I wish to address a dispute filed on August 12, [redacted], related to a purchase I made on July 25, [redacted]. I ordered a 12-inch by 36-inch medicine cabinet from PZNENI for my bathroom renovation, but instead received face masks from China. Despite a partial refund offer of $63, I declined. The seller later proposed a full refund if I shipped the masks back to China at my own cost, which I find unreasonable since I never ordered these items. I have already paid $73.76 for a product I did not receive, and now the seller expects me to cover return shipping fees. This situation seems like a scam. I am willing to return the merchandise if a prepaid shipping label is provided. I have been a long-time user of PayPal for its safe online purchasing experience, but this incident has left me dissatisfied. I urgently seek a refund from these fraudulent sellers. The seller used a stolen UPS tracking number. According to the tracking details, the item was delivered to my zip code but by a different company to another customer for a completely different item. I have shared the UPS tracking information clearly indicating the delivery address with Paypal. The process requires me to provide proof of delivery to the seller, which I have done. The seller has re-sent the same tracking information to Paypal. Unfortunately, Paypal has rejected the dispute twice without proper validation of the information received from the seller. Despite multiple messages sent, there has been no courtesy message from Customer Service. There seems to be no valid reason for Paypal to continue requesting more information from the seller, as the evidence provided already indicates fraudulent behavior.

I received an email from PayPal stating that there was recent account activity from a new location in Singapore. The email includes details such as the date, time, IP address, location, and device information. It also advises to change the password and enable Two-Factor Authentication (TFA) if I did not initiate the activity. The email clarifies that the location mentioned is based on the IP address, which might differ if using a VPN or proxy network. If the IP address matches mine, I can disregard the email. I am unsure if this email is legitimate. Can anyone confirm if this is really from PayPal?

I recently received an email purporting to be from PayPal with the case number PP-D-[redacted]5 regarding an issue with a payment made to me on September 27, [redacted]. The email stated that a payment of $[redacted].00 was sent without the account holder's permission or due to a transaction error to someone named Andrew Volchok. I did not conduct any transaction with this individual, especially not for $[redacted].00. I created this account specifically for Weaver Family reunion dues. However, it has been inactive for some time. Alex Finger, a family member, used PayPal to pay his fees, yet I was unaware as I no longer used PayPal. Due to the pandemic, our reunion scheduled for July 16-20, [redacted], was canceled, prompting refund requests from some members. Upon reviewing the PayPal account, I noticed Alex's $[redacted].00 payment with a deduction fee and an unauthorized $25.00 donation. To rectify this, I need to adjust the donation amount by adding it to Alex's payment and refund him the $[redacted].00. Thank you.

This morning, my mom sent me $55, but I'm unable to transfer it to my linked debit card. I needed the money urgently, but I received a message in the center about a 48-hour delay in confirming the transaction for security reasons. This doesn't make sense to me. Previously, I've received money from my mom and a friend, and I could transfer it right away. It's frustrating that the money sent by my mom is showing as received but cannot be transferred. This delay is inconvenient, especially since the money was sent for an emergency situation. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly so I can access my funds.

Dear Support Team, I am reaching out from Hungary. Over the past two months, I have tried contacting you via phone, email, and messages but have not received a resolution. I am unable to access my account due to an issue with the two-factor authentication. While this seems like a simple technical problem, I have not received adequate assistance from your end. Contacting your US numbers only led to being informed that solutions are provided exclusively to US customers. Similarly, contacting the EU number resulted in being unable to reach a customer representative due to COVID restrictions. I am very frustrated with the lack of support. I successfully opened my account over 10 years ago without any trouble, but the current situation is disappointing. Is there a possibility to regain access to my account, or should I request the deletion of my account and seek out a financial service provider with better customer service? I purchased 2 Master innovative hamburger presses from [redacted], but instead, I received 2- 5 inch square tridents. I paid $46.94, and my order number is [redacted]. I have reached out to them multiple times asking for the correct order, but they only offer me a 30% refund or request me to pay more than the refund's worth to return the items. This is not the first time I have received the wrong order. I am seeking a refund or the correct items that I originally ordered.

I created a new PayPal account about 90 minutes ago, but I'm having trouble setting up a password. I don't have any computer issues, and I don't believe I should have to pay for a "computer expert" to help with this matter. I originally used PayPal as a guest and was prompted to start an account by checking a box. I received an email in my Gmail account shortly after, instructing me to establish a password, but it requires verification via text which I can't receive as I don't have texting. I have an ongoing case in the resolution center regarding the purchase of a battery-powered chainsaw. Upon delivery, I received only a chain with handles, clearly a scam. Despite PayPal ruling in my favor for a full refund, I must return the chain to the seller in China at my expense. The return shipping fees quoted by French LaPoste exceed the initial purchase cost. This deceitful practice by Chinese sellers exploits buyers who face unreasonable return expenses. I believe this scam must be addressed by higher authorities and urge PayPal to investigate and prevent such fraudulent activities in the future. The current automated system is susceptible to abuse by dishonest merchants, and innocent customers like me are left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of.

Good morning, I would like to thank you for the service provided. I received funds from a client last Sunday. The following day, I attempted to transfer the funds to our Chase checking account to pay a supplier, but an error message occurred stating, "Error: Something went wrong. We cannot connect to your bank. Please try again later." Despite multiple attempts throughout the day, I continued to receive the same error message. I also reached out via chat, but only received a response five hours later with no solution, just a promise of help. After my third attempt, I input my bank account information again, asking for it to be re-added or edited if necessary, but saw no changes. Today, which is Wednesday, marks four days since the funds were available for transfer. However, the same error persists even after re-entering my bank information. Chase confirmed there were no issues on either end, yet the problem persists. I urgently require the funds today as more checks are set to clear, and I cannot risk having uncovered checks affect my record, not to mention the associated fees. I recently received a PayPal Cash Debit MasterCard in the mail this week without requesting it. When trying to reach Customer Service for assistance, the automated system has been unhelpful and unable to connect me to a live agent. Visiting the PayPal website proved to be just as frustrating, as I couldn't email anyone without an account, which I'm looking to avoid. I have tried multiple phone numbers without success and even contacted the local authorities about this unsolicited card. I am determined to have this card cancelled immediately and removed from my credit report promptly. I am considering reaching out to my Credit Reports and the Attorney General's Consumer Protection division regarding this unacceptable situation. Sending unsolicited credit cards through the mail is against the law, and I demand a resolution as soon as possible.

I provided writing services to someone who attempted to pay me through PayPal. PayPal has frozen the payment and charged a $15 fee, which I find unacceptable. During this challenging time, every cent is crucial as many are facing financial struggles. The hold and fee deduction seem insensitive and only benefit the company. 1. I sent $50 to a family member via email to help with their cell phone bill, assuming they had a PayPal account. Since they didn't, I paid the bill directly. I expected that if the money sent to a friend isn't claimed within a certain period, it would be credited back to me, as mentioned on PayPal's help page. I had a negative experience with Paypal regarding case number 16V[redacted][redacted]. The robotic cleaner I purchased arrived late and was non-functional, essentially useless. I have been trying to get a refund and return the item, but the company behind it appears to be a scam and is unresponsive. I have been in communication for months with no resolution.
