any suggestions or assistance on how to better handle this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am inquiring about a follow-up regarding transaction ID 4XH999461J834624H. The seller has given a return address in China, but sending the item back, which is not the one I purchased, will cost US$80. I prefer to return the item to the US address it was originally shipped from: Shipping Dep FM [redacted] Lindbergh LN Bell CA [redacted]. The US Postal Service does not accept addresses in Chinese, provided by the seller, making the return process challenging. It seems like the seller is not acting in good faith, making returns difficult and costly for buyers. I kindly ask for assistance in contacting the seller for a valid US return address in English to facilitate the return process. If Paypal cannot resolve this, I would like to proceed with the purchase protection program. Thank you for your support in holding these sellers accountable and safeguarding other buyers.

I recently contacted someone posing as AOL customer support, allowing them to remotely access my computer and install unverified help software. I was signed up for a supposed unlimited support plan costing $[redacted], but received no confirmation and noticed the payment was processed through PayPal, which AOL doesn't use for billing. The PayPal account associated with the transaction belongs to URBUDDYELLI with a phone number of [redacted] in CA. This is not a known AOL representative. The software installed was ineffective and the provided phone number was unreachable. I had an IT professional remove the software. I suspect I have fallen victim to a scam and request a refund for the charged amount of $[redacted] on 8/17/20.

PayPal closed my account in April. I reached out to them via email regarding the money in my account, and they replied on September 24, [redacted], stating I would receive a link by October 6, [redacted]. When I didn't get it, I called on October 9, and they informed me the link wouldn't arrive until October 26, [redacted]. I'm frustrated that PayPal has held onto my money for six months without addressing refund requests promptly. I believe PayPal mishandled the dates, leaving me in a lurch. I urgently need my funds. If not resolved soon, I may need to involve my attorney. I expect PayPal to honor the initial promised date. Their closure of my account was due to friends sending me money for bitcoins. I've encountered poor customer service, including being hung up on. I shouldn't be penalized for PayPal's errors.

In April, PayPal closed my account with remaining funds. After contacting them, I was promised the money link by October 6th, but did not receive it. I later called on October 9th, and PayPal informed me that the link won't be available until October 26th. I believe PayPal is at fault, and any reputable company would honor the agreed-upon date in the email. It's frustrating to have to wait longer for my funds when PayPal is the one in error. I feel misled and urgently need access to the funds they have held onto for six months without justification.

I am using my husband's phone, and my account differs from his. My phone number is [redacted]. About a month ago, I mistakenly filed a claim that I did not intend to file. It charged me $[redacted] from my prepaid PayPal card, deducting $25 that was just sent to me. I am struggling as a mother caring for a baby, especially during the pandemic. I urgently need this resolved since my direct deposit is linked to the affected account. They will not release my direct deposit until this is sorted out through a dispute. Please assist me in resolving this issue as quickly as possible. I am unable to be contacted by phone, however, if necessary, you can reach me at [redacted]. Thank you and God bless.

I placed an order for a SpaceHawktr GPS x1 on September 24-25 with Tracking Systems Direct. Unfortunately, they sent me the wrong tracker. Despite their representative stating I needed to cover return shipping and a $40.00 restocking fee, their return policy promises [redacted]% satisfaction and a 30-day full refund without such fees. I followed instructions from the representative and returned the incorrect tracker to Landairsea, the manufacturer, but have not received any updates. I'm disappointed as I'm out $[redacted].44 without the correct product. I demand a full refund as per their return policy, which does not mention restocking fees or buyer-paid return shipping. I even paid $5.40 for return shipping. Tracking Systems Direct now has their product back, and I'm left with nothing. I urge them to resolve this issue promptly before the 30-day refund window expires.

We recently received a notification informing us that our account has been permanently limited by PayPal. Despite reactivating our old account to address our storage needs and potentially start a Reselling Business, we are puzzled by the restrictions. As newcomers to this venture, we are eager to understand the reasons behind this decision and how to resolve it. Unfortunately, we are currently unemployed and this setback has dampened our hopes for the future. Could a representative kindly contact us at [redacted] to discuss the situation further? Your assistance in clarifying the issue and providing guidance on potential solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, M. Robinson

I made a payment to hold a power wheels for a local buyer with no shipping involved. The buyer sent me $25 to secure the item, but the payment is currently on hold due to me being labeled as a first-time seller, which is incorrect. This is actually my third time selling items, and all previous transactions went smoothly. I have a positive seller history on platforms like Cash App, PayPal, and Facebook Marketplace, with good reviews. I rely on that $25, and I kindly request for the hold to be lifted on the payment. I am unsure why my account is showing this discrepancy, but I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter. - Andrea M. Warle

I received this email in my AT&T Yahoo Mail inbox but haven't clicked any links. I tend to get similar messages when using PayPal. It states my account has been suspended, with a Case ID provided. The content appears urgent, urging me to confirm my identity to resolve the situation regarding my payment account. It mentions following a link to verify my ownership of the card associated with my PayPal account. I have not interacted with this email as of yet. Thanks in advance for any advice on the matter.

On October 6 at 5:00 PM Mountain Time, I received an email that appeared to be from PayPal but was actually not. Subsequently, I started receiving various emails from PayPal inquiring about account closure without any means to respond. I forwarded two different PayPal emails stating that I had no intention of closing any accounts and that I could not reach PayPal. When attempting to resolve this by entering my email address and password on the help site, I received answers indicating that either the password was incorrect or there was no account associated with my email at PayPal. Then, at 8:55 AM on October 7, I received 33 confirmations of billing agreement cancellations. These notifications were from various merchants like The Orvis Company, Inc. (14 times), ProFlowers (6 times), Cleverbridge (2 times), and others like Avast Antivirus, Zulily, People Smart, and more, each mentioned once. This sudden influx of cancellation confirmations is concerning as some of these merchants are unfamiliar to me.

I purchased a battery-powered wood cutter from SHELYNNA with post tracking number #LY[redacted]11CN. The total cost was $59.97, and I received three incorrect items - manual chains with orange loops instead of what I ordered. I attempted to reach out to the company using various methods but have not received a response. I am hoping to have a refund issued to my PayPal account and am willing to return the incorrect items if provided with the necessary details for the return process.

I received an email claiming to be from PayPal about a suspicious purchase of $[redacted].79 that I did not make. The email appears to be from someone named Bert Ryan. The header with PayPal information is missing here. When I tried calling the provided number, it was not in service. Please cancel this order immediately as it is not mine. The email also mentions a payment to Phoneinc Communication on Amazon for a OnePlus 8 Pro 5G. The listed helpline number is 61 [redacted] [redacted] [redacted], but it seems to be invalid according to Telstra. This transaction ID B-1GE97181D[redacted]W has been flagged as unauthorized and needs to be stopped. I am based in Australia, not in the US, so please rectify this error promptly. - Carolyn B.

In July, I purchased a golf trolley with the Item ID ZZLMZ071401. The transaction amount was $45.97 USD, and the Transaction ID is 81Y42359WV103734X, dated 24 July [redacted]. I disputed the transaction as I did not receive the item. Despite this, PayPal has informed me that the case has been reviewed and rejected because they received shipment tracking confirming delivery. I have not been provided with any evidence of delivery. I am unsure how to proceed from here.

I recently received an email from PayPal asking me to update my information. I clicked the provided link and started to fill in the details but decided not to proceed. The following day, I noticed a charge of $95.99 from XOOM on my bank account, a purchase I did not make or authorize. I contacted my bank to dispute the charge and had to cancel my debit card, causing inconvenience. I request to have my PayPal account closed promptly. I believe the email I received was a scam to obtain my details and charge me erroneously. I want no further association with PayPal. Please close my account immediately. Thank you. - T. A.

I used PayPal to buy three pairs of sandals advertised as Vionic, but they turned out to be very cheap flea market sandals instead. I paid a lot for them and am upset. I have reached out to the seller, but no luck. I shouldn't have to pay to return them as the ad was misleading. I ordered them specifically because they were supposed to be orthopedic sandals for plantar fasciitis. The seller tried to offer me a partial refund, which I find insulting given that I paid $62. I've tried the resolution center with no success and received a notice today that my case was closed because I didn't return the sandals. I believe the seller owes me a full refund due to the false advertising.
