I have had limitations on my account for over a week now. Despite submitting all the requested information on my PayPal website's activity and transaction section, the limitations persist. I have tried to resolve them by uploading the necessary information in the resolution center, but each time it does not save, leaving the issue unresolved. I have already uploaded all the required information in the correct sections on the PayPal site, and everything appears updated. It has been over a week of fulfilling all requirements, and I urgently need the limitations lifted and access to my funds restored today. My family depends on this money, and not being able to access it is causing significant strain. I have reached out to PayPal multiple times in the last week without receiving any response. Please address this matter promptly as it is affecting my ability to support my family.

I sold a ring on Craig's List in September. I got a notice from PayPal about the successful verification and confirmation of my prompt shipment. They approved the funds owed to me by the buyer and mentioned that they were processing the payment, initially indicating it could take 3 days, then 7, and then 21 days. I sent out the ring on September 14, and received verification on September 15. As of today, October 6 (which marks 21 days), I still haven't received the money. Both the buyer and I have submitted all required documentation. I've reached out to PayPal through the message center as instructed, but haven't received responses. I am looking to speak with someone to understand the delay in the payment. If more documents are needed, we can provide them. Just seeking further information and clarification. Thank you.

I recently set up my PayPal account and connected it to my bank. It was confirmed shortly after. I designated my bank as my preferred payment option. When I attempted to transfer $[redacted] to a friend, my linked bank account was not available as a payment method, only the option to link a card or bank account again was given. Despite stating my bank was already linked, I am unable to send money to friends and family without being prompted to add a credit card which incurs a $53 fee. Is there a delay on my linked bank account, and when will I be able to send money without additional charges? Your assistance is appreciated.

Three weeks ago, my landlord and I attempted to enter my password on PayPal. We incorrectly entered it multiple times and got locked out. I was informed it would take 3 weeks to regain access, and this week marks the third week. I believe I know my password 99%, and I remember the email I used but may have two other possibilities. Unfortunately, I misplaced the paper where I wrote down the password. I would appreciate help in recovering my account, as I have over $6,[redacted] in it. I am encountering issues trying to withdraw, transfer, or request a check from my PayPal account. Despite trying to reach a human for help, the message center keeps giving generic responses directing me to the resolution center, which I cannot access due to my account being considered unusable. Although I received an email allowing me to withdraw my funds yesterday, I am unable to do so. The debit cards linked to my account are outdated, and when I attempt to add a new bank account or card, the system won't allow it. Additionally, trying to request a check leads me to a screen that does not progress. It's frustrating not being able to contact a person for assistance or resolve these issues. Many other users seem to be facing similar problems, making me question the legitimacy of PayPal's actions. I hope to find a solution soon as this experience has been extremely unpleasant and unprofessional.

PayPal has placed a hold on the funds from my sales, which is frustrating but I understand. However, the real issue is that my niece sent me money for essential items and to cover the shipment of an item I sold on eBay, but PayPal put a hold on those funds as well. I've been trying for hours to speak to someone about this, but without any luck. I'm currently in a tough financial situation and need access to the funds my family sent me urgently. I'm requesting PayPal to release the hold on my personal funds promptly.

I have been trying for several days to release the $87 that was sent to me by Thom G. as a gift to help with my financial difficulties. Despite my explanations, PayPal continues to insist that I am a seller and he is a buyer, requesting tracking and order numbers which do not apply to a simple cash transfer. I am frustrated by the ongoing misunderstanding and wasted time spent contacting customer service to unlock the funds. I had a dispute that the seller agreed to refund me for, including the shipping charges. However, the dispute is now displaying as not resolved in my favor. I bought shoes in April and returned them as instructed on 8/14 with customs #LA[redacted]48US for $28.74. PayPal reimbursed me $27.75 for the shipping. The shoes were sent back to [redacted] Qiutao North Rd. Zhejiang Province Room 1A08 5th floor Zhejiang 31000CN. The seller, Hangzhoudai Han, agreed to the return. Despite emails not working and a delayed response, the product was not as described, showing as electronics on PayPal. The tracking information is also not functional. I had the dispute reinstated with assistance from a helpful representative. Can someone assist me with this matter?

Hello, I need help with getting a refund for an item I ordered from Wish. Upon arrival, the item was used with missing parts and the packaging was opened. I returned it to Wish via FedEx, and the tracking shows it was received on 8/4/20. Paypal issued a temporary refund but claimed I didn't provide the necessary proof of return. Wish requires me to close the dispute with Paypal before issuing me the refund. However, Paypal closed my case as they didn't receive the tracking number. Wish is giving me the runaround by directing me to the app which erased my history and account, making it impossible to respond. The refund amount is $[redacted].00. In April [redacted], I made an order with Shenzhen Someway International Logistics Co. for 2 magic auto cleaning robots at $19.99 each, totaling $49.96, charged on April 24, [redacted]. The payment was sent to [redacted] and appeared as "Someway" on the statement. The Invoice # is c[redacted][redacted].1 and the transaction # is 62Y59202WH671443B. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company since October 8, [redacted], I have not received my order. On October 7th, they informed me that the package was returned to them due to reasons beyond my control. They are now offering only a 50% refund citing inability to resend the items to me. The package was last tracked in College Park, Georgia, close to my location, and my address was correct at the time of purchase. I believe I should receive a full refund of $49.96 due to the company's inability to deliver the product. I seek assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

PayPal placed limitations on my account due to issues that have been resolved through their online resolution method. The limitations were initially set because of suspicion of fraudulent activity. I have provided all the required documents such as ID, bank statements, and proof of address, which are up to date except for a small outstanding balance. This balance resulted from rideshare activity, and it has been cleared and confirmed on my PayPal statement for over a month. Despite this, the small balance still appears on the limitation list in the resolution center. My attempts to address this issue have been disregarded, and I have not received any communication from PayPal. Phone calls and messages from me have been unanswered. While my bank and credit card information are in good standing, I am unable to make payments to merchants. I need assistance with resolving this matter.

I submitted a dispute that got rejected today. The reason given was that the sender provided Paypal with a tracking number. However, upon checking with UPS, it's clear that the tracking number is from a health food store, not a camera shop. The item was also delivered to a different address in our town, not to me. The dismissal of the dispute seems to be because the sender used a false tracking number. Strangely, I am now unable to access my account. The sender seems to be a scammer who has committed wire fraud. As a retired federal agent, I am frustrated and considering involving the FBI in this incident. It seems Paypal may not be a reliable company to work with, so I want to close my account and accept the loss. I feel compelled to inform others about my experience with your company. I received $[redacted] from a family friend through Facebook Pay. I am not familiar with cryptocurrency like PayPal, Goat, and Facebook Pay. I have a Netspend/Western Union card under my name. I tried to link it with a Cash App card, but PayPal did not accept either. I sent $20 to my girlfriend, Brianna Medina, successfully. My account was wrongly limited, and I am unsure of the reason. While attempting to complete the necessary fields to restore my account, I encountered a section requesting "supplier receipts". As a sole proprietor creating internet comics, I do not deal with physical goods or have any suppliers or receipts to provide. As resolving the limitation on my account is time-sensitive, I have been attempting to reach a customer service representative by phone for over three hours without success; each call results in disconnection after lengthy waits, preventing me from speaking with a representative.

I had a case (Case ID PP-D-[redacted]2) that was closed on September 29. My account was refunded to the buyer, and then closed. I submitted supporting material through the Resolution Center on September 28. However, on September 29, PayPal mentioned that they did not receive it. A PayPal representative advised me to send it via the Message Center to have the case reopened. I sent it on the same day in two separate messages. After calling PayPal today, I was informed that they did not see the information on their end. They provided an email ([redacted]) for me to submit the supporting material. Unfortunately, the email returned with a message stating that the address is no longer available. I made two payments for a service, $3 and $37. After realizing it was a scam, the seller falsely claimed I received the service on PayPal. I have evidence of our Instagram conversation showing the service was due at midnight. I tried disputing with PayPal without success and am unable to appeal now. The scammer may not even be in my country as claimed. I have all evidence recorded and need my debit card for next week. Please assist.

My case was rejected for an unauthorized payment. I spoke with a customer service agent named Julia who suggested that I could claim the item was not received instead. I attempted to open a new dispute for the same transaction, but the system indicates that I have already made a dispute for it. I would like to proceed with opening a new dispute for this transaction.
