I want to support Sendusmasks.com, but this problem is causing complications.

Around two weeks ago, I attempted to access my PayPal account to retrieve approximately $6,[redacted]. Unfortunately, after multiple failed password attempts, the account got locked. I called a number, and the person I spoke to demanded $[redacted] to unlock the account immediately. This seemed suspicious to me, and when I questioned him, he threatened me. I believe this individual might be a scammer. I urgently need to unlock my PayPal account to access the funds. My email associated with the account is [redacted], and I usually use "jayfreak" as the password. I am struggling financially, and this money is crucial for me right now. Good afternoon, I apologize for using this method of communication, but I have not received a response to my question through the "message" option. I have been denied reason unjustly, as in another case I managed to resolve. After being informed of the outcome, I have tried to contact the company (Shenzhen Jiumenghudong Network Technology Co, Ltd) using the provided emails - service2@menineshop and service4@menineshop - which are always returned. I kindly request a contact method (an address) for the company in question. Despite the refusal to consider the complaint relevant, I believe I am in the right and will defend my consumer rights until the end. I recently discovered an email dated 9/21/20 notifying me of an iPhone purchase made on eBay without my authorization and sent to Australia. I did not make this purchase or have an active PayPal account. Last year, my account was fraudulently accessed, resulting in unauthorized charges totaling about $17,[redacted]. Despite my efforts to retrieve some funds, I was unsuccessful due to the account changes, including my SS# being altered. I was unaware of the credit account, SS# change, or ensuing charges, and struggled to regain access to my account for months. Despite attempting for years to resolve this, I encountered obstacles preventing me from fully closing the account. I am concerned about the security of my bank account information tied to the account and fear another incident could have dire consequences for me financially. I seek assistance in removing my name from the account and preventing any future unauthorized charges. I fear that without intervention, my account may be reopened at any time, leaving me vulnerable.

Hello, my name is Richard Hosea, and my Reference ID is PP-L-[redacted]45. I want to report that there are two transactions, identified as Transaction ID: 0RD[redacted]392J and Transaction ID: 7N819714W[redacted]U, which I did not authorize. After contacting eBay and discovering that both transactions were made from my IP address, even though I did not make them, I am concerned about the security of my account. The shipping address used for these transactions is 5 Widener Way, Orange Park, FL 32[redacted]. I also found it suspicious that PayPal used an inactive card for payment and that the shipping address was changed at the same time for both transactions. I believe my account may have been compromised, as I experienced password issues with eBay and Google recently. I have unsuccessfully tried to contact PayPal through their website and phone line to address this issue. I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I am extremely upset that I have contacted the CEO about this company allowing unauthorized access to my PayPal account resulting in money being stolen. Despite my efforts, the issue has not been resolved. I am determined to investigate how this breach occurred and will continue to address this matter until it is resolved. If left unresolved, I will dedicate time daily to finding a solution, even resorting to utilizing social media platforms to bring attention to the inadequacies of PayPal. It is crucial that someone acknowledges my concerns and rectifies this situation promptly. My intention is to pursue further action, including potential legal recourse, should this matter remain unresolved. My trust in this company, as a shareholder, has been severely compromised by this incident.

My PayPal account is locked because they are unable to verify my identity. I am unable to use the code sent to my phone for verification as my phone is not with my computer where I access the account. Changing the phone number is not an option without identity verification. A gift card was purchased when my debit card was declined, but PayPal is not accepting it either. This has caused issues with pending orders I need to pay for. I am feeling frustrated and upset, even experiencing panic attacks due to this situation. Attempting to close the account and open a new one has also not been successful as identity verification remains a hurdle. I urgently require assistance from a live customer service representative to resolve this matter before considering legal action.

I am having trouble with my PayPal account. They are unable to verify my identity because they send a code to my phone, which is not with my computer. I placed an order for golf clubs with transaction number 3GS98721CD33552OY on July 31, [redacted]. However, to date, I have not received the items. PayPal informed me on August 15, [redacted], that they were reviewing my case under ID PP-D-[redacted]4, but I have not received any updates since then. The tracking information shows that the merchandise was delivered, but this is inaccurate as I did not receive it. Unfortunately, the company seems to be based in China, making communication difficult. This is the second time I am facing such an issue, as a previous order worth $[redacted] also faced a similar problem. I worry that PayPal may not be thoroughly vetting their vendors. I recently made a purchase from Jinkun Real Estate on September 11, [redacted], and I am extremely dissatisfied with the product received. I am currently residing in Germany and trying to transfer USD to my Chase Account in the US through PayPal. In an attempt to do so, I initially converted EUR to USD in my PayPal account. However, when I tried to transfer the USD to my Chase account, I encountered difficulties. After researching, I learned that for USD transfers, the balance in PayPal also needs to be in USD. To address this, I utilized the conversion tool to switch my balance from EUR to USD. Despite this adjustment, the transfer did not reflect my PayPal balance, only showing my credit cards as sources. Subsequently, I converted the USD back to EUR in PayPal, but this resulted in a discrepancy with my original EUR balance. This process has become more convoluted than I anticipated. I am seeking assistance to restore my original EUR balance in PayPal and successfully transfer funds to my USD Chase account.

I purchased a GASOLINE POWERED chainsaw nearly two months ago and instead received a chain with nylon handles, which is not what I ordered. Numerous attempts to contact the seller have been unsuccessful as the store appears to be unavailable. After opening a case with PayPal, I was notified that the ruling was against me because the seller claimed the item was delivered, which is incorrect as I received the wrong product. I have spent an hour on PayPal's website trying to resolve the issue, only to be directed back to starting a new case repeatedly. This is frustrating and feels like FRAUD. I also have a pending case with PayPal regarding an incorrect item sent in a separate purchase. I have photos of both situations. I received incorrectly sized and colored items from a company based in China that was not clearly stated on their website. Despite ordering 4 pairs of Vionic sandals, I received the wrong items from a different manufacturer. Since July, I have been attempting to resolve this issue through emails, messages, and phone calls, but the company has been unresponsive. I attempted to return the items, as instructed, at my own cost, but the postage fee was surprisingly high. I am quite frustrated with this situation. I simply want a refund for the wireless backup camera I ordered as I received a wired one after a month of waiting. I contacted the seller, but they did not respond within 3 days. I filed a dispute claim with Paypal and now the seller wants me to return the incorrect item at my cost to a Chinese address, which is a significant expense. I am tired of the lack of communication and delays. I request an immediate refund and am willing to return the wrong item once I receive a prepaid return envelope with an English address. I made a purchase on lightinthebox.com for a winter coat with Invoice Id - Litb-[redacted][redacted]. After encountering difficulties with their customer service link and reading reviews about orders not being fulfilled and lack of communication, I have decided to request PayPal to intervene and cancel my order. It is frustrating to be unable to reach out to them for assistance despite their claims of offering customer service. I fear that even if the order is eventually sent, it might no longer be useful to me as winter could have passed. This lack of customer service and fulfillment of orders is unacceptable.

I have forgotten my password and when I try to recover it, I encounter an error message after entering my email. The system seems to be stuck between my current and old email addresses, preventing me from accessing my account. I am unable to create a new account due to my email being linked to the inaccessible one. The old email used to set up my PayPal account is obsolete, but the system occasionally asks for it. I am frustrated by the lack of support options without being able to log in.
